In reply to Younus AlGohar’s article regarding the distortion of the concept of Jihad and the truth about Ibn Taymiyyah, a reader, Chris, had this to say:

Very interesting article. I had a Muslim friend share this with me. I was not aware that the lesser jihad was supposed to be over. This is the first time I’ve ever heard that.

In light of terrorists attacks that have occurred here in the United States, I’m guessing that those terrorists still subscribe to the lesser jihad? Would they know that it has been declared invalid?

Thanks

Mr Allen, in reply to Freedom of Choice: God’s Decision for Humanity, said:

I really like this article. This is very strong and straight comments on this sensitive issue. “God doesn’t force people to believe in him, how can a man force others to follow a religion”.

In short I can say it’s a beautiful article in social and religious context.

In reply to The Power of a Willing Heart, Ms Anne said:

I have just found you Younus. I have just watched your video on how to awaken your heart in order to speak and receive from God and Jesus. Do I need a spiritual master ? And if so, how do I go about it? Many thanks for your wise words. You cannot know how much I needed to hear what you had to say.

In reply to the same article, Mr Brian said:

I love your story, and I hope you can share it with as many people as possible.

Ms Angela responded to Younus AlGohar’s article, God and Water by saying:

What you said is very well, I agree with your point. I also think that we can’t circumscribe God according to the name.

Freedom of Choice: God’s Decision for Humanity

Freedom of Choice: God’s Decision for Humanity

We have been discussing homosexuality in the light of religions and also in the light of people making their own choice.

As far as my knowledge is concerned, and given my research and study, I assert that God does not force anything on people for various reasons.

Firstly, if God were to force anything on you, then your accountability would be useless. You could not be held responsible for anything wrong and right you would do in this world. There would be no concept of accountability on the Day of Judgement.

God said, ‘There is no compulsion in the religion.’ With regards to the religion, the Quran itself asserts, advises and makes it clear upon all Muslims that you cannot compel people to believe in certain things.

The ordinary translation of what Quran says is, ‘There is no compulsion in the religion.’ The word used in the Quran is ‘Akrah’ which comes from the family of the word ‘Karahiya.’ In other words, If you are worshipping because you have to, but you do not like it and you’re doing it without your heart in it, then God doesn’t like it. Therefore, he declared if anything makes you feel bad doing it, then don’t do it because this is not part of the region.

In religion, you only do things once your heart is convinced to do it.

This is why a prerequisite in Islam is declaration by the tongue and verification by the heart. If it does not come from the heart, it does not reach divine acceptance.

Those who force others to worship can make them worship, however that worship will be futile because it will never reach the divine acceptance. The reason being that God does not like anything done for him without your heart in it.

If you are in the business of pleasing the Lord, then it is very important that while you’re doing it, you yourself are pleased with it. If you are aiming to please God and are unhappy doing it, that won’t make any sense to any sound mind.

There are loads of things Muslims are doing today which are not endorsed by the Quran. For example, forcing people to observe fasting in the month of Ramadan. You cannot force anybody! You cannot force people to go to a mosque. You cannot force your wife to have sex with you, but we hear from so-called Islamic scholars that you can force her, and if she refuses, then angels curse her all night. These are stories; a woman is a human being too and you cannot do that. But this is what Muslims are doing today.

It is very unfortunate that the western world is unable to differentiate between actions and deeds of Muslims and the decree of God in the Quran.

Muslims are not doing anything that formulates the original Islam. Islam has been greatly misunderstood and misinterpreted.

I remember very vividly when I was talking to Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi. Lord Ra Riaz was in New Jersey, USA. There was a discussion between me and the Lord. I suggested out of my own folly to the Lord, ‘I think you have to be a little strict on people. You are too kind.’

So in reply to my suggestion, Lord Ra Riaz said, ‘My message is the message of love. It has to come from the choice of your heart. It cannot be forced on you.’

A message of love will be given to people with love; It will be offered to them following their own choice.

The message of Lord Ra Riaz is the best message that has ever come to this world. However, this message, like any other message, cannot be forced upon on anyone. It is very nice, but it will only work for you when you accept it with your own choice. You cannot force it.

Looking at the face of the Lord was the best action or deed I could ever imagine doing. When we would be in the presence of the Lord, no matter how perplexed or worried we were, the moment we’d see the face of the Lord, we would forget all our problems. It was so relieving and relaxing to look at the Lord’s face. It was food to the eyes. You’d just look at the Lord’s face and your heart and soul would get drunk; your heartbeats would rise out of sheer happiness and excitement.

I could never believe that I was in the company of Lord Ra Riaz. I would be sitting there with certainty, but with so much uncertainty; I would think, ‘How is it possible that I am sitting here with the Lord?’

Looking at the face of the Lord live was the best possible indulgence available in the world; it was something out of this world. You would instantly feel your soul uplifted.

When we would sit in the presence of the Lord, we would feel the heart filled with divine energy. A sense of accomplishment would be felt inside the secret chambers of the heart. We would feel satisfaction, spiritual tranquility and serenity. That serenity and spiritual tranquility made us forget all worship. The eyes were in constant worship.

Having sat in the company of the Lord and having been able to be in face-to-face meetings with the Lord, so much so was the influx of the divine energy with an unmeasurable intensity of love that would emanate from the pores of the Lord’s body.

When you have been exposed to naked divinity, why would you want to worship? The souls were so saturated with the spiritual tranquility, serenity and satisfaction that there was left no desire to engage in worship.

One day, I complained to the Lord. I said, ‘What should I do? My heart does not find any spiritual solace in the practice of worship.’ The Lord smiled and asked, ‘Where will you find it then?’ Now it was my turn to be a little timid and shy, but I had to say it. So I said, ‘I find the ultimate solace of my soul when I am in your company.’ It was then said, ‘Then do not enter into worship with a disinterested heart. Whenever you worship, worship with an interested heart.’

So nothing is forced. If I force you to become good, how can you become good? Goodness cannot be practised; it has to come from the heart. You can play a game with sweet words, but then your actions will reveal that was a fake exposition of goodness; it wasn’t meant to be good.

The point I want to make here is that actions of those who force others to worship or become Good are not supported by God. It cannot be part of the religion because there is no compulsion in the religion. If somebody wants to be a homosexual, you cannot force them to be a heterosexual, because God doesn’t like it.

When God created all the souls, he then assembled them in front of him. He showed them the luxuries of the world and the luxuries paradise; he did not say, ‘You will be good and you will be bad.’ He did not say, ‘You should have luxuries of the world and you should have luxuries of the paradise.’ He gave them a choice. He showed them luxuries of the paradise and he showed them luxuries of the world. Then, it was said unto them to make a choice. Whatever choice they made in the Primordial Times was written in the book of their fate. There was a group of souls: what they did was neither did they even look at the luxuries of the world nor did they look at the luxuries of the paradise. They fixed their eyes on the splendour of God. This was their choice. God accepted it. They are those who became saints.

So when God is not forcing upon his creation anything from him, who do you think you are forcing anything on people?

As a human being, you have the right to be whoever you want to be. Now, whether God likes it or dislikes it, he will decide it later on.

For example, you don’t feel well and you see a doctor. You are diagnosed with something and then medicine is given to you. Now it is your choice whether you take the medicine or not. Have you seen any doctor beating you up, trying to convince you to take the medicine? The choice has to be yours. Now, the choice you are making: if it is a good choice, you will be rewarded. If you take the medicine, you will get rid of the disease and get well again. If you don’t take the medicine, your health will deteriorate and you will suffer. Regardless of the consequences, it is entirely left onto you to make a choice. You should be wise enough to make a good choice. If you are not wise enough and you are making a bad choice, nobody should be able to stop you. You can only be advised, ‘This is bad and this is good,’ but the choice has to be made by you.

You are completely free to make a choice, but it comes with responsibility. You are responsible for it.

In the light of the Quran and after how God conducted himself (he did not force his ideas on creation), it has become vividly clear that you cannot force any ideology or worship upon people. You can tell them what is right and wrong, and leave it to them to make a choice.

Forcing others to do good or bad things is not allowed in any religion. Extremism in religions today is completely against the conduct of God. It is completely against the spirit of the religion.

By the same token, if somebody wants to be a heterosexual, you cannot force them not to be a homosexual. Everybody is free to make a choice. I am not saying it considering this notion as a secular point of view; rather I am telling you that this is the wavelength upon which God thinks. God himself does not force anything upon anybody so how can you?

If somebody wants to be a heterosexual or a homosexual, let them make a choice. It is none of your business. This is our official statement. You cannot force your ideology on anybody. God doesn’t force people to believe in him, how can a man force others to follow a religion?

Allah Ki Mohabbat Mein Bala Aur Musibat Kiyon?

Younus AlGohar discusses why trouble and calamity are attached with God’s love in light of what Lord Ra Riaz has revealed about God’s nature. He also talks about Lord Ra Riaz’s distinctive approach to people exclusively seeking His love.

Main points:

– The path to God’s love is difficult; once you obtain God’s love, it’s even harder to maintain it. Someone said to Prophet Mohammad, ,’I want to love God.’ Prophet Mohammad replied, ‘Then embrace calamity and trouble, for these two things are attached with God’s love.’

– Abdul Qadir Jilani and Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi explained what this meant. Abdul Qadir Jilani’s explanation shows how close he is to God; Lord Ra Riaz’s explanation shows how much He knows God. Abdul Qadir Jilani’s explanation is incomplete; he lays all the emphasis on the seeker and God is not discussed. In Lord Ra Riaz’s explanation, the seeker is not discussed, but God is.

– Abdul Qadir Jilani said, ‘Trouble is attached with God’s love because a true lover is recognised in times of trouble. Trouble is attached so not just anyone can claim to love God.’ He said it was a test from God to see whether the seeker was determined enough to obtain God’s love. This statement was for someone trying to get God’s love, not someone who already had it.

– Lord Ra Riaz’s explanation is for those who have obtained God’s love; for whom God says, ‘I become the hand with which he holds things.’ Lord Ra Riaz revealed God’s nature: he gives trouble and calamity to his lovers so that when he cries, God will feel sorry for him and have mercy. In this state, he increases love for them.

– For those who are on the path to obtain Lord Ra Riaz’s love, there is no trouble and calamity sent like there is in God’s system. If your Nafs (Self) is purified, it means Lord Ra Riaz has chosen you for Their love. As long as your Nafs is not purified, it means you have not been chosen yet. Once Lord Ra Riaz has trusted you, that is it; on such people, Lord Ra Riaz does not send trouble on such people.

Q&A with Younus AlGohar

Q&A with Younus AlGohar

There are more atheists in England than there are Christians for the first time in history. What is the reason?

For the first time in the history of England and Wales, the graph of atheists has gone higher than those who believe in Christianity and God.

The reason behind this is that the religion is not able to connect people to God.

When they call upon God, they do not receive help from God and the practice of religion is not benefiting them at all. Due to the lack of connection with God, people are distancing themselves from religion and God.

Then, they have seen what religious people are doing. Religion has been dragged through the mire by the actions of religious people.

Whether they’re Christians, Hindus, Muslims, it is so ironical and sad that people who represent religion today are not trustworthy.

The practice of religion is not benefiting anybody; rather it is polluting hearts of people and making divisions among human beings.

Therefore, when you don’t reap benefits of any faith that your practise, at the end of the day, you ask yourself, ‘Why should I waste my time and restrict myself from so many good things that I am not allowed to do by the religion?’

If Christianity in contemporary times had the calibre to connect people with God, and they would have felt God’s presence in their heart, they would have never rejected God or said that God does not exist.

So this is happening because spirituality has become extinct in Christianity, as it has with Islam. The impact of this is different for the two religions: Christians do not have spirituality today, so they are becoming atheists and Muslims do not have spirituality today, so they are becoming terrorists.

It is about the ideology, it is not about individuals.

The filth will stay in this world as long as the ideology of filth is there. Any philosophy or ideology that generates violence, hatred, killing, turns you against humanity or motivates you to kill people is unholy. It cannot come from God.

It is so unholy to attribute terrorism to God. God doesn’t support terrorism. Although terrorism is being supported in the house of God, God is not a participant.

Many people across social media are now passing derogatory remarks about Prophet Mohammad and this trend is on the rise. What do you have to say about this?

The way I look at it is different.

If you say, ‘Prophet Mohammad is bad and Moses, Jesus and Adam are good,’ it doesn’t serve the purpose because it is God who sent all of them. God sent Adam, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad. So don’t think just because you are Christian, that your prophet is good and their prophet is bad.

If you say, ‘Their prophet is bad,’ you’re distancing yourself from God the same way as you would have, had you been going against your own prophet. They all come from God.

If you say, ‘The Muslim God is bad,’ what do you mean? God is only one. There are different names in different religions, but God is one. There is not such thing as the Muslim, Christian, or Hindu God.

How do we properly raise our children with the teachings of Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi?

You should tell your kids, ‘They’re all good. Christianity, Hinduism and Islam are from God, so don’t think anybody is your enemy. Do not hate anybody.’

Teach your children this one point and at the very least, they will become tolerant. Just due to their tolerance, people will appreciate the way they have been raised.

Lord Ra Riaz’s main teachings are, simply put, to not hate anybody; to love all. You should love God and humanity; don’t hate anybody. Everybody is God’s creation: don’t think bad of anyone. If a Hindu and a Sikh go to their temples, that is alright. If a Christian goes to the Church, that is fine too.

If you lie, how will you teach your children not to lie? If you swear, how will you teach your children not to swear? If you are bad, how will you ask your kids not to be bad? You have to lead by example. The most honest and effective way of teaching others is to exhibit your teachings through your actions. You must practise what you preach. Double standards: to practise one thing and preach another. – Younus AlGohar

Are We All Progeny of One Adam?
23rd May 2016|LecturesVideos

Are We All Progeny of One Adam?

Younus AlGohar reveals important information about human history, elaborating on Darwin’s Theory of Evolution in an unprecedented way.

Main points:

– Many religious people believe that all humanity is the progeny of one Adam, however Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi explained that there have been 14 000 Adams. In His book, The Religion of God (Divine Love), Lord Ra Riaz puts forth an irrefutable argument to support this, which is so obvious and evident that one does not need to verify it.

– People of China, Japan, South Korea bear a good amount of resemblance to one another while the same can be said about people from Middle Eastern countries as well as South Asian countries. If you stand a Pakistani, Arab and an African in a queue and ask whether they come from the same Adam, the answer would be a resounding no. People from different Adams all have different temperaments and may differ in body shape as well.

– When Lord Ra Riaz visited Arizona, a leader of a Native American Tribe came to meet Him. Lord Ra Riaz asked him, ‘Where do you think your Adam came from?’ He replied, ‘According to our religious books, he came from the Middle East.’ This was in reference to Adam the Eminent One, mentioned in Christianity, Judaism and Islam. He then said, ‘According to our oral history and cultural books, our Adam came from the mountains of South Dakota.’ This is an anecdote supporting the fact that there have been more than one Adam who came to the world.

– Charles Darwin’s Theory of Evolution states that man evolved from apes. This is not entirely true because not all people have come from apes. When, in Moses’s era, some of his people disobeyed him, God punished them by turning them into apes. However, the women who were pregnant, though they were transformed into apes, they gave birth to human babies. As a lesson for humanity, the progeny of apes have some attributes of apes, such as their preference to drink more rather than eat. Such people can be found in Europe. Similarly, people in Africa who rejected the message of Prophet Seth were cursed by God and turned into donkeys. The pregnant women among them gave birth to human babies.

The Revolution of Love | Inqilab-e-Ishq

The Revolution of Love | Inqilab-e-Ishq

Younus AlGohar talks about human history in an unprecedented way. He talks the audience through the different revolutions that humanity has experienced and why they only occurred in the last 6000 years. He gives glad-tidings of the Revolution of Love that will occur with the bounty of the Awaited One Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi.

Main points:
⁃ A revolution is when new teachings come that completely change the norms of society and norms of spirituality. Many revolutions have come but in the modern era, whatever spiritual and religious revolutions have come have been rendered moot. Humanity is now back at its prehistoric status, the stage it was at before the arrival of Adam the Eminent One.

⁃ God sent 14 000 Adams. 13 999 of these Adams were made with the clay of this world and they didn’t have knowledge of spirituality. Their worship was done with the body. In the era before Adam the Eminent One’s arrival, if somebody adopted a religion, the only difference was that they would start to worship. Their character would not be changed. Your character is directly linked to your Nafs (Self) and Qalb (spiritual heart); if your Nafs is getting purified and your Qalb is getting enlightened with God’s name, you’ll be inclined towards God.

⁃ Adam the Eminent One came 6000 years ago, but this world has existed for billions of years. Adam the Eminent One’s arrival was foretold by the previous Adams, who were told that in the final era, a special Adam would be sent. Adams before Adam Safi Allah would just worship, but they did not know if their worship was accepted by God. They would force themselves not to sin, but the desire to sin was not removed from inside them. Finally, when Adam the Eminent One was sent, angels were told to make his body in heaven. Angels objected to the creation of Adam the Eminent One, citing the war, bloodshed and mischief that all the previous 13 999 Adams had all been involved in. God replied that Adam the Eminent One would be given the knowledge of eminence. God gave Adam the Eminent One the knowledge of how to generate divine energy from God’s names.

⁃ God gave different names to his prophets and messengers. David got the name Ya Wadood while Moses got Ya Rehman, which are related to different attributes of God. Mohammad got the Personal Name of God, Allah, which took him straight to the Person of God. All of God’s names are good.

⁃ Through Adam the Eminent One, the first revolution was brought to humanity: people were able to get connected to God and purify their Nafs and Qalb. Now, man’s voice would reach God. The second revolution was when God spoke to Moses; now, man was able to hear God’s voice. The greatest revolution was when Mohammad introduced the knowledge of seeing God. Unfortunately, this revolution was suppressed because of mischief that took place in Islam. Mohammad’s knowledge of seeing God and his knowledge of spirituality were suppressed by scholars and even companions of the Prophet as well as his wife, Aisha. To become part of Mohammad’s greatest revolution, you have to start adopting the revolutionary knowledge of Adam and so on. This is why God made it obligatory upon all Muslims to believe in all the prophets and messengers.

⁃ Today, people have forgotten the knowledge of eminence. No matter what religion you follow or what race you belong to, if you do not have the knowledge of eminence, then you are no different from the Adams who predated Adam the Eminent One because you are all dark by the heart. Imam Mehdi Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi has introduces spiritual knowledge today in a form that the world has never seen before. With this spiritual knowledge, you can know yourself. You can find out what you chose for yourself in the Primordial Times and what your ultimate destiny is.

#AskYounusAlGohar: Images on Hajre Aswad

I want to tell the world that the holy place known as the Holy Cubicle (Kaaba) is for everybody. It is for Christians, Hindus, Jews and Muslims. Currently, the Saudi Royal Family has disallowed all other religions for except Muslims to pay pilgrimage and homage to the holy place.

God has a plan according to which people of all religions soon will be able to travel to the Holy Cubicle.

Due to the Holy Black Stone, which was brought by Adam and is fixed in the Holy Cubicle, it is a holy place. The image of Jesus has become prominent in the stone, which simply suggests that this is sacred for Christians also. The image of Mother Mary is also prominent on the Holy Black Stone.

According to the divine plan, the image of Moses is also prominent on the Holy Black Stone, which means the Jewish people can come. This stone is sacred not only for Muslims and Christians, but also for the Jewish community.

Then the image of Durga Maa is also prominent on the Holy Black Stone which means this Holy Black Stone is sacred for not just one religion, but for many religions.

The Holy Black Stone has the image of Lord Jesus Christ, which means all those who believe in Jesus have the right to visit that place.

This image is not painted by human beings; it is the work of God, the act of God.

Not only does this Holy Black Stone have the image of Durga Maa, Mother Mary, Lord Jesus Christ, Moses and Mohammad, but also Ali. And not just that — this Holy Black Stone has the image of God and also another four members of the Community of God.

Images of four members of the Community of God are visible; they’re standing behind the Awaited One Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi’s image in the Holy Black Stone.

This Holy Black Stone will be greatly helpful to establish the fact that the entire humanity should convert to One United Nation (a universal brotherhood) that will love God and God will love them.
