Religions & Limit To Freedom of Choice

Religions & Limit To Freedom of Choice

Since the rise of radical Islam, religions are now losing their credibility. Every eye which is looking at the religions today is prejudiced and doubtful. As a result of this, things which are complex and delicate are given wrong meanings. One needs to have an unbiased, unprejudiced approach and attitude to understand any celestial religion.

Judaism, Christianity and Islam are celestial religions. These religions mandate a very strict law for their followers; people who have enjoyed freedom do not like any law controlling them. However, whether you like it or not, one has to understand the fact that God is your creator and he wants you to live your life the way he wants. He allows you to do certain things and he prohibits you from doing other things. If you do what he does not want you to do, it is known as a sin. If you do what he wants you to do, it is known as obedience.

With all these things, he has given human beings certain privileges and rewards. All these rewards can be divided into three categories: rewards in this life, rewards after this life in paradise and rewards in form of his love, nearness and friendship.

Rewards that bring one closer to God are rewards which are for the elite. Rewards in form of paradise and its contents are for devout practitioners of the religion. Rewards of this world, along with the rewards of paradise and the privileges of being in God’s nearness, are given to selected people from the elite. So, some of God’s elite enjoy all three rewards. Some others do not enjoy the rewards of this world if they are going to be given the rewards of paradise. Some people choose luxuries of this world. If you choose for yourself luxuries of this world, then you are shutting upon yourself the doors of paradise.

In religions, there is no such thing as freedom.

For people who don’t believe in life hereafter, who don’t follow any religion and who don’t believe in God, this world and its luxuries are everything. They want freedom; they hate to be controlled and disciplined by any religious or divine law.

However, those who practise a religion have to live their life according to the commandments their prophets received for them.

For example, according to the law of Moses, somebody who commits adultery will be stoned to death; the same as in Islam. God is not stopping you from having sex, but what he wants from you is to have sex with one permanent partner. I think [adultery] is very much an antisocial act.

Maybe some strict laws are strict so that God can successfully tame you. Some things are more delicate than others.

When you are honest and loyal with your partner, this is called fidelity. Whether your partner is your wife or your partner is your lord, you need to be loyal.

No Christian, Jew or Muslim will appoint a partner with God. That is the most disgusting disobedience in the eyes of God. These three religions are monotheistic religions; they believe in one God. If you are loyal to your lord, God is happy with you. Similarly, if you are loyal to your wife, your wife is happy with you. Whether she is Christian, Hindu or Jewish, if a wife finds out that her husband is cheating on her, she will forget all forms of freedom.

Although both partners say, ‘This is my life,’ even then, there are certain things that you cannot do being in a relationship with somebody.

As a wife or as a husband, your freedom is limited. So if you have a relationship with God, why do you expect that there will be no restrictions or discipline and you will enjoy complete freedom?

Adultery is a big word; to make it appear soft, you can simply say, ‘To have sex outside marriage.’ In Islam, if somebody commits adultery, they must be stoned to death. Even so, according to Prophet Mohammad, more severe a sin than adultery is to speak ill about somebody behind their back.

All we need to do is to empty our minds from any prejudice and become impartial. If your opinion is influenced by the existence of terrorists, you cannot see goodness in any religion.

What terrorists are doing is not coming from the teachings of any religion. It is the result of misinterpretation of the divine book and manipulation of the meaning. Taking meanings from words is a very fragile and delicate matter. Background information and circumstances have a role to play in order for you to have correct understanding of the situation.

No religion is bad, but when people modify it or fiddle with the meaning, then this wrong interpretation starts to hurt people and create doubts and reservations. What we see today is that some people who don’t even belong to Islam have started defaming and derogating the religion, quoting the Bible and Quran. They think they have all the knowledge, that they will read the Quran and understand it.

Never think any religion promotes violence, whether it is Judaism, Sikhism, Islam or Christianity. However, the verses that mention killing and stoning to death talk about punishing the wicked ones, the mischief mongers.

If God said, ‘Kill them,’ God did not mean to kill everybody. He was addressing Prophet Mohammad in the Quran, not the Muslims. You cannot take the law in your hand.

About his second coming, Jesus said, ‘Do not think that for the second time when I come, I will come for peace. I will wage wars, shed blood.’

If you know what it means and you’re a peaceful citizen, you will have a sigh of relief. Jesus is coming to wage a war against killers of humanity, hateful souls: the wicked ones who are not only enemies of humanity, but also enemies of messengers and prophets.

Religions have lost their credibility after the spiritual system in the religion was destroyed. When, with the help of the spiritual system, you attain spiritual strength, power and ability to communicate with God, you become good. But when the spiritual system is destroyed, the spiritual aspect of the religion is gone.

Without the spiritual aspect, religion will not help anybody. For example, we have plenty of doctors; but if we don’t have medicine, there is no point in having a doctor. Religion is like a doctor and spirituality is like medicine.

Today, we have religions as doctors and everybody advising [what medicines to take] but there is no medicine. Whether someone is a Pakistani, Indian, Bengali, British or American doctor, no doctor can help anybody with a disease if we do not have medicine.

Religions have lost their credibility because the spiritual medicine which is dispensed by religions is lost. As a result of this, Christians are Christians, but they are no more good Christians. Jews are Jews, but they are no more good Jews.

Spiritual knowledge in Judaism is known as Kabbalah; mainstream Jews disapprove of Kabbalah. Similarly, Muslims disapprove of Sufism. In the same way, Protestants and Methodists also disapprove of spirituality. Christian spirituality has been very famous, Kabbalah has been talk of the town and Sufism has been greatly appreciated even by Christians and Jews. However, as we speak today, a majority of religious clergy in all three religions have either forgotten about spirituality or have had a change of heart in a negative way; reaching God or getting united with God is not their goal anymore.

These religions have stopped benefitting humanity in the absence of spiritual knowledge and power.

This is when Muslims are not good Muslims anymore. I will not say, ‘Bad Christians, bad Jews and bad Muslims,’ they are simply Christians, Muslims and Jews. But if they obtain spirituality in all their religions, they will become wonderful creatures on Earth.

People who don’t believe in God have illogical and irrational justification of their choice of having all sorts of freedom. For example, the Charlie Hebdo magazine in Paris is full of satire. You can say anything you want to say, but there is a limit. What you do should not hurt anybody or deprive others of practising their freedom. Charlie Hebdo make blasphemous cartoons of Jesus, Moses and Mohammad. They say, ‘This is democracy, freedom of speech and freedom of choice.’ What if somebody makes derogatory cartoons about your sister, mother or wife – do you approve of such an act? You should also bear in mind that people have more respect for their messenger and prophets than they respect their mothers and sisters.

You should be able to practise what you want, and have freedom of choice and opinion. While exercising your freedom, you must make sure that you are not depriving someone else of their freedom.

If you think there should be no such thing, then why are there ratings on film such as U, 12, 15 and 18? Why doesn’t freedom of choice and speech apply here? It means some things are not beneficial for kids, therefore you have to hide things from them. There are parental locks on websites, PCs and televisions. If a boy aged 5-7 years comes to his mother or father and says, ‘I want to exercise my freedom of choice and watch a pornographic movie,’ would he be allowed to do that? It means freedom of choice should be controlled.

If you don’t control freedom of choice, it will destroy civility and society. If you hurt somebody’s feelings and call it freedom of choice, I do not think it is just or good.

We have been taught by Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi to respect all religions and individuals. We don’t force our belief system on others. We can talk about it and share it, but we are not allowed to force it on anyone.

Similarly, there should be a law about freedom of speech, and freedom of choice. If freedom of choice is ruining somebody’s life, then you have to reconsider whether or not it should be reformed with new rules and regulations – in which you say what you want to say and at the same time, nobody is hurt or offended.

Types of Love | Younus AlGohar

Amelika Confidence wrote a book called, ‘Religions and the Way to God’. He says to me, ‘You say that love is fundamental. What is love’s work. From where and to where does love go?’

He said to me, ‘If you have love and peace, or wish for them, you will welcome clean-hearted debate.’ In reply to this, I said to him, ‘Discussion is better than debate. I do not debate.’

Firstly, I did not say that love is fundamental. I talk about love and how to achieve love. I propagate the importance of love in a human’s life and I also discuss what the substance of love is and how to acquire love.

Regarding from where loves comes and to where it goes – love is not like a boat. Love is not like an airplane. Love is not transportation. What do you mean by, ‘From where it comes and to where it goes?’ I don’t understand it.

I’m sorry, but this is really bemusing. You need to understand different types of love. Love. metaphorically, is considered to be an outburst of emotions. That’s what people call love. These emotions have to be generated on a constant basis.

If you have an outburst of emotions for somebody for a few days and then it goes away, it is not love; it is infatuation, affection.

Affection

Affection is when you look at somebody physically and you like their body, you like their company because they are handsome or they are beautiful. You fall for the beauty of their body. It is called affection because it is affecting on you.

For example, you walk in a mall and see a woman who is wearing revealing clothes. You look at her and you want to keep looking art her. You forget why you are there. So in a way, you are affected. Suddenly, you forget everything and are just looking at that woman. If that woman was really unattractive, even if she was walking naked, you wouldn’t be affected. You would just continue doing whatever you were occupied. When we say, ‘Beautiful or ugly,’ it is to do with the body. Obviously, you are not looking at her soul or heart; you are looking at her body. This is why it is affection, sudden change.

Puppy Love

There is another type of love. When you are a child, you have innocent love. You have love for your toys and you fall out with other kids. You say, ‘This is my toy. I won’t let you play with it.’ Then you enter into a phase where you reach the age of puberty. When you reach the age of puberty and enter into adolescence, you begin to have feelings and vibes. If a girl at that time starts taking interest in you, you suddenly develop love. You become Romeo and think, ‘I have found the true love of my life. I’m going to sacrifice my life.’ That is fake understanding because the emotions that you have at the time are due to the fact that you entering into adolescence period. Before you reach puberty, you don’t have these kinds of emotions. But as you reach that age, the world changes. You’re not innocent anymore.

This outburst of emotion at the time when you reach the age of puberty is called puppy love or cupboard love. It doesn’t stay forever.

Because you have reached the age of puberty and there are new emotions, every time a girl takes interest in you, you think this is your true lover. You make a list of girlfriends. Every time you change a girlfriend, you think, ‘No, this is my true girlfriend.’ But as you become mature, you realise that it was nonsense. This is not love.

Divine Love

You have to be careful in defining divine love. You’re suppose to develop love for God and you haven’t seen or spoken with God. You don’t know anything about God. Whether you are a Muslim, Christian, Jew or you practise any other religion – you have the books and stories, but you have no personal experience about God.

How do you develop love for God? You look at a woman, her curves and her beauty and you fall in love with her. You have an outburst of emotions because you reach the age of puberty and you have puppy love. What about divine love? How do you have love for God?

Even if God has a handsome body, you haven’t seen him.

Some people think that becoming more religious, doing all the rituals and fulfilling all the commandments of God is God’s love. That’s obedience and practice of a religion. That is not love.

Then there are two types of love: conditional love and unconditional love.

It is very easy to say, ‘unconditional love,’ but unconditional love is very, very rare to be seen. When we say, ‘unconditional love,’ it means you have love for somebody and no matter what happens, this love will stay with you in your heart forever. Nothing will change.

For example, I respect you and you respect me. If I insult you, you will insult me. But if you have love for somebody and they insult you every day, do you think love in you heart for that person is not going to be affected? Of course it will be affected. If the other person doesn’t stop insulting and abusing, maybe this love will turn into hatred. There is a condition: if you behave well, I will love you. If you respect me, I will love you. If you  feed me, I will love you.

If somebody doesn’t do anything good, will you still love them? Humanly, it is not possible; but God has unconditional love. However, before unconditional love is granted to you by God, there are many conditions to be fulfilled.

I want to tell you how to obtain God’s love. Some people have a problem in their heart, so a pacer is installed inside the heart to generate ticking. In a similar way, we need an outburst of emotions for God in the heart.

There is no connection between you and God. How would you have emotions for God?

For a moment, just forget about God. If we say, ‘Please love Obama; he is very nice,’ can you do that? No.

There are many examples. Generally, men go after beautiful women who are fair in complexion, tall, etc. But we have heard, when the bird of love, Cupid, strikes on a heart, you will see that a man loves a woman who is not  beautiful at all. This is because somehow or other, he has emotions for her not for other women.

We need to generate an outburst of emotion for God. In order to do that, God’s light, God’ energy, has to be generated inside the heart through spirituality.

God’s name has his light; it is not like your name and my name. Spiritually, God’s name is implanted into the heart and thereafter, the heart will vibrate with God’s name constantly. As a result of this constant vibration of God’s name inside the heart, divine energy is generated. When enough divine energy has been accumulated inside the heart, you begin to have feelings for God.

When you have something from God inside your heart, it uplifts the outburst of emotions for God. This is the first stage of love. You begin to feel his light in your heart.

However, this love is not eternal. If you do something wrong and God doesn’t like it, then these emotions will be gone; this love may not stay forever.

The original form of love – which does not fade away and never disappears from the heart – is granted to an individual by God only when he is spiritually trained and makes a journey spiritually, by the soul of his head, and he arrives at a station where God will see him and he will see God.

The moment you see God, special energy will emanate from God’s body; it will come to you and will want to pull you towards God. This attraction from God is known as pure, unconditional love. It is natural.

If you have that energy that pulls you towards God, it will become unconditional love. Then, whatever happens, this love will never depart your heart.

Ultramodern Spiritual Sciences

Ultramodern Spiritual Sciences

One of the many divine signs that are attributed to the Awaited One is the sign of ultramodern technologies. With the help of this technology, the communication gap is almost gone. We have developed an addictive dependency on these technologies, however, these technologies have helped human beings do so many things at a time, which was not possible 20 years ago. This is not a coincidence. I would like to give you a comparative view of the Goharian Philosophy of Divine Love and its relation with ultra-modern technologies. I want to draw your attention towards the title page of Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi’s book of divine love which poses a challenge to those who reject spiritual sciences.

It’s so wonderful how we make use of iMessages, emails and Twitter and Facebook. For example, you can attach a video file, audio file or an image with email and wirelessly send it from one device to another, regardless of the distance between two devices – whether one device is in the United States of America and the other device is in Australia (almost 12 000 miles away from each destination). How audio and video are wirelessly transmitted from one device to another is nothing but a miracle, and how this is done is understandable to those who have knowledge of science.

Individuals who understand that images, video and audio files can be transferred wirelessly to any distance cannot deny the fact that God’s voice and image can be transferred from the heart of a spiritual master into the heart of a spiritual disciple wirelessly.

This has never happened before. So many great, grand messengers came into this world. However, this ultramodern technology did not exist.

Everything happens for a reason. The most probable reason I can think of is that this ultramodern technology in the era of the Awaited One is telling us that what you see in the phenomenal world can be verified with divine technologies that exist in the esoteric world.

Since the ultra advanced spiritual knowledge has been laid before us by Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, we can relate to it because we have similar technology in front of our eyes.

If we did not have this technology, maybe people would have an enormous amount of doubts as to how voice or a moving picture can be transferred from the heart of a spiritual guide into the heart of a spiritual disciple. But since you have a developed a habit of using technology, when the doctrine of ultramodern spiritual sciences is introduced to you, you already have an example. This knowledge was hidden and was not given to any messenger or prophet; therefore they did not need an example in the phenomenal world to which they could relate this knowledge and verify themselves that this is true knowledge.

Television appeared to be one of the most entertaining technologies. In the late 1970’s, there were black and white televisions, still people were very happy; they found a way of killing time and entertaining themselves to get rid of boredom and loneliness. People spent hours sitting on their couches, eating popcorn and watching television. Then came coloured television and then HD picture quality. So science is constantly evolving.

Science and evolution is in a constant process. The progression of this evolution is more like an evolution of discovery.

It is not like it never existed before and the scientists have invented it; rather it is an evolution of discovery. The more you pondered and contemplated on certain things, the more veils were lifted from God; you discovered more.

In a similar way, this knowledge that we present to the world today is not new. It is not a fabrication, invention or any type of innovation. It has always existed in the higher realms. Today, we have been granted this knowledge, which simply means that this knowledge is newly disclosed, not even discovered.

When you go to see somebody and you think it is an important meeting or you are going on a trip, you take pictures with your iPhone; you tap a button on iMessage and send it to anybody anywhere in the world. That was not possible a few years back. You used to carry cameras with a film roll and would wait until it was developed; it would take months or weeks and then you would have those photographs on paper. Now, people are not as prone to printing their photos; they have laptops, iPhones and iPads. Now they have thousands of photos.

People used to be amazed as to how a Hafiz (one who memorises the entire Quran) can have the entire book in their memory. Now, a small chip can contain 64 GB.

When Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi started to explain what the Invocation of the Heart is, people were so oblivious of this knowledge. They would ask the Lord, ‘How can a fleshy heart say the name of God?’ Lord Ra Riaz would say, ‘This tongue is also a fleshy thing. How does this tongue say the name of God?’

Then Lord Ra Riaz returns with more reasoning and knowledge.

Lord Ra Riaz says, ‘This fleshy tongue does not have the ability to speak. In a similar way, this fleshy heart does not have the ability of saying God’s name. This fleshy tongue is able to speak with the help of a corresponding soul which lies in the centre of the chest.’

There are cases whereby the tongue was found to be medically and physically fit, and the doctors were surprised that even with the perfect tongue, some people were not able to speak. Medical science did not have any answer. Lord Ra Riaz, for the first time in human history, gave the answer. The Lord said, ‘This is because the corresponding soul which enables the tongue to speak is diseased.’

Lord Ra Riaz recollects a story whereby He was still in the jungle of Lal Bagh. Somebody was brought to the Lord who was not able to speak. Lord Ra Riaz said that He wanted to enjoy His loneliness and didn’t want to be bothered by people. This is why Lord Ra Riaz never wanted to do anything which would make His presence prominent in that jungle, so the Lord would deliberately keep a low profile. But that day, when that man was brought to Lord Ra Riaz in the jungle of Sehwan, Lord Ra Riaz felt pity for him; Lord Ra Riaz’s sense of bountiful generosity was invited. He blew His blissful breath upon him and, instantly, he was able to speak. No sooner had he started to speak, people were overwhelmed with happiness and were raising slogans; Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi was being glorified and praised.

Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi explains, ‘What I did was nothing to do with his physical tongue. Something was wrong with the corresponding soul. With divine energy, I fixed it and he was able to speak.’

Just 30 years ago, when Lord Ra Riaz was explaining to people that the heart can also say God’s name and speak, people would ask how. They would say, ‘The heart doesn’t have a tongue, how can the heart speak?’ Lord Ra Riaz gave these explanations and established the fact that this physical tongue itself does not have any ability or power of speech, rather it is the corresponding soul which rests in the centre of the chest with the help of which you are able to speak. By the same token, there is a corresponding soul that sits on the fleshy heart.

With spirituality, that soul which sits on the fleshy heart has to be awakened. This particular soul has spiritual functions which you will deprive yourself of if that soul is not awakened. One of the most prominent functions of the soul which sits on the heart is to enable you to communicate with God.

With the help of that soul once it has found its awakening, your heart will work like an iPhone. Make a call or send iMessages to God. You send messages to God and God will reply to you; you will see it on the screen of your heart. That’s the spiritual function.

A majority of people who proclaim to be spiritualists and who advocate spirituality are not aware of spirituality.

This is one of the many spiritual features and functions of the heart. But in order to be able to use these spiritual functions, the soul that sits on the heart has to be awakened. This is the knowledge which was granted to Prophet Adam with the help of which he exceeded all other Adams in eminence.

The poet of the east, Dr Mohammad Iqbal, who is the one of the founders of Pakistan, was a saintly person. He was aware of this knowledge. He said, ‘Awaken your heart! You will not avail any spiritual functions of the heart unless you heart is revived and awakened.’

A dormant soul on the heart will not avail you anything.

The awakening of this soul didn’t use to be easy like it is now. There were high standards, conditions and prerequisites. In addition, there was one more thing: you needed to go through a vigorous austerity of mortification and purification of your Self (Ego). By doing so, you were supposed to make yourself worthy of obtaining the awakening of the soul that controls your heart. Now because this was a tough job, many people were not attracted to this type of knowledge.

For example, somebody comes to me and tells me things like, ‘I have a car that can fly, that will run without petrol, diesel or any power. This car has wings.’ He tells me everything about this car but I can’t see anything like that in the cars that I am familiar with.  I will not believe it because there is no such car on the road. All of the sudden, one person says to me, ‘I have this car, but you have to sell everything you have.’ He won’t show the car until I give him everything. This is a difficult thing to do because there is no example. I may conclude that this person is trying to make a complete fool out of me, he wants to take my money and will run away – because I have not heard of such a car. In order to make up my mind, I need to have something in front of me that can convince me that what is being said is true.

In a similar way, [you are told], ‘When you become a spiritual person, you’re standing here offering your prayers here and you will see that you are standing in front of God. You’ll be sleeping in your cosy bed and somebody is going to be repeatedly mentioning God’s name; it would be reaching God’s throne and God will be happy.’ You would say, ‘How can that happen? If I am sleeping, who will do this on my behalf?’ People would say, ‘If this was possible, then are people crazy for going to the mosque five times a day? This is fabrication.’ This happens, when people are not aware of such knowledge.

The knowledge of spirituality became extinct. This knowledge is always projected by saints. There are religious scholars in every day and age, but saints of God are hard to come by.

In the last 400 years. there has not been a true saint of God, that’s why this knowledge became extinct. People don’t practise it, then the next generation comes, nobody talks about it and it becomes extinct.

Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi gave a complete introduction to spirituality.

Oftentimes we used to say, ‘Prior to Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi’s advent in this world, there had been so many prominent fakir, dervish, saints and mystics; but they never said such things.’ We have the Grand Sheikh of Baghdad, Abdul Qadir Jilani, who is a wonderful spiritual master. But when you read hiis works, he doesn’t explain spirituality in details – at least not in the same way or with the same amount of explanation as Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi does. One of the reasons I can think of why the Grand Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani did not go into great detail about spirituality is that he may have had some apprehensions. Had he talked about the knowledge in details, people would not have been able to relate to it, because they did not have any example in front of their eyes.

Lord Ra Riaz’s way of teaching the secret knowledge is like those books for dummies that we have in the USA and England, like ‘Physics for Dummies’. If somebody is a dummy, you need to explain everything in minute details, in the easiest way possible. Some people have the ability to grasp the meaning even if it is not fully explained; they are known to be intellectuals. A book for dummies means it is explained with all the details and nothing is missing, no more reasoning can be done; it is so easy to understand.

Before I met Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, I read a lot of Sufi book but I couldn’t understand any word.

One of the most discouraging aspect of spirituality before Lord Ra Riaz’s arrival was that if somebody wanted to understand spirituality, there was no book which would explain spirituality to an extent that the reader is able to grasp the meaning of what is being said.

For example, Ghazali-e-Dauran (Imam Ghazali) and Mujadi Alif Sani – the way they explain spirituality is like they are talking to angels, not to us.

In order to understand spirituality by Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, whether you are schooled or not schooled, you will equally understand it.

There are many who haven’t been to school, but they understood what Lord Ra Riaz said.

There are two factors:

1 – It is mostly contributed to how Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi explains it. His way of explanation makes it easy for even unlettered people to understand.

2 – When the Lord Ra Riaz speaks, with the Lord’s words, divine energy is mixed. His words hit the heart. Like you pour water into a glass or jug, the meaning of the words that the Lord speaks is poured into your heart.

We don’t speak like scholars. One of the most prominent things that our viewers must have noticed is that I, myself cannot read the Quran properly; this is why sometimes I read it with so many mistakes. But I don’t care as long as I understand it and can take spiritual benevolence from the words of God. This tells you that we haven’t even been schooled about the Quran, but even then Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi has poured the true interpretation for the divine word with the power of His divine glance (Nazar) into our hearts. Even ignorant people are now explaining spirituality.

If you are using an iPhone and you know how to send images via iMessage, email, Whatsapp, Viber and so many other applications that you have. Having sent and received audio and video files and images, if you deny spirituality whereby God’s image is transferred from one heart into another heart, you are a lunatic.

God has created this phenomenal world in order to tell you that its inner also exists.

According to a Prophetic Tradition, ‘Whatever you see in Zahir (the exoteric realm), it exists because it preexists in Batin (the esoteric realm).

It is now easy to understand how the saints of God are so powerful and how they become a source of blessing for their fellowmen. They have their souls awakened and divine energy in their eyes and heart.

What happens when their body, soul and heart are completely enlightened, spiritualised, energised with the divine presence? When a bulb is turned on, the light released from the filament emanates from the glass of the bulb. In a similar way, when God’s light sits in someone’s heart, it will emanate from the body of that saint.

This is exactly what God meant when he described Prophet Mohammad’s heart as ’Siraj un Muneera’. Siraj means ‘lantern’ and Muneera means ‘lit up’. In the Quran, God said, ‘Prophet Mohammad’s heart is like a lantern which is lit up with God’s light.’ You wouldn’t understand what Siraj un Muneera means if you didn’t know this spiritual knowledge that Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi has granted.

Words of Wisdom By Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi – Younus AlGohar

I would like to introduce the divine writing of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi.

Cover_of_The_Religion_of_God_by_Riaz_Ahmed_Gohar_Shahi,_Published_2012

The Religion of God (Divine Love) is the ultimate textbook on spirituality. This book was published by the Balboa Press in the United States of America. On the title page of the book is a piece of advice that reads, ‘This book requires unruffled concentration, attention, pondering and research from all religions, sects and every man. It poses a challenge to those who deny the existence of spirituality.’

This book not only talks about spirituality in unprecedented details, at the same time,it tells us the future.

It is so concise yet covers everything about God, prophets, saints, religions, you and me. There is nothing that exists that doesn’t exist in this book. It contains the untold mysteries and secrets of God.

Some books are just pastime; you read it, enjoy it and forget it. Some books guide you on how to live. But The Religion of God covers the past of God, the past of humanity, the present of humanity, the present of God, the future of humanity, and the future of God. It covers every single topic that can’t even be imagined; this is a super textbook on spirituality.

There may have been questions in your mind for many years for which you searched for answers, but realised that finding an answer is not possible. When you read this book, you will come to know that those questions which were stored in your mind are answered in The Religion of God.

The most important aspect of this book – which, of course, is the case of a divine book – is that when you read it, you feel as if you are connected with the author. You feel as if questions are popping up in your mind, but at the same time, answers are also popping up. The taste of the pudding is in eating it.

This book is the most valuable asset in the field of theology, spirituality and mysticism. No mystical truth is complete without it.

The universality of this book is such that a Jew and a Hindu will read this book and feel like [they are personally] being addressed. A Muslim will read this book and he should feel, although he hides it, that he is being addressed. An atheist will read this book and he will feel comfortable reading it; he will feel as if somebody is trying to sell him the idea of believing in God again.

An atheist will develop an attitude within himself that he is giving in to the truth that God exists; not because somebody is going to put forward a very solid argument, but because there are answers in this book which no religious scholar can come up with regarding the reasons why atheism came into existence. These people must have gone through an enormous amount of pain and turmoil; at the time of need, they called upon God and he didn’t reply to them or help them. So, as a result of this disappointment and feeling of being let down, they became rebellious and they completely denied the existence of God.

HDE Gohar Shahi has discussed sensitive issues and points in this book which may appear to be taboo subjects to a religious scholar.

HDE Gohar Shahi has been pretty much fair. When religious scholars write about God, it is like the have been bribed by God. They will keep praising God; they are biased. Being a human being, you will definitely be biased to God and prejudiced to a sinner. The Religion of God tell you about the existence and nature of God; it also tells you where God was not himself and people who were looking up to God were let down or disappointed.

So, when an atheist reads this book he will think, ‘Whoever this person is, he is not an advocate of God; he is a fair mediator, trying to make a bridge between man and God and in trying to do so, he is impartial.’ HDE Gohar Shahi is such a unique mediator between man and God that he pinpoints God when he is wrong and pinpoints man when he is wrong. The reader, if he is an atheist, will feel, ‘I am in a court which is unbiased, where the judge is impartial and this judge is not just impartial he is a universal mediator.’

If HDE Gohar Shahi convinces you to believe in God, you can simply call him the advocate of God.

In this day and age, a person alleged of a crime will need a lawyer, advocate or barrister to convince the judiciary system. Similarly, God needs a barrister today. Religious scholars who were meant to be advocates turned out to be pimps. HDE Gohar Shahi sees both parties, man and God with an equal eye.

This is such a wonderful book. It is available on Amazon. Those who live in Canada can get it at Chapters and in the USA, it is available at Barnes & Nobles. In the United Kingdom, you can order it from Waterstone’s or WH Smith.

The Reason Man Becomes a Terrorist

Oftentimes, we hear in the newspapers, on TV, or on the radio that some people are being radicalised with some kind of hateful doctrine.

It is really interesting to know that in order for a person to become radicalised, they do not need a special hateful knowledge or doctrine.

According to God, God created everything in pairs: men and women, day and night, truth and falsehood, light and darkness, inner and outer, etc.

In a similar way God created knowledge and paired it up: the outer knowledge and the inner knowledge. It is the knowledge of the exterior and the knowledge of your interior, the inner dimension and the outer dimension.

His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi says, ‘The outer knowledge is incomplete without inner knowledge.’

A man is incomplete without a woman and a woman is incomplete without a man. The case is the same for outer knowledge without the inner.

HDE Gohar Shahi explains, ‘The outer knowledge hardens the heart. The inner knowledge softens the heart.’

When you are in pursuit of knowledge, you must obtain both types of knowledge. If you obtain outer knowledge and ignore inner knowledge, you will become [another] Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, you will become Wahhabi, Shiite or Sunni.

Words are very dangerous because when you speak words, your intention are not included in those words. Your words come out and the intention of using those words remains in your heart.

For example, someone is a prophet, the door is open and it is cold outside – so they say to their companion, ‘Shut the door.’ At the same time, another person is coming and wants to come in the house, but he thinks, ‘When they saw me, they shut the door.’ Nobody knows why the door was shut. The prophet asked his companion to shut the door because it was cold, not because he did not want anybody to come in. But people will just repeat the words said.

This is how the Quran is without Mohammad. You only have the words of God, not the intentions of God; this is outer knowledge. You have the spoken word of God but you do not know the reason and intention of God.

If you had the interior knowledge as well, that knowledge would have connected your heart with God; whenever you would read God’s words, God intention would fall upon our heart and you would know the real interpretation of God’s words.

You do not need a special doctrine of hatred to become hateful like ISIS.

If you have outer knowledge of any religion but lack the spiritual knowledge which connects the heart with God, one day, you will become Abu Bakr al Baghdadi. You are on the way to becoming [part of] ISIS.

Without Sufism and spirituality, you are on the autopilot. The inner knowledge is very important. If you do not have inner knowledge, no matter who you are, whether you are Shiite, Sunni or Wahhabi, one day, you will become a terrorist. There are Shiite organisations involved in terrorism, but Wahhabis have gone one step ahead of everybody else; they are professional killers. Iran is a terrorist country as well.

Terrorism is not just about killing people. The fundamental definition of terrorism is to keep people under terror and badly affect and disturb their quality of life.

There was a time when you could travel in a car with your wife and children and the police wouldn’t bother you. At the airports, if you are with your children and wife they wouldn’t bother you too much. They thoughts, ‘If he is travelling with his wife and with small children, he can’t be a terrorist.’ But then, even women became terrorists and they used even children. So now, whether you’re travelling with your family, there’s no exemption. Times have changed.

If a woman was wrapped up in veiling, you would be scared that she can explode anytime. If a girl or woman would pass by you wearing jeans, you were relaxed, and did not think she was radicalised. But now, it is different. Terrorists are now giving new recruits a new manual in which they say, ‘Don’t change your name. Wear outfits like westerners. Don’t grow beards. Drink alcohol, sleep around.’ There’s no mark of distinction between the two. You’ll never know [who has been radicalised].

What happened in Paris on two occasions was death. But terrorism is that people are afraid of visiting Paris. They are under terror.

When you want to go somewhere and you sense a threat, you postpone it.. After the events in Paris and San Bernardino, there were so many hoaxes on airplanes; it was terror.

You don’t need a bomb or gun to terrorise people. It’s a psychological battle and it is very easy.

So terrorists have been successful. We say, ‘We are not afraid, we stand united,’ but these are just words. Human beings have a psychological weakness in them: when they spot a danger, the first thing that comes to them is fear or attack.

To spread terror is in your nature. On a local level or larger level, you are a terrorist. The only way you can overcome your ugly nature is to adopt spirituality which will soften your heart and transform you into a good human being.

Utterances of HDE Gohar Shahi:

In the End Times, God will send forth one of the above mentioned souls. He will find  and  unite  them  together.  And  He  will  remind  them  that  they  also once loved God. All such souls whether or not they are religious will attend to his call, and flock around Him. He will grant them a unique name of God, which will pass through their hearts and settle in their souls. The souls will constantly engage with the repetition of that name (the soul will become  a  permanent  Dhakir).  The  unique  name  of  God  will  confer  on them a brand new enthusiasm, a new power and a new definition of love. The Noor (Divine Energy) of the unique name of God will reconnect the soul with God.

Dhikr Qalb serves like an intermediary ladder to obtaining Dhikr Rouh  (invocation of the soul), just as the rituals of Salat (a form of worship) and fasting are means of obtaining the invocation of the heart. If the soul of an individual has learnt to invoke God, he is among those who shall have no fear of accountability and the Divine Scale on the Day of Judgement. The advanced stages of invocation and worship of soul confirm his elevated

rank. Individuals that are progressing in spirituality from the heart towards the  soul  are  among  those  who  have  entered  the  Religion  of  God or are about to enter it. Their means of guidance is God’s Light, not the books. God’s  Light,  itself,  keeps  them  away  from  committing  sins.  And  those who, even by striving or by learning about it, are deprived of this spiritual status, are not included in this Spiritual League. Heretics are those that, without invocation of the heart and the soul, consider themselves among those  in  this  Spiritual  League  or  imitate  them.  The  means  of  salvation for common folks is worship and religion. The means of guidance are the celestial books. The means of intercession are through the Prophets and the Saints. Many Muslims do not accept the fact that the Saints can provide people with intercession to God. However, Prophet Mohammad advised his companions to request Owais Qarni to provide his Ummah (following) with intercession to God.

If the body of a car is beautiful but the engine is useless, the entire thing is useless. There used to be a British car known as a Rover. It was not a reliable car, but they replaced the engine in that car with a Honda engine. After this, sales soared. Basically, it’s about the engine, not the body. One who fixes the body of the car is like a person who has the outer knowledge; one who fixes the engine is like somebody who has the inner knowledge.

Similarly, outer knowledge tells you how to keep your body clean, behave yourself and perform rituals of the religion.

But the inner knowledge will awaken the human instinct in you. The inner knowledge will bring out to the surface all the humanly attributes which have been granted to your soul by God.

From childhood, we heard that being a man is greater than being an angel. But all our lives, in all our societies, we have regarded angels as greater than us. In books we are greater, but in practical life they are greater. When we came to see HDE Gohar Shahi and HDE told us about this, we realised that there is a special knowledge which will make man greater than an angel.

If you do not have that knowledge, you are not even great – forget about being greater than an angel. This is the knowledge of the heart, the knowledge of the soul and this knowledge connects you to God.

Utterances of His Divine Eminence Ra Gohar Shahi

There  are  three  parts  of  exoteric  knowledge  and  one  part  of  esoteric knowledge (inner knowledge).

One  has  to  find  a  Moses  to  obtain  exoteric  knowledge  and  a  Khidr  to obtain esoteric knowledge from.

The  inspirational  voice  that  one  hears  without  the  presence  of  Gabriel is  known  as  Ilhaam.  The  knowledge  that  one  obtains  without  Gabriel accompanying it, is known as Sahifa (Divine Scroll) and Hadith Qudsee (conversation  with  God  without  a  medium).  The  knowledge  conveyed through the Gabriel is known as the Koran, whether it contains exoteric knowledge or esoteric knowledge, whether you call it the Torah, the Psalms of David or the Bible.

The religious scholars get away with their faults and errors by labelling it as politics. Faults and errors by the Saints are regarded and ignored as acts of  wisdom.  Faults  and  errors  by  the  Prophets  are  not  regarded  as  faults and errors.

The concerned souls inside the human body gain strength with whatever type  of  spiritual  practice  they  are  engaged  in.  And  those  that  are not engaged in any spiritual practice are dormant and senseless. And those that, through any means, have absorbed God’s name in their souls, their hobby is then constant remembrance of God (Dhikr-e-Sultani) and Rapturous Love of God (Ishq-e-Allah).

No wonder Iqbal said, ‘If you possess Rapturous Love of God, your kufr (ingratitude) is Islam (submission to God).’

Imam Mehdi will rejuvenate all the religions!

Mujaddid  (the  revivers)  emerged  within  Muslim  Ummah  in  the  post-Mohammadan  era,  and  they  revived  the  religion.  The  amendment  of these Mujaddid will become ineffective after the advent of Imam Mehdi. And Imam Mehdi will rejuvenate all religions in his very own way. It is mentioned in several books that Imam Mehdi shall found a brand new religion.

If an individual worships all his life, but in the end, he happens to oppose Imam  Mehdi  and  Jesus  Christ  (return  of  both  the  Personalities  to  this world  is  imminent;  Jesus  Christ  appears  with  the  same  body  as  he  was raised up with, and Imam Mehdi in the body with the terrestrial spirits of Prophet Mohammad), such an individual is hell-bound in the similitude of Balyim Ba’our, and he is as rejected by God as Iblis (the Devil) was.

On the contrary, if an individual lives all his life like a dog, but in the end, he happens to support and love Imam Mehdi and Jesus Christ, such an individual shall enter paradise in the similitude of Qatmir.

Some  of  the  religions  and  sects  say,  ‘Jesus  had  died,  and  his  tomb is situated in Afghanistan.’ This is a misleading propaganda. The tomb in Afghanistan is not that of Jesus Christ, but of a Saint whose name also is Isa. In that primitive age, what could have been the purpose of burial at such a far off place? They argue, ‘How was Jesus raised to the skies?’ We say, ‘How was Adam descended on Earth?’ Remember: Idrees (Enoch) still lives physically in paradise. Khidr (A mystical figure) and Ilyas (Elias) are present on Earth, and they haven’t tasted death yet.

Sectarian Division Pollutes the Concept of Imam Mehdi

Sectarian Division Pollutes the Concept of Imam Mehdi

There are more than just one concept of Imam Mehdi due to sectarian division in Islam. The Shia (Iran) concept of Imam Mehdi is more like a fictitious story rather than being based on traditions of the Prophet Mohammad. Shia Islam has segregated from the mainstream religion and remains focused on the household of the Prophet Mohammad. Anyone outside the household of the Prophet is given considerably less or no importance at all. They believe the lost son of Imam Askari is the awaited Imam Mehdi.

Sunni Islam focuses on the traditions of the Prophet Mohammad and their concept of Imam Mehdi is strictly based on traditions of the Prophet only.

Wahhabis don’t accept the existence of the concept of Imam Mehdi. They, however, believe that a caliph will come to help them towards the end times.

None of the above mentioned concepts are realistic and authentic.

When a Religion Malfunctions

When a Religion Malfunctions

The world is full of problems and these problems are manmade. Some of these problems are the product of the world political structure and some of the problems are the product of desires of power, money and other worldly desires. Some of the problems are created by confusion among religions.

How a Religion Malfunctions

When a religion becomes spiritually deserted and is not spiritually nurtured by its founder and divinely anointed mentors, that religion becomes a monster.

A religion has always been a very personal sort of thing; it is a connection between man and God. Islam is only about 1450 years old, as compared to others, it’s the latest religion and it is the last celestial religion. Christianity is almost 2100 years old and Judaism is more or less between 4000-5000 years old. Every religion, when the spiritual system expired in it, produced problems. When the divinely fixed validity of that religion expired, there came a by-product. For example, if you leave anything unattended, which is not supervised and maintained, it becomes corrupted.

Similarly, when a religion expires it simply means that it is not monitored by its founder spiritually. Anything that goes wrong with the philosophy of the religion and any adulteration made by its followers is not fixed by God or by its founder spiritually.

[The religion] becomes as dirty as a garbage bin. If there is a garbage bin and you throw all sorts of trash in it, when it stays that way, it becomes stinky. This is what happens to a religion when it has expired and it is not supervised by any spiritual authority, when it is not monitored by its custodian. When it is not maintained by God, it becomes a monster. It starts to malfunction.

religion is [there] to form the characters of its followers, teach them how to live in a society, maintain justice.

Nobody is to deprive anybody of their rights and there should be no discrimination, no killing and no dishonesty. With the help of the religion, you begin to respect everybody’s rights. For example, when we drive on the roads and we come to a mini roundabout, if you have passed your driving test in the United Kingdom, you would know that anybody coming from your right hand side has the right to pass first, and you have priority over the traffic which is coming from your left hand side. So, with this understanding, you reach a mini roundabout – and if somebody is not following these instructions, you start swearing. Why? It’s because somebody is depriving you of your right.

This deprivation of rights creates anger.

In the United Arab Emirates, you may be standing in a queue an hour, and all of a sudden, a white-costumed guy will come and jump the queue. If you tell him, ‘Why are you jumping the queue?’ He will say, ‘Because I am a national of this country.’ This is deprivation of rights.

When you live in a society [you have to follow the rules]. Before you are able to drive legally, you have to go through two different tests: the knowledge test in which you begin to understand what you can do and can’t do, what is safe for you and others, and what sign means what. When you have cleared the first test, then you take the practical test in which you are told about the rights of pedestrians. Pedestrian have more rights on the road than the drivers.

Knowledge is all about telling you what is good and what is bad. Now, it depends on you: if you are good, you will do good things and if you are bad you will do bad things.

In a similar way, religion is like a driving test. When you embark upon your journey in life, the first thing you do is go to school, pre-school, then high school and you begin to understand what your rights are, what you can and cannot do to others. But in the modern times, all these institution in the west are becoming helpless because moral and ethical values are not part of any curriculum. If you are studying science, you will become a scientist, but you don’t know how to live as a good human being, how to live happily, how to respect others and their rights. It’s because you don’t have the knowledge, you haven’t been trained. You don’t have the moral and ethical values, therefore, you only care about yourself and you become a self-centred person.

When you become corrupted, even with moral and ethical values, you become self-centred. You don’t want to follow the rules and regulations of life.

If you read the Human Rights Charter of United Nations, you would think somebody wrote it after having read the Bible or Quran because it is so beautiful.

If somebody is in need, help them. If your neighbour is starving, go and give them food. If you don’t do that, then your relationship with your prophet or God, and your piety, will be greatly affected. This is how much taking care of a human being is valued in the religion.

But when extreme philosophies are introduced in the religion, when fanaticism plays havoc with the divine texts, when brains are hammered into with the wrong interpretations of the holy book, you become a monster.

You think you are in a race against all other human beings. You think you are the best, you are the holiest one and everybody else is an infidel. This is exactly what happened in the case of Islam.

I commented on one of the verses of Quran and the outcome of my commentary was that in the light of Quran, Christians and Jews are infidels. Now, a lot of Muslims are swearing at me but what I said is in the Quran, this is Islam.

Jews have a book called Torah, Christians have a book called Bible, Muslims have a book called Quran. Followers of these religions are called People of the Book. According to the Muslim faith, People of the Book can marry each other, they don’t have to change their religion. This means a Muslim man can marry a Jewish or Christian woman, or a Jewish man can marry a Christian or Muslim woman; this is in the Islamic faith.

What is being projected under the label of Islam is that Christians and Jews are your enemies and they are infidelsthis is a severe misleading and hateful propaganda conducted by Wahhabis only.

If God is allowing Muslims to marry a Christian or a Jew, how can they make a Christian their wife or husband, not their friend? It is not even short-sightedness, it is blindness. Muslims should be more friendly to Jews because Jews come from [the lineage of] Isaac and Muslims come from Ismail; both Isaac and Ismail are brothers, so basically Jews and Muslims are cousins. Father of Isaac and Ismail is Abraham.

If you study Islam, you will come to know that in every worship, you have to send benedictions and salutations to Abraham and his progeny. If you don’t do that, your worship is not acceptable, according to Islam.

For example, Al-Safa and Al-Marwah [two hills situated in Masjid al Haram in Mecca] was where Prophet Abraham, upon God’s orders, left his concubine, Haggard, and his son, Ismail. When Ismail was really thirsty, Haggard left her son and went running in search for water. Now, it has become a ritual for a Muslim to run in that area like Haggard, and this is worship for them. 90% of the rituals in the pilgrimage of Hajj is in the memory of Abraham.

The appointment and anointment of Prophet Mohammad was the result of Abraham’s prayers to God. Abraham prayed to God that he wanted a son in this part of the Arabian Peninsula for the guidance of humankind, and it was heard. Every Muslim knows about it. All Muslims must respect Abraham as much as Jews do. Being a Muslim, if you don’t respect Abraham, you are not a Muslim. Look what they have done to Islam.

Terrorism Today

The Islam that we see today is not even a reflection of Islam, it is something else altogether. It is a monstrous set of beliefs. It has nothing to do with the doctrine of blessings which were given to the world by Prophet Mohammad.

Wahhabis have become an international terror group and Iran is a regional player. They are both terrorists. Iran does not have that much money, so they are local players. Iran is fuelling sectarian hatred in so many countries in the neighbourhood. Iran has its paws stuck in Yemen, Pakistan, Bahrain and Dubai. There is a lot of influence in Dubai from Iran.

Iran is a regional terrorist. Terrorism in Pakistan is fuelled by two countries: Iran and Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia a big player in the field of terrorism.

Iran is a poor, meek character, which is why the UK and US are able to put sanctions on Iran. Iran is a devil, but Saudi Arabia is a super devil.

Bashar ul Assad is a Shiite and Iran is a supporter. Our governments become angry when they see Russia is helping Bashar ul Assad, but they never talk about Iran. Iran is helping Bashar ul Assad more than Russia is. Iran has created problems in Iraq, Iran has created problems in Lebenon. Hezbollah is backed by Iran.

There have been sanctions on Iran but what about Saudi Arabia? Everybody now knows that Saudi Arabia is the principle financier, sponsor and creator of terrorism.

ISIS is just one little outfit. Saudi Arabia is beheading more people than ISIS. They beheaded 41 people in one day, including one Shiite cleric. They are doing it in the same way as ISIS does, with the same philosophy.

Everything is the same. Raqqa is a city where ISIS has its stronghold and they have implemented their Sharia in that area. The religious police system they have introduced are holding guns and roaming around the areas looking at every single passers-by, like how many women are under veils and whether or not their veils are okay. When it time for prayers, they see how many people are going to the mosque; and those who are not going to the mosque are arrested and punished. Beheadings takes place in public. It is the same system as Saudi Arabia.

When will the western leaders become sincere in their efforts to crush terrorism and their principle ideology?

The Pakistan Army began an operation called Zarb-e-Azb, which even the US is praising – but right under their noses in Islamabad, there is a mosque called Lal Masjid and Molvi Abdul Aziz (the cleric of the mosque), who is a radical hate-preacher, is openly announcing that he is in favour of ISIS and Daesh. Recently, 140 girls pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Operation Zarb-e-Azb is only being carried out in the Northern areas, but are they the only ones who are terrorists? What about Punjabis? What about all people who live in Karachi? There was a time when Pathans were more into terrorism, but right now, Pathans have been outnumbered by Punjabis in terrorism. The Taliban in Pakistan are 99% Punjabi.

If the Pakistani army is sincere in curbing terrorism, then they should declare a war against Wahhabism.

There are no more Muslims in this world, just Wahhabis and Shiites.

The True Islam – Younus AlGohar
31st December 2015|ArticlesLecturesVideos

The True Islam – Younus AlGohar

The only form of true Islam that I know of is the Islam in which a Muslim strictly follows Prophet Mohammad and he seeks all sorts of guidance from Prophet Mohammad.

In true Islam, dependency of a Muslim’s spiritual growth and nourishment lies on his relationship with Prophet Mohammad. He understands that the source of true knowledge is Prophet Mohammad, not the Quran.

‘Reach the essence of Prophet Mohammad. O’ fool, you do not know that Prophet Mohammad himself the religion.’ – Rumi

In our eyes, true Islam is that in which a Muslim’s Kaaba, source of guidance, knowledge and benevolence is Prophet Mohammad. One who leaves Prophet Mohammad and seeks guidance only from the Quran is misguided. Whoever has left Prophet Mohammad and follows the Quran only, will become a Wahhabi, Shia or Barelvi. Whoever makes Prophet Mohammad the source of their guidance, knowledge and benevolence will become a Sufi. Such a person will become a lover of Prophet Mohammad.

We admire the Islam in which Prophet Mohammad is the alpha and omega.

One who depended solely on the Quran, the Quran misguided them. However, for one who follows Prophet Mohammad, Prophet Mohammad said that to kill one man is to kill the entire humanity. Prophet Mohammad’s teachings do not allow a follower to let their neighbour go to sleep hungry. Prophet Mohammad forgave those even who were caught committing adultery. He sheltered them. Why wouldn’t a sinner refrain from sinning when Prophet Mohammad shows so much kindness?

Besides Prophet Mohammad, there is nothing good in Islam. If Prophet Mohammad is not in your Islam, then your Islam is nonsense.

True Islam is not meant to seek guidance from the Quran.

Similitude of the Quran can be given as a brick and cement. The difference between the Quran and Islam is the same as it is between cement, brick, sand and a building.

In simple words, the Quran was raw material and with that raw material, Prophet Mohammad built the building of Islam. It is like a teacher’s manual; it is not for the students.

If the Quran was meant to be given to the Muslim Nation, it would have been compiled and given the shape of a book by the Prophet Mohammad himself, but he didn’t do it.

Umar bin Khattab explained the nature of Biddah (Innovation). There are two types of Biddah: Biddah Sahiya (bad innovation) and Biddah Hasanah (good innovation). He caused the religion of Islam to fall into the ditch of bad innovation. So the Quran is raw material with which Prophet Mohammad built the building of Islam. The source of knowledge is not the Quran.

If it is Quran, for the sake of argument, then why did Prophet Mohammad say, ‘I am the city of knowledge and Ali is the gateway to it’?

So the lesson for today is that the Quran is not the source of guidance and knowledge.

True Concept of Imam Mehdi vs. Wahhabi Fallacy – Younus AlGohar

True Concept of Imam Mehdi vs. Wahhabi Fallacy – Younus AlGohar

What I am going to discuss today is very important. You need to be able to understand the very sensitive difference between the right and correct concept of the Awaited One and the misguided, misleading, concocted and fabricated concept of the Awaited One.

There is more than one concept of the Awaited Mehdi. There is a Shiite concept of Imam Mehdi and there is a Sunni concept of Imam Mehdi.

Based on the same prophecies, a concocted and modified concept also emerged. However, this is not known as the concept of Imam Mehdi; this is known as the concept of the Caliph of the End of the World, The Last Days.

The Wahhabis have fiddled with the prophecies of Prophet Mohammad in regards to the coming of the Awaited One, The Mehdi. They have removed the word ‘Mehdi’ from the prophecies. They’ve said that there will be a Caliph who will turn everybody into a Muslim and no individual on Earth will be left a non-Muslim. This is a concoction of their fabrication. They say, ‘He will rule the world and everybody will accept Islam.’

About 200 years ago, there was a man called Mohammad Ahmed bin Abdullah born in Sudan. He claimed to be the Mehdi and he fought against the Ottoman Empire. He killed people in exactly the same manner as ISIS is killing people. He became famous with the title of ‘Mehdi Sudani’. He killed a lot of people; then Britain sent Charles Gordon. He went there and with the help of the British Army, he [fought against him]. [Abdullah died of typhus] and peace was eventually restored.

Soon after the demise of Prophet Mohammad, killing started. Prophet Mohammad’s grandson, Hussain, along with his sons and others, were brutally slaughtered and beheaded by Muslims. Hajaj bin Yousuf then became the Caliph and he slaughtered 10 000 people in Medina.

Islam has seen more blood than water. The people who come from the Arabian Peninsula are historically known to be warriors.

They kill each other for fun and adventure.

There have been more than ten pseudo-claimants who declared themselves to be Mehdi, some from India, others from Pakistan and some from the Arab world. However, Wahhabis have concocted a concept of a Caliph.

Many people believed in their concoctions because they were telling them half-truths. This concept of Caliphate (Khilafah) is based on prophecies of the Prophet Mohammad, but with modification and fabrication.

References of the Quran and Prophetic Traditions that Wahhabis present to their followers are so sensitive that neither can one accept it, nor would one want to reject it – because nothing is proved; everything is vague.

The concept of Mehdi has been greatly fiddled with by Wahhabis. The question is: what is now in their minds after this modification? If you understand it today, you will know what is happening right now.

We say, ‘This is killing, brutality and insanity,’ but they don’t think the same way as we do because they have something else in their mind. They have been indoctrinated with some other concepts. Their passion for killing is considered, by them, as their religious duty. We call it barbarism and terrorism, but we need to get into their brain and see how they think.

If you want to defeat them, you need to think on the same wavelength as they are thinking. This is a very sensitive topic but I must speak on it. If I do not speak on this topic today, confusions about Imam Mehdi will lead the public to conclude dangerous concepts.

In the original concept of Mehdi, Imam Mehdi would teach all human beings love of God. In the light of the prophecies of Prophet Mohammad and the Quran, Imam Mehdi will establish a new religion: the Religion of Love. Imam Mehdi will work along with Lord Jesus Christ. According to the original concept of Imam Mehdi, Imam Mehdi will appoint Jesus as the Commander-in-Chief of the Army of Imam Mehdi, who will defeat ISIS, Taliban and all the followers of Antichrist. Imam Mehdi and Jesus Christ together will rule the hearts of the world. They will fill the world with utter justice, peace and love. Imam Mehdi will unify humanity.

Imam Mehdi’s spiritual grace, benevolence, compassion and bounty will not be confined to one particular group of people or one specific religion. Imam Mehdi will cater to the needs of the entire humanity. According to the original concept of Imam Mehdi, Imam Mehdi along with Lord Jesus Christ will establish the Kingdom of God.

The message of Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi is love, brotherhood and peace; [it dos not incite] hatred or violence. I am a follower of Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi, who is the Messenger of Love. He is spreading the love of God, brotherhood and tolerance in collaboration with Lord Jesus Christ.

According to the original concept of Mehdi, Imam Mehdi is supposed to establish a new religion, a new book and a new custom; Imam Mehdi is not going to speak about Islam. Imam Mehdi is not going to speak about Christianity, Judaism or Hinduism. Imam Mehdi will speak about love, he will take every single individual in this world as a creature of God, not as a Hindu, Muslim or Christian.

Imam Mehdi’s job is to connect an individual to God, regardless of his religion.

Imam Mehdi loves all and the doctrine He has brought down with Him is the doctrine of Rapturous Love. In this form of love, one is so humble to everyone. One does not take revenge or hold grudges for anyone; they love all.

Jesus said, ‘If somebody slaps you on your right cheek, present your other cheek as well.’ Some people think that this is stupidity and it is not practical. However, Jesus has done it and His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi’s message of love is the continuation of the message Jesus Christ tried to give to people 2000 years ago: love of God and humanity.

Imam Mehdi will establish a new religion. Imam Mehdi will love everybody and fill everyone’s hearts with love. Imam Mehdi will establish a united nation in which the entire humanity will come into a single fold of universal brotherhood. Each member of the global society will love each other. There will be no sign of hatred, killing or bloodshed. There will be no Islam, Christianity, Sikhism or the Quran.

Why do we need the Quran? We have God’s Representative on Earth. Why do we need the Bible when we have Jesus?

Imam Mehdi is not supposed to promote Islam. This is a wrong concept which has been generated by wrong people for wrong reasons! Why should Imam Mehdi promote Islam when Islam doesn’t exist anymore?

How will you find God with the help of Islam, when it did not help you become a good human being? The couple involved in the San Bernardino Shooting didn’t even think of their daughter; they abandoned her. How will people who do not have any mercy and compassion for their own children, have any mercy for other people?

The way the Quran has introduced Prophet Mohammad to the world is fabulous. The Quran said:

وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَـٰكَ إِلَّا رَحۡمَةً۬ لِّلۡعَـٰلَمِينَ

(21:107)

‘O’ Mohammad, and have I sent you in any other form other than blessing for humankind?’

Prophet Mohammad’s blessings do not change. He was a blessing for the world 1400 years ago and even if he existed today, he would have been blessing for the world.

Prophet Mohammad would not have told his followers to kill people simply because they were not Muslims.

When Prophet Mohammad conquered Mecca, he said as he entered the city, ‘I do not force those who do not believe in Islam to become Muslims. They can continue to practise their religion. Those who are my enemies, I allow them to seek refuge. Those who are Muslims, under the new law, they will pay alms (religious tax) and those who are non-Muslims will pay taxes.’

The way [Wahhabis] have projected a false image of Islam and Prophet Mohammad is really terrible. We can safely say Islam does not exist today. [What we see] is not Islam.

I had a debate with a man who said, ‘Imam Mehdi will convert everyone to Islam.’ I asked him, ‘Why didn’t Prophet Mohammad convert everybody into Islam?’ Forget about others; Prophet Mohammad did not force his own uncle who raised him, supported him and sponsored him to accept Islam. When Prophet Mohammad asked his uncle to become Muslim, his uncle simply said to him, ‘I am a Jew. I believe in Abraham and I’m good.’ Prophet Mohammad said, ‘Okay,’ because Prophet Mohammad knew that if he believed in Abraham, it was enough for him.

Individuals today who call themselves ‘devout’ Muslims and want Imam Mehdi to convert every single individual to Islam, I ask them, ‘Why didn’t Prophet Mohammad convert everybody to Islam?’

Why does everybody have to become Muslim? Do [Muslims] think Islam is the only good religion and all other religions are false?

According to Islam, one must believe in all messengers and prophets. If you do not believe in Abraham, Jesus and Moses, you are not a Muslim in the eyes of Prophet Mohammad. Islam has given more respect to Mother Mary than any woman in history. There is a chapter in the Quran named ‘Mother Mary.’

I have explained the true concept of Imam Mehdi. Wahhabis have modified this concept. They have removed the word ‘Mehdi’ and replaced it with ‘Caliph’ (Khalifah). This Caliph according to their understanding will rule the world and turn everybody into a Muslim. He will kill all those who do not accept their doctrine. This is exactly what is in their mind. These people think that the rapist, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is the Awaited Mehdi, the Caliph. He is a butcher and an enemy of humanity. ISIS, Taliban, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, Al Shabab are all butchers and [the most] hateful creatures on Earth.

The original Imam Mehdi is supposed to love all and fill the world with utter justice.

I would like to pass on this message to our Honourable Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, David Cameron and the Honourable President Obama, President of the United States of America, and all other European countries to take my advice into account. And it is in the larger interests of our strategy against ISIS and other radical Islamists.

What I know from my spiritual experiences is that Bashar al Assad is not our immediate concern.

In order to defeat ISIS in Syria, you have to focus on one enemy at a time. Don’t think about Bashar al Assad right now; that’s not our immediate concern.

In order to successfully defeat ISIS, if we have to shake hands with Bashar al Assad temporarily, do not hesitate. Go ahead. I think it is important for a successful assault on ISIS that for the time being you either shake hands with Bashar al Assad to grab the opportunity or you ignore him right now and focus on ISIS and its ideology.

Bombing their oil wells is a good job; keep doing it. This will produce wonderful, miraculous results.

In the long run, the ideology of hatred, the Wahhabi brand of Islam, has to be taken care of. If we want this world to become a peaceful place to live again, we must take care of the Wahhabi brand of Islam.

It is like these Islamists have practically declared a war against the rest of the world; we should now accept it. With this acceptance, we should then retaliate in accordance with the culture of war, with the understanding of a war. In war and love, everything is fair. You have to root out this evil from the global society.

All countries of the world who promote peace and love and respect humanity should support the United States of America, the UK, France and Germany and any other country who is now becoming part of this greater alliance against the evil ISIS and other terrorist groups.

When Religions Become Monsters

When Religions Become Monsters

When Religions Become Monsters

The world has changed so much and hatred is spreading far and wide. Humanity is going through the worst phase in history. Religions have become monsters.

When a person dies, their main soul is taken to the higher realms by the angels. Other auxiliary souls, if they are alive, stay in the grave. If none of the souls are alive, then at least one soul has to stay in the grave until the Day of Judgement is established. That one soul is the Self (the Nafs).

If you are passing through a cemetery, you may notice that there is a sense of fear from an unknown source. The Self is from the nation of Djinns. It is not completely an ethereal being; its nature is substance. The Self is affected by the cold and hot weather which is why it needs protection. Therefore, we make graves.

Now in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, people have started cremating their dead because it is cheaper than burying them. That is not good because when your body dies and is buried in the grave, the Self remains in your body. If the Self is purified and enlightened, it engages itself in invocation of God and different forms of worship. If it is not purified, then different Djinns (evil spirits) come and stay in that grave.

As long as there is a soul in your body and it is enlightened, no evil spirit will enter your body. If your soul is not enlightened and you don’t have divine energy in your body, then any evil spirit or Djinn can enter your body at any time and stay there. Djinns need protection which is why they seek shelter in bodies, houses, graves and different places.

Similarly, the soul of a religion is spirituality. When the spiritual system in any religion is destroyed, the religion becomes like a body which is vulnerable to forced entry by evil spirits. When the spiritual system in any religion was destroyed, then religion was murdered or made abode by the devil. This is when a religion becomes a monster.

A religion is not just a set of beliefs but also a set of principles from God. You are meant to adopt them and make a society in which everybody is given his and her rights. Self-respect and justice prevail and nobody is physically hurt. Everybody lives in perfect harmony.

God knows about you better than you do because you are God’s creation; he is aware of your nature.

In accordance with your nature, God sends down a set of principles with a messenger or a prophet. You adopt them and enlighten your mind, your soul and your lifestyle.

By adopting those divine principles, you establish a society in which there is no discrimination, tyranny or hatred.

When the spiritual system in the religion is destroyed and becomes subject to amalgamating opinions from human beings, it becomes a monster.

A common man does not leave any impact on the religion by rendering his opinions.

However the opinion of those who are held responsible for promoting and upholding the religious laws impact the religion.

According to a Prophetic Tradition, ‘When a common man makes a mistake, he becomes a sinner. When a mistake is made by a religious scholar then the religion is badly affected.’

A religion becomes a monster when the doctrine of spirituality and methodology of connecting hearts with God vanishes from that religion. Muslims will definitely find it difficult to understand – due to lack of knowledge about their religion – but it is true that Islam has been left with nothing but its name. The Quran has been left with no spiritual grace and benevolence for except the custom of recitation. This is why, Islam which is only 1436 years old, has become a monster today.

The Revolution of Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi

Some people are astounded when they hear this coming from a coloured man like myself, who originally comes from Pakistan and  who has been a very strict practitioner of the religion of Islam. They find it almost unbelievable and think, ‘This is too good to be true.’ I want to tell these individuals how this has become a reality.

How has it become possible for someone with my background to explain that the religion of Islam has also become a monster and that there is nothing left in Islam for except its name and nothing left in the Quran for except of customary recitation?

This would not have been possible had it not been for the sake of the spiritual grace of His Divine Eminence  Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi.

The credit goes to His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi for the fact that He, with spiritual power or His words of wisdom, gave us, the followers of HDE Gohar Shahi, the power of comprehension. With the spiritual concentration of His divine sight, He changed the hearts. He changed our thought process. He showed us the reality and He gave us intuitional understanding of the path and the religion. This power of comprehension is very important. It is not available any where in any book, mosque, temple, church, or country. It is a gift of HDE Gohar Shahi.

With the doctrine of HDE Gohar Shahi, we realised that Islam, Judaism, Christianity or any other religion is just a means to reach God. A religion is not the destination; God is the destination.

Until we met HDE Gohar Shahi, many of us thought that Islam was everything rather than God. Although we never verbalised it, in the back of our minds we always thought, ‘If we are not Muslims, we will never reach God.’ We were so wrong.

So many people reached and loved God even when there was no Islam. If Islam was the only religion which would connect people with God then why did Islam come towards the end of the world? What about the other people who came into this world and never practised Islam – how did they reach God then?

When this sheet of ignorance which was keeping our minds and intellect in the dark was removed with the spiritual concentration of HDE Gohar Shahi’s spiritual sight, I personally felt that a bar had been lifted.

God has created so many religions. If you can reach God following any religion, you are perfectly fine with that religion whether it is Hinduism, Sikhism or any other religion. That was the first barrier which was removed from our intellect and thought process. This was the point when my short-sightedness vanished. Before this, there has been a deadlock of limitations on my intellect and understanding because of which I was about to plunge into extremism.

Extremism

Extremism is when you think, ‘My religion is the best. No one can reach God without my religion, therefore everybody must adopt it – otherwise they are infidels.’

You become an extremist when you have wrong perceptions about your religion.

For example, you become a bad person when you have wrong perceptions about yourself. There are many people who think they are the best and nobody is equal to them. When you think like this, it means you live in a fool’s paradise.

When you think that your religion is the only truthful religion, everybody else is a non-believer and all other religions are fake, this is a wrong perception. I wonder why most Muslims think that if you are not a Muslim, you are a non-believer. What a silly thought! If you are Christian or Jewish, believe in God and respect your prophet then how are you not a believer?

Those who believe in God may practise any religion; you cannot call them non-believers.

You don’t have to have a religion in order to be a believer. You can be a believer even if you don’t practise or have any religion. But somehow or other, a majority of Muslims perceive that all those individuals who do not believe in Islam are non-believers. This is a misleading concept.

When people who do not know about Islam come to know of this perception of Muslims, they will think this notion has come from the Quran. They don’t know that the Quran never said that.

The Quran has set a principle. There are three points in the eyes of God for you to be believer: you must believe in God, the Day of Judgement and purification. If you believe in these three things, you may believe in any religion – whether you come from Judaism, Christianity or you are a Muslim – in the eyes of God you are a favourite.

The State of Islam Today

The trouble is that the concurrent ideology of Islam is not from Quran; it consists of sectarianism, creeds and opinions of different religious scholars within Islam. One denomination in Islam will 100% contradict with another denomination in Islam. They are so impatient and intolerant that they cannot coexist in one society. This is why they are killing each other and calling each other non-believers who must die!

The thing is: who do we blame for it? God? People? Who?

For example, when a set of traffic lights stops working, the government puts up a sign stating, ‘This set of traffic lights on this particular road is irreparable. Please do not use this road anymore.’ If people do not stop going there and continue to use it, when the traffic comes from all directions, cars will collide and people will get killed.

Who is responsible for this? The government said, ‘Don’t use this road.’ They didn’t fix it because they said it was irreparable. If you say, ‘This notification from the government did not reach me, I was never informed,’ [it is still your responsibility]. It was your duty to read the signs. The government will not send a letter to each and every citizen of the country!

In a similar way, when the spiritual system is destroyed in a religion it is a sign from God, ‘Do not use this religion!’
