Global Peace Through Spiritual Sciences & Divine Love

Global Peace Through Spiritual Sciences & Divine Love

The following is the transcript of Younus AlGohar’s speech delivered at the Global Peace Through Spiritual Sciences & Divine Love programme in Toronto, Canada.

Good afternoon. I am privileged, honoured and very happy to be here in front of you. I would like to share some of my thoughts, some of my feelings and some of my experiences. I’m not going to give you a lecture on spirituality, but I would like to raise awareness of open-mindedness, of human values and love.

A few hours ago, I was checking my Facebook and there was a video of a young man who was brutally getting beaten up. People were pelting stones at him. They were throwing at him anything they could grab. Then, he died and they stripped him naked. He was all naked and soaked in blood, but the people who were beating him up didn’t stop even though they realised he was dead. They were throwing huge stones at his dead body. His skull was cracked open and there was a fountain of blood coming out from his head. They were raising slogans, ‘Allahu Akbar, God is great.’ There were more than 100 people. They were killing this one, solitary guy with the help of these slogans. Is this religion? This is terrible. How would you feel if this was happening to you?

These people, they were not Taliban or ISIS. They were not terrorists; they were common folks. This is the level of fanaticism, extremism and ignorance. We are living in the 21st century, where science has provided us with a lot of inventions and has made life a little easier than we could have imagined 50 years ago. However, we’re going downwards emotionally, spiritually, intellectually and, of course, mentally.

We believe Christianity, Islam and Judaism were all founded by individuals who were sent by God, but people of one religion have a very fierce disagreement with others; although all these religions were founded on principles of divinity. It is strange. This is not one solitary incident. Wherever you go, you will see these incidents taking place.

It is a very sensitive matter that I am speaking on, however, I cannot keep quiet. I cannot just go here and there and deliver lectures on spirituality, and not even realise what people are going through. We’re living in very strange times.

It is like I want to go to England and I bought a ticket with Air Canada. Now, [suppose] I change my mind and I don’t want to fly with Air Canada – instead, I want to fly with British Airways. If Air Canada says, ‘No. If you don’t fly by Air Canada, we will kill you,’ this is ridiculous. My main destination is England. Air Canada, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and all other airlines are just means of travel. In a similar way, God is the destination and the religions were supposed to be the means of travel.

If I lived as a Muslim for ten years and now I want to change my religion and become a Christian, and you tell me, ‘If you leave Islam, we will kill you,’ it doesn’t make any sense to me. Why? Jesus was also sent by God. What is wrong with Jesus? What is wrong with Christianity? Joseph, Jacob, Moses, Adam, Abraham – all these spiritual dignitaries were sent by God. Why should I become a religious person and risk my life, my peace and the lives of my family? [When I know that] if I didn’t like this religion after ten years and I wanted to switch over – maybe I liked Judaism and wanted to become a Jew – people from my previous religion would want to kill me? It is not making any sense to me.

The thing is, when all these three Abrahamic religions were founded by divinely sent individuals, I do not understand why we have difficulty to accept all the religion and respect them all? Now, there is something wrong. All these religions were founded to cater for the needs of the people of one particular area. They were not designed to cater for the needs of everybody.

While I am speaking, I would like to take this opportunity to have my say on this point: there should be no such thing as Islamophobia. The threat is not coming from the religion of Islam, the threat is coming from the majority of people who misunderstood Islam.

When you become a fanatic, your gates are shut.

There is no such thing as extremism. For example, blessings. Whether the blessings are just little in quantity or huge, they will never change from blessings into something else. In a similar way, God’s love or religious values, even if you take them for extreme, they will not hurt or harm you. So this is not extremism; this is fanaticism. This is hatred and ignorance.

One who doesn’t value a human life, I can never accept that person can ever love God. One who cannot appreciate human values – the value of a human life – I do not think he follows any religion at all.

What comes from the divine, nobody will go against it: that is love. Ask anybody, ‘Do you like love?’ Maybe they will say, ‘We love love,’ whether they are Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs or Jews; even those who don’t practise any religion. Love is divine. What we need today in this global society is love.

The thing is, where is love? It is not available at Macy’s, Walmart, churches, mosques, synagogues or temples. Love is not [as easy to get as going] to Tim Hortons for a cup of coffee and Timbits. Love is hard to come by.

Love is a passage that is paved with a lot of self-denial and sacrifices.

When Jesus said, ‘Love your enemy like you love yourself,’ I thought that perhaps there was something wrong and that Jesus couldn’t have said this. How can you love your enemy? I really suspected that there may be an error. It doesn’t make any sense. Young people spend many weeks and months before they find the chemistry of love between them. They spend a lot of time together. You can’t go to your enemy and say, ‘Can you spend some time with me so I can love you?’

So is it just a phrase or is it a reality? It is a reality.

When you want to love your enemies, it simply means you have nothing left in you but blessings and love.

It is when you have no other feeling left in you; when you have subtracted all other ailments of being a human being and negativity from your personality. Nothing is left but love, blessings and the divine bounty in you, so you are forced by your nature to love everybody.

What I am saying is not imperative. It is not advice. I am sharing my thoughts. Honestly speaking, my concern these days is to raise awareness of this ignorance which is prevailing in our societies: hatred in the guise of distorted religions. It is really troublesome and it is spreading like fire. If we just keep ourselves busy with spiritual practices at home, in the workplace or meditation centre and we do not take it upon ourselves to correct society and the mentality of people – the way people think – then we are not going to have a wonderful society.

This hatred is prevailing. We need a lot of hearts which have been kindled with the flame of love.

Lectures upon spirituality will not help anybody. We need some practical exuberance of love. We need to have a spiritual trade in which we import and export love. Love is a substance. Love is not just [limited to] talk.

The place of love is the heart and the heart must be free.

If the heart is already preoccupied with a lot of other activities, the heart is not going to practise love. You can only preoccupy your heart with one activity because love is a very heavy duty activity. We need to free our hearts from all shackles. Then, get our heart admitted in the kindergarten of love. When the heart has learned to love, you will become a wonderful person. Then, you are love for everybody; you are love to everybody.

This love doesn’t come by reading books, going to temples, churches or listening to lectures. We have to teach our hearts. We have to provide our hearts with positive energy. That is the first thing.

There are many different sources of positive energy. For example, names of God – any name in any language. It may seem confusing: how can positive energy be obtained from names of God? But there is a way, a method according to which the name of God is said in a certain way, for a certain number of times, then it starts to generate divine energy. The moment it starts to generate divine energy, you feel the vibration. That vibration will nurture the innermost nature of your heart.

This is an introduction to love. Only you will know whether your heart has this substance of love when you have it. You will not need to rely on [anyone to] confirm to you that you have love. Your heart is not lying. If you are sitting in front of me, and I can see you and you can see me, [it would be silly for you to ask me], ‘Am I sitting in front of you?’ and [for me to reply], ‘Yes you are.’

When your heart has learned to love you will feel the vibration.

Questions and Answer Session

Q: What in a human being [makes them] distance themselves from the actual state of being loving and feeling divine love?

There are multicellular and unicellular living objects. In a similar way, we are multi-spiritual. It is a huge universe and we have seven spirits in our body.

The spirit which can be in the most possible nearness of God is the main spirit.

Some people who want to be near to God – but they do not know that the soul which can drag them into the most possible nearness of God is still not enlightened, they feel the distance. They are in the presence of God, however when it comes to measuring the distance or nearness, that particular spirit which can go into the most possible nearness of God is the main spirit (the soul). When it is enlightened, you will have difficulty in finding out whether it is [you] or god; you become so near.

Q: How could we raise the vibration of love in the world? To bring more love?

That is a very difficult question.

Before I give away money to everybody, I need to make sure my pockets are full. First, we need to make sure that we have enough love.

Most spiritual people, they just talk about love but their wife is lacking his love. Their children and family are deprived of his love. The gentleman talks about love, ‘My love is for everybody,’ but his children will complain, ‘’Where is my share of love?’

There is a difference in a talkative form of love and practical love. Practical love resides in the heart, it lights up like a candle. The rays of love cannot be controlled. You will just sit there and the beams of love will emanate from your heart. You become so intermingled with the substance of love that you become love on two legs.

Love has no boundaries; it is for everybody. For example, you love human beings but not your dog? [Then it means] you are a liar. You love a human being but you don’t care for the cat on the street? Then you are a liar. Love is blind and it is for everybody; whether you are two-legged or four-legged, does it really make a difference? When there is only love, this is for every single form of life.

Some people only love human beings or their pets. They say, ‘This is my pet, but I don’t love [someone else’s] pet.’ When you have pure love in your heart, this will not happen. You will love all animals like your own pet because you have love [in your heart].

Something is missing in love when love is exclusive. Love is perfect when it is inclusive.

This is my understanding and this is how I view love. Maybe some other people view it from another angle and have discovered more about love – but this is my discovery about love.

NewsRescue.com’s Article on Wahhabism

NewsRescue.com’s Article on Wahhabism

For many years, Younus AlGohar, along with Messiah Foundation International, has been working tirelessly to raise awareness about the true culprit of Islamist terrorism: Wahhabism. We have proved how Saudi Arabia is the principal financier and supporter of Wahhabism. Major media outlets are now investigating the matter and drawing the same conclusion. As a result, Saudi Arabia’s officials have adopted a hypocritical policy, denying all links to Islamist terrorism and purporting to be peace-loving Muslims.

In an article published on its website, News Rescue covered one of Saudi Arabia’s questionable denials of links to terrorism. In it, the author mentioned the facts against Saudi Arabia and cited an infographic by Younus AlGohar, pictured above.

WHICH Islam Must Be Condemned

WHICH Islam Must Be Condemned

Younus AlGohar responds to radical anti-Muslims on Twitter and explains the truth about Islam and how it has been distorted today.

Main points:

–  Every religion has a time limit on it, an expiry date. When a certain religion expires, what is happening today under the banner of Islam is exactly what happens. Some people just want to denounce Islam and some other people keep on saying terrorism has nothing to do with Islam. Both are wrong: Islam when it was founded by Prophet Mohammad was not the same Islam as we see today.

–  If a religion is not making you holy, that religion is not holy anymore. Today the problems we have in the world are because of these religions after they expired. When religions were founded and the spiritual systems were intact, they were helping people out and responsible for reviving human values in human beings. However, now these religions are bringing the worst out of everybody.

– There was a time when Judaism was the truth. Then there was a time when Christianity was the truth. There was a time when Islam was the truth. When truth separated itself from the religions, these religions became monstrous. We defend the original Islam which did not mean any harm to anybody.  We condemn the Islam practised by Wahhabis and ISIS.

– To collect the Quran in the form of a book was never in God’s or Prophet Mohammad’s plan. Therefore many verses in the Quran we have today have already been abrogated by God. The original Quran was revealed onto the heart of Prophet Mohammad; therefore only Prophet Mohammad, the recipient of the Quran, would be notified of any changes. It would not be made public knowledge necessarily. There are two Quran: the Esoteric Quran and the Exoteric Quran. Esoteric Quran has everything to do with God and Prophet Mohammad. This Exoteric Quran has nothing to do with either Prophet Mohammad or God.

– The apocalyptic forecast of Prophet Mohammad regarding the end times has been heavily modified by Wahhabis. The concept of Imam Mehdi has been modified and they have begotten a new theory of hatred. They have given an unreal, false story of the worldwide caliph who will supposedly rule the entire world and turn everybody into Muslims.

Muslims – The Principal Victims Of Wahhabism

Muslims – The Principal Victims Of Wahhabism

We have mentioned the discriminatory, racial, irreligious and lunatic belief system which is prompted by the Wahhabi ideology. However, we did not discuss on this elevated level why non-Wahhabi Muslims cannot get along with Wahhabis. Why is there a fierce enmity, animosity and never ending grudge between mainstream Sufi Muslims and Wahhabis?

The majority of victims of Wahhabis are from within Islam. The majority of people that have been victimised, targeted and slaughtered are none other than the mainstream non-Wahhabi Muslims.

[I am explaining the] reasons why a mainstream Muslim cannot get along with Wahhabis.

What Wahhabis believe is more an emotional crisis for non-Wahhabi Muslims than a religious problem. What they believe is ultra-provocative to any Muslim who truly believes in Islam.

A true devout Muslim will suffer from an emotional setback and instantly, they will become enraged – for this is how inciting and provocative the tenets of the Wahhabi ideology are. Not many people who have taken on the task of making mainstream Muslims aware of the potential jeopardy of the widespread Wahhabi ideology talk about these things that I am going to talk about today.

The world must come to know how ugly a mentality a Wahhabi has and how irrational, insane, illogical, disrespectful, defiling and derogatory a Wahhabi Muslim is towards the founder of Islam, Prophet Mohammad. They have more than just double standards.

The world must know why a Sufi Muslim is so hateful in the eyes of a Wahhabi follower.

The amount of hatred that a Wahhabi has in his heart for Sufis is not because they might have done anything wrong; rather it is because Sufis exhibit love for the Prophet Mohammad. Wahhabis cannot tolerate anybody praising or showing love for Prophet Mohammad.

Most Wahhabis are from the Arab world. Their problem is that they are only aware of ego; they cannot respect anybody. When Prophet Mohammad came to their land, their brains couldn’t digest the heightened elevation of the spiritual status of Prophet Mohammad. They failed to grasp the amount of eminence given to Prophet Mohammad by his lord, his God.

On the other hand, God rather than guiding people, was playing a game of chess. He said to them what they wanted to hear from God. He told Prophet Mohammad to tell the Arabs, ‘I am a man like you.’ [Quran 41:6]

Their problem was [and is] that they cannot respect anybody other than themselves. This is a genetic problem; they can’t get rid of it.

Pakistani and Indian Muslims have lived in a Hindu society where people revere anyone easily, so they have learnt to give more respect. If anybody does anything good, a Hindu might say, ‘He is like my God.’ Regarding their mother, a Hindu may say, ‘What my mother has done for me, even God might not have done it. So for me, my mother is my God.’ This is their style of giving respect.

We lived in that society where showing respect was the fundamental approach towards religions.

As a result, when people from that society became Muslims, they started to give respect to the Quran. About 25 years ago when I was in Pakistan, people used to decorate the Quran with a velvet cover and keep it in the highest point in the house.

I can’t imagine the intensity of respect that would have been generated if God had sent Prophet Mohammad in either Sheikhupura or Gujranwala, or if he had been buried in Gujranwala or Faisalabad.

It is not mentioned in any of the Prophetic Traditions that you must decorate the Quran with a red velvet cover, that you must kiss it every time you see it or that you must keep it in the higher point of the house. This has come from the society we lived in, which was predominantly following the Hindu religion. They give a lot of respect to everything in their religion.

In Pakistan, we were discouraged from talking to our friends in mosque. We were told, ‘This is the House of God. Go outside if you want to talk. The mosque is for the prayers only.’ In Kaaba, the most sacred Muslim place, Saudi, Emirati and Kuwaiti men and women go for dating.

If a cleric in Pakistan was a Barelvi, they made sure that when they spoke about Prophet Mohammad, they would not leave any stone unturned in elevating his status. They said anything about not just Prophet Mohammad, but also the Companions of Prophet Mohammad. They gave us the impression that these people were holy human beings that never sinned or made a mistake. When we read the Quran, we cried because what we heard was a bundle of lies.

Every time we heard about their life and read their stories, I personally would condemn myself. I thought, ‘How can I not do what Usman-e-Ghani, Ali, Umar bin Khattab did?’ We were always fighting with ourselves, condemning ourselves and we were living under a severe form of guilt. We thought, ‘We are really bad Muslims. We can’t do anything.’

The clerics would say,  You want to do like what Umar bin Khattab did? What is your value and worth? You’re trying to compete with such holy people as Umar bin Khattab?’

They would say, ‘Ali was born in Kaaba. You were born in Karachi.’

I am telling the truth. I am only verbalising my emotions.

If you go to the birthplace of Islam, do not forget to take with you a microscope, because you will need to find Islam. You will not see it clearly with the naked eye. Islam is not to be seen anywhere.

All these years as a Muslim, before I was blessed to see Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, I only suffered. There are many problems to discuss, but these are a few of the points.

When you hear stories of dignitaries in Islam, you find it inspirational and you want to be like them. But when you ask clerics, ‘I want to be like Ali,’ they say, ‘This is Kufr (rejection of the truth).’ They want us to idealise the Companions of the Prophet and when we do, they tell us that it is Kufr. What kind of religion is this? When there is a football world cup going on, people start playing football because they find it a source of inspiration. When there is a cricket world cup going on, there is a glamour to it and people start playing cricket.

Similarly, when I would visit a shrine of a saint or a Sufi, I would be thinking, ‘I want to be like him. I want to be close to God the way he was.’ Every time I told somebody I wanted to be like Sufis such as Abdullah Shah Ghazi, they scorned me.

Today I say, ‘Islam does not exist anymore,’ but Islam has not been here for the last 400 years.

The Wahhabi ideology is not new; it is coming from the Arabian peninsula. At the time of Prophet Mohammad, there were some Muslims whose ego would not allow them to show respect to him. They would not leave any stone unturned in defiling, degrading and derogating Prophet Mohammad. Sometimes, they would criticise Prophet Mohammad for not being just. Some other times, they would criticise him for not being punctual in Salat (prayers).

Their problem was: they were from different tribes and since the birth of Islam, they lost their value. They used to be leaders of their tribes, people would come to them and respect them. Their ego was hurt when Islam was founded by Prophet Mohammad. They didn’t have anyone to respect them; all the respect would go to Prophet Mohammad. Those whose hearts were revived, enlightened and they became Momineen (true believers), they embraced Prophet Mohammad’s eminence and started to respect him.

Otherwise, in their culture, people would just scream at the top of their voice. Read Surah-e-Hujrat: they would come outside the Prophet Mohammad’s house, and they would yell, ‘Ya Mohammadah!’ God said to them, ‘Show some respect.’

Prophet Mohammad would be talking to somebody and they wouldn’t care; they would continuing screaming, showing no respect to the presence of the Prophet. In that situation, people would find it really difficult to understand what Prophet Mohammad was telling them.

This is why the Quran 49:2 said, ‘O’ Momineen, do not raise your voice over the voice of Prophet Mohammad. Do not speak to him the way you speak to each other. If you continue to do this, all your deeds, prayer and faith will be wasted. You will not even notice that you have lost your faith.’

So there were people at the time of Prophet Mohammad who had an ego problem. It was for this reason that these people built a mosque for themselves. They said, ‘Islam has come. We know what Islam is and the Quran has been revealed. We don’t have to go to this mosque where Mohammad is. More important is Islam, not Mohammad.’ They built a mosque for themselves because they could not respect Prophet Mohammad. However when they built the mosque, God said, ‘Demolish this mosque.’

When the mosque was demolished, these Muslims who didn’t want to bow before Prophet Mohammad or respect him, they started to offer prayers in their homes. When Prophet Mohammad found out, he said, ‘The mosque was demolished. Why don’t they come here now?’ Somebody said, ‘Now they offer prayers in their homes.’ Prophet Mohammad then said, ‘I just care for their children and wives, otherwise I would have set their houses on fire.’

They totally negated Prophet Mohammad from Islam. Their Islam is minus Mohammad. Their slogan was, ‘God’s land, God’s law. There should be no middle man.’ They are known as Khwarijeen.

They were quiet when Abu Bakr Sadiq was the caliph; they only created a few problems with giving Zakat (religious tax). When Umar bin Khattab became the caliph, they were quiet. When Usman-e-Ghani came, they killed him. When Ali became the caliph, there was a big mischief. There were 10 000 of them and he killed 5000. The other 5000 apparently repented, just to save themselves. What could Ali do then? He was bound by the law not to do anything, therefore 5000 were left.

Look at the tenets of the Wahhabi ideology. They say, ‘The only difference between a common man and Mohammad is that Mohammad was granted Wahi. He is like a postman. Those who kiss their thumbnails to show respect for Prophet Mohammad are actually committing Shirk (appointing a partner with God).’ Then they say, ‘These individuals by the name of Mohammad and Ali have no value.’

They also say, ‘There is no intermediary between a man and God.’ They totally reject the authenticity of mediumship. They want to be in contact with God directly. They say, ‘We don’t need any medium.’

However, contrary to their belief system, let’s see what the Quran says.

‘Oh Momineen, become pure. In order to find God, look for an intermediary.’ [Quran 5:35]

In total disagreement with Quran, is the Wahhabi ideology.

Wahhabis say, ‘There is no esoteric knowledge (batini talim). There is only exoteric knowledge (zahiri talim). There is no such thing as the esoteric realm (batin).’

Quran said about God, ‘God is in the exoteric realm and esoteric realm.’ [Quran 57:3]

I request peaceful Muslims to study the Quran well in order to understand the original form of Islam. Do not confine yourself to listening to a religious cleric only.

You are responsible for what belief system you want to practise. If you pick up a wrong belief system within Islam, you are responsible for this on the Day of Judgement.

No matter how many poor excuses you try to find on the Day of Judgement, you are not going to satisfy God. You are solely responsible to pick up the rightly guided belief system. You won’t be able to say, ‘I was told in this mosque that I should do this.’ God would say, ‘Where was the Quran? Did you read it, did you try to understand it?’ You might reply, ‘No, but these were the representatives of Quran and Islam.’ God would then say, ‘Really? Were they endorsed by me? They were homegrown clerics who spent their lives having intercourse with young boys. How would they know of God and the Quran?’ Religious clerics [today] are the worst people under the sky, on Earth; worse than a wolf.

Salat is a Muslim prayer. What happens in Salat is that you recite verses of the Quran; in the last portion of Salat, you sit crossed-legged. You are supposed to send benedictions upon Prophet Mohammad and upon Prophet Abraham and his progeny. When you send benedictions upon Prophet Mohammad, you would definitely think of him. It is impossible that you talk about somebody and you won’t think about him.

However, the Wahhabi ideology projects that whoever thinks about Prophet Mohammad in Salat, his Salat is ruined. They say, ‘You are better off thinking about a donkey rather than Prophet Mohammad.’

When you say such things about Prophet Mohammad, who is revered by a devout Muslim, you are actually defiling their prophet; you are actually hurting their feelings and emotions. How can a Sufi Muslim have any respect for the Wahhabi ideology? Why would a Sufi Muslim not oppose the Wahhabi ideology?

We have been targeted by Wahhabis in Pakistan. We have been facing persecution at the hands of Wahhabis in Pakistan. 65 members of Messiah Foundation International, back in 2007, had to flee their country; they took refuge in India. With the help of the United Nations, United States of America and Canada offered them asylum. These individuals are now living peacefully in Canada, and in the United States of America. They are exercising free speech. They are allowed to practise what they believe. There is no hindrance either in Canada or United States of America because there is religious freedom. There is no religious freedom in Muslim countries.

Prophet Mohammad clearly said, ‘Do not demolish any church, temple, synagogue – any of the worship place of any non-Muslim.’

ISIS have demolished half the historic places in Syria. What they are doing is nowhere near Islam; it is in total opposition to what Prophet Mohammad has projected 1436 years ago.

I would like the entire world to come to know of the reality: what you call Muslims are not Muslims. They are hateful creatures. They are loyal to none. When they face God, I bet they would definitely find it difficult to even respect God. Their ego would not allow them to bow before God.

Is Contemporary Islam In Need of Reformation?
6th August 2016|LecturesVideos

Is Contemporary Islam In Need of Reformation?

Younus AlGohar discusses the menace of unholy Islam and explains the divinely ordained system of reforms that has existed in Islam.

Main points:

– The entire world thinks that ISIS is organising all these atrocities, but that is doubtful. This debate fiercer is getting day by day. People are not just blaming ISIS. They’re blaming Islam and the Quran. What is happening today is happening because of the unholy Islam, Wahhabism. Islamophobia is natural when Wahhabism is so widespread.

– We have discussed recently how sensitive it is to study the Quran without first obtaining mortification of your inner devil, enlightenment of the heart. The understanding of the religion and of the holy book, does not come from your common human intelligence. It comes from God. There are many verses in the Quran which are so sensitive, that if an appointed person by God does not explain or interpret those verses, there is a very high possibility that you will mislead yourself. Do not attempt to take any meaning of the Quran on your own.

– According to the Islamic faith, after 1000 years, a Grand Reformer has to come and take care of anything which have been added to the faith and understanding, or anything which might have been adulterated. They come to renew and reform Islam. The belief that the purest Islam is that which existed at the time of Prophet Mohammad is against the Islamic faith. Islam needed reforms every 100 years, and reform on a grander scale ever 1000 years. There are so may verses in the Quran that do not apply to people of this day and age.

– Many people will say that Islam needs reforms. However there are so many areas in which Islam needs reforms, that if you start reforming Islam, you’ll get tired and Islam will not be completely reformed. This is because Islam is dead; Islam is no more. The mischief within Islam has killed it. Islam is a religion which had to come to an end somehow or other. Prophet Mohammad said, ‘Nothing will remain in Islam for except its name.’

Spiritual Rehabilitation: A Step Against Terrorism
10th April 2016|LecturesVideos

Spiritual Rehabilitation: A Step Against Terrorism

I would not advise anybody to read the Quran for any information about Islam. Even the Muslims who have not purified themselves are not eligible to study the Quran.

It is very important to know that the understanding of the Divine Word is granted to a pure heart, according to the Quran.

Understanding of the religion in Islam is known as a term called fiqah. Fiqah is granted to a pure heart.

The religion starts with affirmation by word of mouth. It will not progress any further until the heart is enlightened.

If you go to the mosque, grow a beard and read the Quran, and you are completely heedless of purification of your heart, you may continue to consider yourself as Muslim, but you are not a Muslim in the eyes of God. You have to affirm the faith by word of mouth, and the truth of the word of God has to enter your heart.

Before people comment on the religion of Islam, negatively or positively, they must understand that Islam has been rarely practised the way it was taught by Prophet Mohammad.

Not just today: since the beginning of the religion, Islam was not completely understood by everyone. Only a small group of people were able to understand the religion of Islam and the message of the Quran. They were those who were successful in purifying and enlightening their hearts. In order to fully understand the purpose of the religion and message of the Quran, one has to embrace the knowledge of the heart. It is the knowledge of the heart that teaches you how to fix the heart.

When you become a corrupt person, you become corrupt in two different organs in your body: your mind and your heart. Corruption in the heart is more dangerous than corruption in the mind.

When the mind is corrupt, your actions will be ugly. When the heart is corrupt, your character will be ugly.

We can speak day and night, arguing whether or not Islam is a religion of peace or a religion of violence; whether or not the Quran is promoting violence or advocating peace. This conversation will be absolutely futile without first understanding the basic principles and prerequisites before one attempts to become a true Muslim.

It is the knowledge of the heart which you must acquire in order to soften your heart, and at the same time, align your heart with the compassion of God. It is the knowledge of the heart which will connect you with God.

Historically speaking, Muslims who confined themselves to the Sharia (religious law of Islam) and never bothered to learn the spiritual aspect of the religion, they were never good human beings. They were never good Muslims. This is the case today.

An overwhelming majority of Muslims are not aware of the existence of the knowledge of spirituality; even if somebody is aware that there is some knowledge of spirituality, their mind is so corrupt that they don’t want to accept it. As a result, they have taken the wrong meaning of the religion. It appears as though they are warriors of God, spreading Islam and serving the religion of Islam. However, in reality, they are obedient to their inner evil.

They are in a game of obtaining power and money. Especially for Saudis, ISIS and Taliban, it is all about politics, power and money. I have previously mentioned that many countries have been in the race to become a superpower – for example, Russia.

Saudi Arabia has overwhelming ambitions of becoming a superpower, but the thing is: everything they use in their country is imported. They have no industry for except fruit juices. In order to become a superpower, they have sought another solution: the export of terrorism, the export of Wahhabi Islam.

In every single country of the world, there are Wahhabis. The world has become so volatile and vulnerable, that anytime, anywhere in this world, they can do anything and create chaos. They can create a fearsome environment and spread terror.

You need a universal coalition which should combat the ideology of Wahhabism with academic credentials.

You cannot win over these lunatics with ammunition or power. You need to defeat the ideology of hatred. This is more important than anything else in combating terrorism.

De-radicalisation is a process where you try to tell the terrorists that what they’re doing is wrong and this is not what their religion teaches. However, how will you meet the terrorists and convince them that they are wrong? They’re holding guns.

De-radicalisation is a preventive strategy which should be aimed at benefitting the youth first. Whoever has become a terrorist, you cannot approach them. However, you can still put a stop on the supply of terrorists.

You have to make a strategy whereby the government should come forward. Criminals who have spent their time in prison come out and have rehabilitation.

In a similar way, there should be a spiritual rehabilitation centre where people are encouraged to come and listen to the Sufi understanding of Islam (the original teachings of Islam and original message of the Quran).

People should be appointed to teach original Islam who come from a Sufi background; who have not only knowledge, but spiritual authority as well. This is my message today.

#BrusselsAttacks: How Vulnerable Are We to Terrorist Attacks?

#BrusselsAttacks: How Vulnerable Are We to Terrorist Attacks?

There was a suicide bombing incident in Brussels. About 34 people died and many more are injured. The Evil State of Iraq and Syria has claimed responsibility. Last Friday, one of the prime suspects who was believed to be the mastermind in the Paris Attacks in November was arrested in Molenbeek, Brussels. He said that they were planning to attack on Brussels.

Western countries — especially the United Kingdom and United States of America — had already given Belgian authorities tips that an attack was imminent in Brussels. However, the Belgian authorities said, ‘Until something happens, we cannot do anything.’ We should ask them, ‘Now that something has happened, what are you going to do now? Is it of any use doing anything now when so many innocent people have lost their lives?’

There were devastating scenes. It is a very worrying sign that this took place inside an airport. There were serious securities lapses.

If you know the addresses of the people who have not committed any terrorist activity as yet, but who you know to have links with terrorists and who follow terrorists ideologically, this should be enough for you to arrest them.

The man who masterminded the Paris Attacks in November, Saleh Abdesalem, fled from Paris to Brussels. It is now towards the end of March and he was only arrested three days ago. He lived for five months in his house in Brussels as if nothing happened! How did he manage to go to Brussels unnoticed when his pictures were all over the media? Their police and security forces are slow.

When you do not punish the offender, you are indirectly encouraging him to do more crimes.

Security Lapses

Somebody brought hand grenades, explosives and an automatic rifles inside Zaventem Airport! This is unbelievable. I am an international traveller and every now and then, I have to go through security. I know that even if there is a penny in my pocket, the security scanner will bleep when when I walk through it. How can somebody go through that scanner with hand grenades and explosives in his luggage?

We’re not talking about India’s, Pakistan’s or Bangladesh’s airports. Brussels is the capital of the European Union.

This is terror. People will now be scared to go to the airport or use the airport. Flying in and out of the airport will become a horrible experience in everybody’s life. People will be quite tense.

Many times, coming back to England from the United States of America, there would be two different queues when we were passing through security. They select which passenger will go through which queue. In one queue, there is next to no security; in the other, there is tough security.

If 10 000 passengers are going through tough security and 1000 are going without any security, what is the point of sending those 1000 people through security? It only takes one man to create the mishap.

When we were travelling to Mexico from the Toronto Pearson Airport, I needed a nail cutter. You cannot bring a nail cutter or anything sharp in your carry-on luggage, so I looked for a nail cutter in the airport’s duty-free. I noticed that besides nail cutters, knives were also available for purchase. Once somebody has checked in, passed through security and goes inside the duty-free near the departure gates, everything is available. What if he buys something from duty-free and does something wrong during the flight — who will be responsible?

Security guards at the airport pose as if they are really concerned.

At the same airport, when we were going to Mexico, I put my hand-carry through the scanner. Then, I took off my belt and jacket so there was no metal on my person. I went through the scanner and it bleeped. The security guard said, ‘We have two methods of checking you out. Which one do your prefer?’ I replied, ‘This is a silly question. You are responsible for security; do your job. Do what is best.’

When you talk about security, you have to deal with every passenger with the same level of scrutiny. If you show leniency to one passenger and that passenger happens to be a terrorist, then you will be responsible for what ensues.

Combatting the Ideology of Hatred and Death

On Twitter, since the morning of the Brussels Attacks, the most active trending topic was #StopIslam.

You can say, ‘No, Islam is a religion of peace,’ however, when a criticism is made about a religion, that criticism is not made on the academic religion. It is made on the practical religion: what you practise.

In these modern times, religions have become monsters. Under the guise of your faith, you do anything and you get away with it.

The problem is: what should the world do now? You cannot ban a religion, including Islam. I personally do not know what to do for except a few things.

The driving, motivational force behind these atrocities and terrorist activities is an ideology of hatred and death. This ideology of hatred and death must be stopped.

Governments should be involved in academic Islamic debate. They should ask all the famous Muslim clerics to hold a conference in every Muslim and western country. They should, in the light of Quran and Prophetic Traditions, explain that what ISIS is doing is not Quranic teachings. There should be programmes in which people debate on the issue in the light of Quran and Prophetic Traditions.

When the young generation watches these programmes and are given references from the Quran and Prophetic Traditions, only then will you defeat the ideology of hatred and death.

These security forces and governments are doing everything else but what they should do.

The wrong interpretation of the religion has led [Muslims] in the wrong direction. There is a need for the world leaders to seek help from Sufi scholars.

I must tell you that this problem, ideologically speaking, is not new. This problem is very chronic.

It is not just Wahhabism: Wahhabism has its roots in a group of people who were declared by the Prophet Mohammad to be Khwarijeen (the Outsiders). Then, every now and then, among Muslims, individuals were born with the same mentality, such as Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Kathir.

Muslims do not know that even at the time Imam Abu Hanifa, who was born in Iraq, there were Wahhabi-minded people who used to call themselves Takhfiris. He was sent into prison because of them. The Takhfiris, who were Khwarijeen, said, ‘Imam Abu Hanifa is mischief.’ He spent a considerable amount of time in prison because of them.

Imam Ans Bin Malik was born in Medina, lived all his life in Medina and he was imprisoned in Medina for 25 years. He was not allowed to go to the Mosque of the Prophet or even come out from his house because of the Khwarijeen.

This is not a new problem. If you ask me, ‘What is this terrorism?’ Then in two words, I will tell you, ‘This is mischief in Islam. This is nothing else.’

Moulana Fazlur Rehman (of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in Pakistan) and Moulana Sami ul Haq are fathers and mentors of Taliban. Similarly, Ibn Taymiyyah was the mentor of Abdul Wahhab Najdi.

The War Against ISIS

A few years back, I said that governments can’t tackle this mischief. We need His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi’s and Lord Jesus’s help.

Even if they weren’t making silly mistakes, it is not possible to guard every school and public place in the country. Even if it is done, life will become a terrible thing on Earth. People’s freedom will be lost, they will always be tense and under terror. If they see policemen and army personnel everywhere, it will feel like a battlefield. There will be no sense of security.

The way world leaders are waging a war against ISIS is a joke. We say, ‘Do not do anything halfheartedly,’ but this war against ISIS doesn’t even appear to be a halfhearted war. It is like a part-time war.

Their interest is not invested in this war. Forgive me if you take the wrong impression from what I am going to say now, but it appears to me and my senses as if every time a terrorist activity takes place, world leaders use that terrorist activity as an instrument for their political interests. Everything has been politicised now. Politics is like a business for these world leaders and they are trading in corpses.

Turkey is an American ally. Even then, people from Syria are entering Turkey. Through Turkey, they are coming to Greece and Europe. This means the borders are open and not just the refugees, but anybody can go through.

Younus AlGohar’s message first posted on November 17, 2015.

After the influx of Syrian refugees and other refugees into Europe, only God knows how delicate the situation has become and how vulnerable we are to any potential atrocity or attack.

About 10–15 years ago, you could recognise a terrorist by their large, unkempt beards. Now, we can’t tell what a terrorist looks like.

Every time a terrorist attack takes place, my heart has to go through different kinds of aches and pains. Firstly, the pain of the loss of innocent lives. Secondly, another blame will be placed on the religion of Islam. Thirdly, a majority of Muslims who don’t care about Islam will have to go through more problems; more suspicious eyes will be hovering around them. Fourthly, international travel will become even more difficult. There are many more things.

Even the newscasters were angry. They said, ‘When the western countries informed the the Belgian government and security agencies that there is an imminent attack in Brussels and these are the addresses, why didn’t they do anything about it?’ The only answer that came from them before the attack was, ‘They may be terrorists, but we cannot do anything until something happens.’ The only thing to be done after something happens is to pick up the corpses and take the injured to the hospital.

There are antiterrorist laws legislated after 9/11 both in the USA and England. Under those laws, the police can pick up anyone and keep that individual in their custody for at least 180 days, just on suspicion.

Is it not enough to be declared an ISIS supporter if someone has ISIS flag in their house and are chatting with ISIS members? In their Google history, if there are questions about how to make a bomb, is not sufficient for the Belgian police to arrest them?

If anybody living in United States of America has a link with even a supporter of ISIS, I don’t think the FBI will spare them, and rightly so. The same thing will happen in the United Kingdom. What are they doing in France and Belgium?

Further Comments from Younus AlGohar

The problem is that the world leaders are not addressing the issue. They must Ban Wahhabism! Every now and then, there will be a terrorist attack and we will talk about it and then forget. Root out the evil Wahhabism now. Only if Donald Trump knew what brand of Muslims to ban, it would be heroic an act from him.

We must salute British police that foil potential terrorist attacks forehand. The French and Belgian police seem incompetent.

France and Belgium have to legislate strict anti-terrorism laws to combat Islamist terrorists.

Was Islam Supposed To Be A Global Religion?

Was Islam Supposed To Be A Global Religion?

After the tragic events of the Paris Attacks and then San Bernardino California, I focused on the source of Islamist terrorism. Ever since I have been discussing this issue in lengthy details and the principle financiers of worldwide Islamic terrorism, it was shocking to see that most journalists had already done extensive research on what the source of this worldwide Islamist terrorism is. That includes our wonderful writer, historian and expert on theology, Karan Armstrong.

A lot of journalists have a very profound insight into Wahhabism, its doctrine of death and hatred and how Wahhabism, from a small desert in the Arabian peninsula, became so internationally widespread [that it is now] the set of beliefs of millions of people all over the world.

However, one grave mistake that most of these western journalists are making is that they have looked over the thin blue line between Wahhabi doctrine of death and hatred and the original teachings of Islam.

For example, these days, a demand made in every corner of the world is that Islam need reforms. Why? Because some of the commandments of  God which constitutes the religion of Islam are not compatible with the 21st century. If you listen to my speech and argument very carefully, you will not [make this demand] again.

As we see today, Wahhabism, in the guise of Islam, has been propagated all over the world. In the United Kingdom alone, there are more than one million Muslims. Everywhere in the world you go, you will see there are Muslims. If you go out of the Middle East, out of the South Asian region and you see some Muslims, chances are that you are not a seeing a Muslim, but a Wahhabi.

The original Islam was not propagated due to any reason. One of the main reasons was the mainstream Islam has never been the state religion of any country.

The state religion of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait is Wahhabism.

Even in Pakistan, which is locally considered the fortress of Islam, Islam is not the state religion. Pakistan’s governance system is secular; however, there are some legislations which indicate that there is some kind of a flavour of Islam. That also is on the paper, not in practice.

Islam was never meant to be a global religion. It was a regional religion aimed at guiding the Arabs.

This is why some of the commandments in the Quran are very strict. They are strict in accordance with the nature of the Arabs. People outside the Middle East are different..

If you are a first time buyer in England, they give you a discount on your property. In a similar way, if you have committed a crime and it is your first crime, in minor cases, they may let you walk free; they just serve you with a caution. Then, if you have done something more severe in nature, most probably, they will give you a suspended sentence with 100, 150 or 200 community service hours. You can see leniency in their nature.

In some of the countries in Europe, even if you murder somebody, they do not give you capital punishment. I have been visiting the United States of America for the past sixteen years, but I am not familiar with their judiciary system. Maybe in some selected states in the USA, they also follow the same judiciary system as they follow in the United Kingdom or Europe. What happens is, if somebody pleads guilty, by law, the law has to show leniency towards that person. The law acknowledges the fact that the criminal is being honest, he is courageous enough to admit his mistake, he is going to feel remorse and he will stop doing what he has done.

This is how lenient the law is. Sometimes, interpretation of the lenient law is even more lenient than the law itself. It is lenient to an extent where even people like Anjem Choudary and Abu Hamza, world-renowned terrorists, walk free from the British judiciary system.

In comparison to how the law is lenient in Europe – and on occasion, how lenient interpretation of the law is exhibited in the courts of the United Kingdom – Islamic Sharia appears to be so cruel.

In Islamic Sharia, if somebody is a thief, you chop their hands off. Obviously, a society that does not even recommend capital punishment for murderer and rapists cannot digest a law whereby the hands of a thief are chopped off. It is not compatible.

However, Muslims have been living [in the United Kingdom] for the past 50-60 years now. Why do we suddenly realise that Sharia is not compatible? It is the same Islam. But then, 50-60 years ago, maybe people in the western world thought, ‘This has nothing to do with us. According to their religion, they will chop off their own hands.’ But now, they’re talking about imposing Sharia Law in England, so we are beginning to get worried.

Now, this is my argument. People who live in the Arab world are so stubborn. If you tell a thief, ‘Do not do it again,’ he will feel offended. He will reply, ‘Why did you tell me not to do it again?’ They don’t understand the language of civility and love. They do not understand compassion. If you do not punish them, you are actually encouraging them to commit even more severe crimes than that.

So the Islamic Sharia, however cruel it is, is not designed for global practice. It was designed to cater the needs of the bedouins – those who only understand the language of the sword.

If Muslims today say, ‘No, we will go for conquest of the entire world and we will turn every single human being into a Muslim,’ that is absurd. If you want dominion of the world under Islam, what about the Christians and Jews? They should do the same. If all these three monotheistic religions race to control the world, then this place will become chaotic. There will be havoc.

Islam is not a global religion; it is regional religion. Islamic Sharia was designed to control and sociably discipline the people who live in the Arab world. It is not compatible with any other nation.

Pakistan was founded in 1947. In the last 69 years since the birth of Pakistan, many times in history, a democratic government was toppled up by an army general in a military coup. Martial Law was imposed on account of corruption done by the politicians in the government. Under Martial Law, many basic rights of the citizens were suspended.

I have never heard that there was Martial Law imposed in the United Kingdom in the last 100 years. In England, people are civilised. They respect your rights. People who are governing and running the country are doing so with pure intentions and an attitude of humility, fairness and honesty. If anything goes wrong, MPs are removed from their jobs. They cannot use their position to gain monetary benefits or any other benefits in any other form.

People in Pakistan do not understand the law. When they are in a high position, they always take advantage of their position. Their corrupt minds make them do nasty things while they are in power. Can a man in England who has never been to school be appointed as an education minister? Firstly, there is nobody in the United Kingdom who has never been to school. Everybody has to go to school even if their parents don’t like it. However, in Pakistan, you could be the petroleum minister and you won’t even know what petroleum means. You could be a finance minister and you cannot count to ten. It is not just that these people are cruel; they don’t have education.

In most of the countries like the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Kuwait, the ruler has all the high posts under the belt. He is the prime minister, finance minister, culture minister and chief of army staff. He is everything – and basically, he is nothing.

Have some mercy on God. If God introduced some strict laws for these people, he is justified. He is dealing with people who know civility or education. If God says, ‘Ok. If this is his first time, leave him,’ they will take the wrong meaning of God’s compassion. The impression they will get is, ‘Oh, look! God is scared of me.’

So God imposed Islamic Sharia, which is a divine Martial Law. However it is not compatible with people who have some civility, who understand their rights and who also respect other’s rights. People in the Arab world don’t understand anybody’s rights.

Sharia Law applies to that region only. It does not apply anywhere else.

When God constitutes a religion for certain people, before the law is given to the prophet or messenger, God has to keep in view the temperament of the nation. How cool-headed or heated their heads are must be considered.

In the Arab world, most Arabs have more than one wife. Their wives have no objection. In Pakistan, they are also Muslims, but if you want a second wife, you first wife will either kill you or she will divorce you. Muslim women in Pakistan know that according to the Quran, a Muslim can keep four wives at the time. Why then do they have this attitude towards Islamic Sharia? This is because their temperament is different than Arabs. Ask any woman in Pakistan if she supports polygamy. She will say, ‘No, not at all. I am still alive, why do you want another wife?’

If people say, ‘Islamic Sharia is not compatible today,’ I say that this is wrong and absurd. Islamic Sharia was never compatible with or to any other nation.

1400 years ago and even today, Islamic Sharia is not compatible with any other nation apart from the Arabs.

Since oil was discovered in Saudi Arabia and the pirates of the sea started to see dollars and pounds, they made the journey to Europe and the United States of America. Now, they have changed to a certain degree. Their views have changed about Islamic Sharia. How? Now they say, ‘Islamic Sharia is for common Muslims, not for us.’ They can do anything.

Individuals who were born here and trained by Anjem Choudary and other radical elements in the United Kingdom, they don’t know who they are. They were not born in India or Pakistan, so their culture is not Pakistani or India. They have always avoided integrating into British culture, so even British culture is not their culture. Islam does not have any culture, so they are cultureless people. More likely to me is that it is an identity crisis; they do not know who they are.

That is why most of the women who were fleeing to Syria with their children, when they were caught red-handed, were stopped and brought back to the United Kingdom, they said, ‘We are living here in the United Kingdom, where Islam is not the rule of the law. That is why we are going to the Islamic State.’ They think that when they go to Islamic State, Islam is perfectly practised there. They have this perception, because [ISIS] say, ‘We are imposing Islam which was imposed at the time of Prophet Mohammad. You will come to live in the same type of era and atmosphere which was at the time of Prophet Mohammad.’ So people were bought into believing and unreal situation. They were told something which is totally against how it appears to be.

Islam never said, ‘Kill all non-Muslims.’ But Wahhabis say, ‘Kill all non-Wahhabis.’

People in the West are saying, ‘Muslims are doing this and that.’ They’re also talking about apocalyptic times and events.

However, the problem with the West is: why aren’t they inclined to call upon Jesus for help? According to Muslim and Christian books, Jesus is to return. He is the saviour of the world.

A majority of people in the West have become atheists. When you are an atheist, you cannot understand a religious person’s mental cooking. If you were a religious person, it would have been a lot easier for you to understand what they want and where they’re coming from. You think that going to the church and reading the Bible is a waste of time, so you cannot understand how young children in Pakistan become terrorists.

They go to a religious seminary or mosque to study the Quran. Now, no Muslim will stop their children from learning the Quran. For a religious Muslim, it is a good thing to learn and recite the Quran. If you were a Christian, you’d understand that and also encourage your kids to learn Bible. Since you are not a religious man, you think all Muslims are radicalised because they’re sending their kids to learn Quran.

Sending children to learn the Quran has nothing to do with terrorism and radicalisation. However, they’re using it as an instrument to train terrorists.

The Threat of Iran

After Wahhabism, we have yet another global threat. After the rise of ISIS, we started saying, ‘The Taliban was less cruel. They were not that aggressive. ISIS is very aggressive.’

In a similar way, the time is not far when we will see a new Islamic threat from Iran. We will say, ‘Wahhabism was comparatively better.’

Iranians dream and think about attacking on Israel, without a reason.

All the Shia muslims who live in Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and United Arab Emirates are politically and religiously controlled by Iran. A majority of Shias live in Iraq and they are controlled by Iran.

Bashar ul Assad is a Shia. People don’t want to say it for any reason, but he is a puppet of Iran. Russia is being a devil. Russia is not against Wahhabism. Although the Russian television, RT, is exposing Wahhabism and ISIS, that is under a political agenda. They are not genuine in exposing the ugly truth of Wahhabism. They’re just doing it in order to oppose the enemy of Iran, because Russia is on the side of Iran.

Iran is a regional player; it now wants to become an international player.

No other Muslim country is so against Israel like Iran. No other Muslim country is so fiercely an enemy to Israel.

Iran is no lesser than ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Taliban. The West should open their eyes and cut off all relations with them.

With regards to Imam Mehdi, the Iranian concept of Imam Mehdi is a fabricated, concocted concept. Imam Mehdi does not hate anybody. Imam Mehdi is for the entire humanity.

Imam Mehdi does not represent hatred or death; He represents hope and love. Imam Mehdi represents human values. Imam Mehdi loves Israel, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and all humanity.

Being Mehdi Foundation International, it is our job to show the world the original and truthful concept of Imam Mehdi.

How Is Contemporary Jihad Illegitimate?

How Is Contemporary Jihad Illegitimate?

A thought is being put in the minds of people that martyrdom is greater than worship.

Religion begins with worship; anyone can worship. Martyrdom is greater than worship. Love is greater than martyrdom. Rapturous love is greater than love.

You do not have the authority to choose any of these four options on your own accord. You can only do one thing of your own accord, which is worship. You can only become a martyr when God needs martyrs.

In the Battle of Badr, Prophet Mohammad only had 313 people. Some had swords and some didn’t. There were only a few horses and donkeys. They were not prepared for war. This is the background information of the Battle of Badr.

Prophet Mohammad was not willing to wage a war against infidels of Mecca. When he heard that a thousand men with weapons, armoury, riding on horseback were coming towards Medina to attack on the Prophet and Muslims, in their self-defence, they were dragged into this war.

Every time the Prophet Mohammad’s uncle, Amir Hamza, requested the Prophet and told him about the intentions of his really emotional followers, Prophet Mohammad simply said, ‘No. I will wait for the commandment of God.’ Once they received commandment from God, they waged a war.

In Islam, even Prophet Mohammad did not initiate a war out of his own desire or understanding. Although, if he had initiated a war, it would be quite legitimate because he was in a position to decide on behalf of the Muslim nation.

How can a Muslim group of people justify initiating a war without receiving any commandment from God?

They are not able to receive any commandment from God. God does not look at their faces; God is not even aware of them. They are waging a war which is neither endorsed by Prophet Mohammad, nor the religion of Islam. Whether or not it is endorsed by God is out of the question..

The status of martyrdom is granted by God. This decision is taken by God. God will command the custodians of the religion to initiate a war, not every individual.

Initiating a war on behalf of Islam is not legitimate. The commandment must come from God. If it has not come from God, one cannot initiate a war and call it Jihad.

Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi initiates the hearts of sinners so that, towards the end times, they can support Imam Mehdi. In a similar way, when a religion is under attack, God does not want you to go in the mosque and engage yourself in worship. God wants you to protect the religion. If you offer prayer in the mosque and don’t want to defend your religion, the enemy will come, destroy your mosque and kill you. Therefore, martyrdom is greater than worship. But that happens when your religion is under attack.

The religion is only under attack when the religion is newly established.

The religions which were established one thousand or two thousand years ago are well-established. Even if one portion of Muslims or Jews are killed, this will have no effect on the spiritual welfare of the religion. The religion is not going to be destroyed.

If a religion is newly established and it only has a few followers and they are killed, the religion is gone. Jihad is only initiated when the religion is new.

Islam is 1438 years old. Muslims can be under attack, not the religion of Islam. You cannot die in the name of God because God does not want you to die in the name of God.

The time for Jihad is over. This is why Prophet Mohammad said, ‘Let’s move forward to greater Jihad from smaller Jihad (Jihad with the Sword).’ That was the time when Prophet Mohammad announced there would be no Jihad with the sword.

Ibn Taymiyyah was the first of Muslim scholars who disputed Prophet Mohammad’s opinion of moving towards greater Jihad. What Ibn Taymiyyah did was present two verses of the Quran. He said that the Quran is greater than Prophet Mohammad. That is why Wahhabis follow Ibn Taymiyyah. 99% of scholars of Ibn Tamiyyah’s time declared him to be a heretic – and Abdul Wahhab Najadi, the founder of Wahhabism, declared Ibn Taymiyyah to be a Sheikh ul Islam. Ibn Taymiyyah’s book is blasphemous.

Jihad is history. Islam is not under attack. Europe, the United States of America and Canada are under attack by radical Muslims. The radical Muslims are dreaming of becoming world leaders. They are after power and they want world dominion. This will never turn into reality.

The greater Jihad is to fight against your own devil, the Subtlety of Nafs (Self) inside you –  without which you cannot become a Momin (true believer).

Jihad with the sword is only valid when the religion is still in the process of establishment. After the religion is established, there is no need for Jihad with arms and ammunition. Smaller Jihad which is carried out with a weapon is a war in which you fight against the enemies of the religion. The greater Jihad is to fight your enemy, which is inside you.

Jihad with a weapon is only valid when the religion is still new and there is a likelihood that the enemies of that religion would want to finish it off, therefore you need Jihad. Now, Islam has expanded. It has spread. It is not under attack.

Humanity is under attack right now.

Iran, on an international level, maintains to say that Imam Mehdi, the 12th Imam, will turn everybody into Muslims and the teachings of the Quran will prevail.

But there is a narration in a book called Al Ghayba. According to this narration, ‘Imam Mehdi will implement a new commandment, a new book and a new custom. Imam Mehdi will introduce a new way of punishing the sinners.’

It is up to Imam Mehdi. Imam Mehdi will say, ‘You don’t want to do it anymore. I set you all free.’

Furthermore, the narration says, ‘Imam Mehdi will be harsh on the Arabs.’

This is in the book from Iran, Al Ghayba, about Imam Mehdi: Imam Mehdi will introduce new book, new system of punishment, new custom and a new religion.

Why is Iran saying that Imam Mehdi will introduce Islam all over the world? They are contradicting themselves with what they believe in.
