Amar Bil Maroof Wa Nahi Anil Munkar Ki Tashreeh (Part 2)

Younus AlGohar explains how Dhikr-e-Qalb is the key to fulfilling a famous phrase in Islam: Amar Bil Maroof Wa Nahi Anil Munkar.

Watch Part 1 Here.

Main points:
– Dhikr-e-Qalb (Invocation of the Heart) is only granted with God’s will. A Prophetic Tradition states that whoever says the Declaration of Faith in their last moments will enter Paradise; when you have Dhikr-e-Qalb, your spiritual heart repeats God’s name constantly even after you die. It is a rosary that doesn’t stop.

– When God allows his name to enter your heart, it means he wants to make you his friend. Dhikr-e-Qalb is minor sainthood. When God sees that a person is to be his friend, he ensures that he has Dhikr-e-Qalb; the constant repetition of God’s name in his heart ensures that he will never be heedless of God. Amar Bil Maroof means to push towards goodness; this is what a heart enlightened with God’s name does. Such a heart pulls one towards God. In a verse of the Quran, God says that heedlessness is directly linked to hearts being deprived of God’s Dhikr (invocation).

– All the celestial books relate to a particular name of God. Bring Ya Rehman in your heart and you’ll be given understanding of Moses’s religion and book revealed upon him. Invocation of the name Ya Quddus will result in the verses of the original Bible being revealed to your heart. Bring Ism-e-Allah in your heart and the entire Quran will be put into your heart. Similarly if you are granted the name Ya Muhammad you can distinguish between authentic and inauthentic Prophetic Traditions.

– Dhikr-e-Qalb is the key to making man completely obedient to God. When Noor (divine energy) produced from God’s name enlightens the entire body, the man submits to God in total. This is the rank of a Momin (true believer). A saint is one who has prepared his souls, and through the medium of Prophet Mohammad has reached Moqam-e-Mehmood. He witnesses God’s splendour after which a reflectory image of God comes onto his heart. Then God looks at his heart over 300 times a day and theophanies fall upon him. A single theophany of God burns seven major sins. Those in the company of such a saint will come under those theophanies and be inclined towards goodness automatically.

– Nahi Anil Munkir means to stop from bad things. The root of all evil in you is your Nafs (Carnal Self). By stopping its Naar (negative energy) intake and giving it Noor, you’ll stop it from badness. When the satan inside you has become obedient to God through this method, you won’t be inclined towards doing wrong.

Imam Mehdi GOHAR SHAHI Ki Tahreek-e-Ikhlas

Imam Mehdi GOHAR SHAHI Ki Tahreek-e-Ikhlas

Younus AlGohar explains the main reason the followers of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi face so much opposition. He discusses the revolutionary nature of the Inner Purity Movement started by HDE Gohar Shahi.

Read the full transcript in Urdu here.

Main points:

– HDE Gohar Shahi and His followers have faced much opposition. HDE Gohar Shahi never said He is Imam Mehdi. Despite this, people still opposed Him in Pakistan. People were so extreme in their hatred that they declare HDE Gohar Shahi’s followers to be Kafireen (infidels); they went on to say that HDE Gohar Shahi’s followers are worse infidels than the Ahmadi sect. The public was turned against HDE Gohar Shahi because of the influence of clerics.

– HDE Gohar Shahi explains that if someone is reciting the Quran or performing Salat, the devil allows him. The devil says, ‘Keep at it. Your Nafs (Carnal Self) is impure; the more you recite the Quran, the more the Quran will curse you. Your heart, which takes your worship to God, is in my hands.’ The devil is not bothered if you engage in any type of worship because he knows they are useless. He is only bothered when someone tries to revive their heart.

– The devil tries his utmost to stop the name of God entering your hearts because he knows that once that happens, he can no longer control your heart. There are six celestial spirits in the human body and one evil spirit, the Nafs. Attached to the five celestial spirits in the breast are birds which bring with them spiritual illnesses such as jealousy, lust, greed and stinginess. From morning until night, you have a constant intake of Naar (Negative Energy); the devil runs through your bloodstream. Now no matter how many times you proclaim that God is one, you will not reach the stage of Ikhlas (Inner Purity) until you remove all from within you besides God. You need to revive your spiritual subtleties and engage them in Dhikr (Invocation of God’s Name) and you should be filled with Noor (Divine Energy); your Nafs should at the very least be purified enough to reach the stage of Ilhama. Only when there is no Naar left in your heart and the devil has left your being completely will you be considered to be at the stage of Ikhlas.

– The devil does not want you to reach the stage of Ikhlas, because then he will be bound by the promise he made to God. He said, ‘I vow by your honour that I will misguide all human beings except those who have become yours (those who have obtained the rank of Ikhlas).’

– We call the movement HDE Gohar Shahi started the Inner Purity Movement. Whoever, with pure intentions, listens to Younus AlGohar’s speeches for 40 days straight, the satan within them will depart from their being. The main reason there has been opposition of HDE Gohar Shahi is that His teachings make man completely pure.

Youm-e-Ghaibat: GOHAR SHAHI La Fani Hain
26th December 2016|LecturesVideos

Youm-e-Ghaibat: GOHAR SHAHI La Fani Hain

Younus AlGohar discusses the occultation of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi and reveals important divine secrets on Occultation Day 2016.

Main points:

– When Occultation happened, most followers of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi were not fully aware of His rank. In the book, ‘The Religion of God (Divine Love)’, Younus AlGohar had written a preface explaining that HDE Gohar Shahi is the Awaited Imam Mehdi, Messiah and Kalki Avatar; this was included in the book with the permission of HDE Gohar Shahi.

– HDE Gohar Shahi’s image in the Holy Black Stone has been providing salvation to the entire humanity for centuries. Only when you are aware of the importance and value of something will you care for it in the appropriate manner.

– HDE Gohar Shahi is immortal. When the Day of Occultation came every year, rather than crying, we would promote the teachings and tell people about the eminence of HDE Gohar Shahi. The people who oppose us, they oppose us on the basis of our teachings.

– God comes from the Unseen World. He created this universe and all creation within it. In order to reach God, human beings obtain Invocation of the Heart, in which the constant remembrance of God in the heart generates His light and takes one towards God. Because God himself never came upon Earth, his name is the intermediary used to take man towards himself. However, HDE Gohar Shahi came on Earth; therefore seekers can now obtain benevolence from His images.

Amar Bil Maroof Wa Nahi Anil Munkar Ki Tashreeh

Amar Bil Maroof Wa Nahi Anil Munkar Ki Tashreeh

Younus AlGohar explains the meaning of the famously misinterpreted phrase, ‘Amar bil Maroof wa Nahi Anil Munkar.’

Main points:

– Muslims today do bad deeds, even though Islam forbids it. This is because of the Nafs (Carnal Self) inside them which, according to the Quran, pushes man to do bad deeds. Until the Nafs is purified, man is inclined towards sinning.

– ‘Amar bil Maroof wa Nahi anil Munkar’ is a phrase widely misinterpreted. This statement was made for the Qalb (spiritual heart) and the Nafs. People have applied this to the body: they think it means to force people to do good and to forcibly stop people from doing bad. However, this is wrong. Its actual meaning is to incline towards the thing that pushes you to do good things, the Qalb; at the same time, you must purify the entity in you that pushes you to do bad, the Nafs.

– Today people are forced to read Salat (prayer) in countries like Saudi Arabia, but what does that achieve? Goodness is not achieved by forcing people. The inclination to do good comes from the heart, when Noor (divine energy) enters it.

– The Quran tells Muslims to become complete in Islam. This happens when your Qalb and Nafs are purified, and when the subtlety of Akhfa in you (the prophethood of which was given to Prophet Mohammad) is revived. Whilst your Nafs is impure, you won’t be able to understand the Quran or Islam. The Quran guides pure ones only, meaning those who have managed to purify their Qalb and Nafs through spirituality.

– As long as you do not have Noor in your heart, you have not fulfilled the first requirement of being a Muslim: declaration by word of mouth and affirmation by the heart. The Quran says that Salat stops worshippers from immodesty and bad deeds; however we see that this doesn’t apply to worshippers today: this is because they do not have Noor in their hearts. This happened when spiritual knowledge was rejected by Muslims.

Waqaya Karbala Mein Mohabbat Ki Zakat
10th December 2016|LecturesVideos

Waqaya Karbala Mein Mohabbat Ki Zakat

A viewer asked, ‘What reward will Imam Hussain get for sacrificing himself during the incident of Karbala?’ Younus AlGohar answered and explained that the way the question is worded is incorrect.

Main points:

– God loved the grandsons of Prophet Mohammad, Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain. When Imam Hussain became a martyr he did so under God’s will.

– The incident of Karbala was not a test for Imam Hussain; it was a test for Prophet Mohammad, who loved him so intensely that even God took notice. This incident was Zakat of the love God granted to Prophet Mohammad.

– We cannot comment on the spiritual status of Imam Hussain, who grew up in the care of Prophet Mohammad. He was a very determined man. His martyrdom was not a sacrifice, because sacrifice is taken from those who are being tested by God. He was already in nearness and love of Prophet Mohammad, therefore he did not have to struggle in regards to faith.

– Younus AlGohar met Imam Hussain and Prophet Mohammad. Imam Hussain explained that while he was in Karbala, Prophet Mohammad came and removed the Nisbat-e-Adam from his heart, due to which he no longer had emotions for his wife and children. Then he said that what was left was an overwhelming need to somehow please Prophet Mohammad. Imam Hussain is extremely handsome due to the fact that Prophet Mohammad looked at him with love for so many years.

To learn more about the different spiritual subtleties and their functions, read The Religion of God (Divine Love) by HDE Gohar Shahi.

Lataif Aur Un Ke Maqasid
7th December 2016|LecturesVideos

Lataif Aur Un Ke Maqasid

Younus AlGohar answers a viewer’s question about the spiritual subtleties in the human body.

Main points:

– There are seven spiritual subtleties in the human body. Five are located in the breast and there is also one in the head – all these spirits are related to the higher realms. The soul in the head, Ana, has the potential to witness the divine splendour.

– You cannot see God with your physical eyes, but the Ana can see God. The Ana is revived with the Dhikr of ‘Ya Hu’. There are three veils upon the Ana. The final veil ruptures only when, with the help of the spiritual guide, the Ana makes a combined spiritual journey with the soul to see God.

– When the Ana is face-to-face with God, another veil is put upon it: the Rabbani Veil. This happens when the image of God comes upon the Ana; in that moment the seeker doesn’t recognise anyone else besides God. He doesn’t even recognise himself. People who got stuck at this stage were the ones who said, ‘Ana al Haq (I am God).’

– When the Ana sees God, the image of him dominates the Ana. From there, God’s image enters the eyes. From the eyes it comes upon the spiritual heart (Qalb). This is a lengthy procedure. Until this procedure is complete, the seeker remains under the influence of Rabbani Veil. When the image of God is settled in the spiritual heart, then the seeker is no longer under the effects of the Rabbani Veil.

– There is another subtlety located at the naval point: the Nafs (Carnal Self). It is a satanic Jinn. To purify the Nafs, saints had to go through austerity and struggle.

To learn more about the different spiritual subtleties and their functions, read The Religion of God (Divine Love) by HDE Gohar Shahi.

Asal Hafiz-e-Quran Kon?
4th December 2016|LecturesVideos

Asal Hafiz-e-Quran Kon?

Younus AlGohar speaks to a viewer, who claimed to be a Hafiz-e-Quran (one who knows the Quran by heart). He explains what is required for one to be a true Hafiz-e-Quran.

Main points:

– A true Hafiz is one who has the Quran in his heart. Hafiz means, ‘One who safeguards.’ A Hafiz is not one who just memorises the Quran.

– Quran says, ‘Do not follow those whose hearts I have kept heedless of my Dhikr (Remembrance).’ People who claim to be Hafiz-e-Quran can be found amongst Shias, Wahhabis and Barelvis. A true Hafiz has Noor (Divine Energy) in his heart. If such people from amongst Wahhabis are actually Hafiz-e-Quran, why do they blaspheme the Prophet Mohammad?

– A true Hafiz is one on whose heart is written Ism-e-Dhaat Allah (The Personal Name of God). This is the beginning. A complete Hafiz is one whose heart falls under the divine theophanies. When this happens, then they will see the Quran in their heart.

– Ism-e-Dhaat Allah is Dhaati Noor (Divine Energy of God’s Person), whereas the Quran is Sifati Noor (Divine Energy of God’s Attributes). It is from Ism-e-Dhaat that chapters of the Quran came.

– The Quran was revealed onto Prophet Mohammad’s heart. When it is in your heart, that is when you will be called a Hafiz-e-Quran. If Quran is in your heart, then why do you forget verses? People who claim to be Hafiz often revise the Quran to refresh their memory. If the Quran is safe in your heart, you won’t need to revise it.

Kiya Insanon Ki Aksariyat Jahanum Ke Liye?
3rd December 2016|LecturesVideos

Kiya Insanon Ki Aksariyat Jahanum Ke Liye?

Younus AlGohar answers a question asked by a viewer, who wanted to know why so many people seem to live meaningless lives.

Main points:

– It is written in the Quran that God made a majority of human beings and Jinns for hellfire. Therefore when the majority of people come in this world, they do things that will take them closer to their destiny.

– For the people God made for hell, he said that they have hearts but they do not understand and that they have eyes but they cannot see. He said they have ears but they cannot hear. God said they are those who are more misguided than animals. They are the Ghafileen (Heedless Ones). This is in reference to the fact that their spiritual heart and other subtleties are not enlightened or awakened. They are those in whose spiritual subtleties Noor (divine energy) does not enter.

– If the world declares someone to be a Momin (true believer), but God didn’t make him a Momin, then that person cannot be a Momin. It has already been decided by God who is a Momin and who is hell-bound. This doesn’t change.

– It is not possible that God made someone for a purpose, and they die without fulfilling that purpose. That purpose may not be something you consider to be valid, but God has a long list of purposes he can designate human beings for.

Kiya Aaj Ka Musalman Momin Nahen?
3rd December 2016|LecturesVideos

Kiya Aaj Ka Musalman Momin Nahen?

Younus AlGohar answers a question from a viewer, who was wondering how one can ensure their Salat (a form of prayer in Islam) is accepted by God.

Main points:

– The most important thing to ensure your Salat is accepted by God is the presence and enlightenment of the spiritual heart. No matter what style you read Salat in, if your heart is not present in it, then God won’t accept it.  The problem with Muslims today is that neither their eyes nor their hearts are purified.

– There was a time when Muslims were the most powerful in the world. Quran said, ‘You will be dominant in the world as long as you are Momin (a true believer).’ Muslims today rely on their scholars to tell them what the Quran means, but they should take personal responsibility. They should read the Quran for themselves, and understand it without depending on Islamic scholars. Look at what the Quran says and look at the state of Muslims today. The condition for Muslims to be dominant in the world is that they be Momin. Today they’re in the current state because they are no longer Momin.

– In Prophet Mohammad’s era, he defeated 1000 enemies with a force of 313 people; they were able to do this because they were Momin. In this era, there is no brotherhood amongst Muslim countries. The Muslim of today has nothing to do with Islam and God. It is just like how a husband and wife are once they are divorced. They left God and God left them.

– The foremost thing to do as a Muslim is to become a Momin. Momin is one in whose heart the Kalima (Declaration of Faith) can be heard. To become a Momin, God’s name enters your spiritual heart. Your heart becomes engaged in remembrance of God. Noor (divine energy) is produced from this practice and then that Noor spreads throughout your body; it makes your body obedient to it. Then you will become obedient to God and become a Momin. If you are not a Momin, you have Satan in you.

New Video: Imam Mehdi Qataal Nahen Karen Gay! - Qur’an Se Sabit!

Younus AlGohar categorically proves in light of the Quran that Imam Mehdi will not cause bloodshed of any kind.

Main points:

- Generally, Muslims believe that Imam Mehdi would impose Islam upon the world, Jews believe the Messiah will impose Judaism and Christians believe Christianity will be imposed. It is God who sent the concept of an Awaited One who would come in the end times into different religions; if the perceptions Muslims, Christians and Jews respectively have are correct, then wouldn’t there be a great conflict in the end times? The idea that Imam Mehdi would spread islam is incorrect, especially when Prophet Mohammad predicted the extinction of Islam.

- It is said that the greatest era of Islam was that of Prophet Mohammad. Yet in that time, Islam was not dominant upon the entire world, but only in the Arabian peninsula. To forcibly convert anyone to Islam is against the teachings of Prophet Mohammad and the Quran. The Quran declares that there is no compulsion in the religion (Quran 2:25).

- IMPORTANT: When God was in the process of creating Adam Safi Allah (Adam the Eminent One), the angels objected, suspecting that he too would engage in mischief and bloodshed as the human beings before him had. They said to God, ‘are we not enough to glorify you and sing your praise?’ God’s argument was that this time he was going to give Adam the Knowledge of Eminence. Quran [2:30]

- The idea that Imam Mehdi would impose Islam upon the entire world through the power of a sword is an extremely misguided notion! On one hand, Muslims acknowledge that Imam Mehdi would have unprecedented Knowledge of Eminence; on the other hand they say he would cause bloodshed. God does not like bloodshed. The Knowledge of Eminence nullifies the tendency towards mischief and bloodshed from a common man's nature. When Imam Mehdi has Knowledge of Eminence like no other, how could he have anything to do with bloodshed?
