Unification and Divine Love

Unification and Divine Love

The following is Younus AlGohar’s speech addressing a gathering in Mexico City, Mexico.

In the beginning, when God was alone, he wanted to be known. He wanted to create some creation. This creation was especially designed as souls which would love God. All souls that he created were loving souls.

He then put them in three categories: one category was love, the second category was proximity and the third category was manifestation.

They loved God and God loved them. This was the first religion: love.

Later on, he decided to create more souls; he created an unlimited number of them. All the souls were in front of him. He showed them luxuries of paradise and luxuries of the world. He then asked them, ‘Those who want to take luxuries of the world can go ahead and take it.’ He also asked those who wanted to take luxuries of the paradise to go and take it.

There was no condition on the souls who wanted to choose the luxuries of the world. However, for those who wanted to take the luxuries of the paradise, he created religions. He sent prophets and messengers like Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad. By the practice of these religions, the souls who chose the luxuries of paradise would obtain them.

When this world was created, the souls started to come down and there was a mixture of them. Some souls who had already decided that they wanted to enjoy the luxuries of this world came down; other souls who chose to enjoy the luxuries of paradise also came down on Earth.

Those who wanted to take the luxuries of the world developed passion and love for businesses and jobs. Some of them worked really hard and became millionaires.

Some people struggled all their life for a good job and business, but they failed. These people worked really hard to find a good job, but they never did. Every time they wanted to flourish their business, they failed. This could be because, before God, they did not choose the luxuries of the world. So they went into temples, gurdwaras, churches and mosques to find their way.

However, today, even in these worship places, they could not find what they wanted because the religious and spiritual leaders also became businessmen.

When the religions were corrupted, people became bad. They started to hate each other. They forgot that all these religions were created by the same God. Whether you are a Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, or Jew, you are the creation of the same God. God never wanted you to fight and kill each other.

Religions became corrupted when the knowledge of spirituality was missing from these religions. There are two types of knowledge:

1 – Knowledge which will clean your body. It teaches you how to worship and dress in a religious way.

2 – Knowledge of the heart and soul.

The knowledge of spirituality will connect you to God. When you are connected to God, you will not want to know whether someone is a Muslim, Christian, Sikh or Hindu.

One who loves God cannot hate anybody.

In these religions, the first type of knowledge has been practised – but the second type of knowledge, spirituality, disappeared. Since this knowledge disappeared from these religions, people do go to mosques, temples and churches, but they are not connected to God.

Some special souls also came on Earth: the souls which loved God. They came down but they didn’t teach people a religion and how to go into paradise. They taught people how to love God so that a universal brotherhood could be created.

Unity of humankind will occur when all human beings love God. A universal brotherhood can only be established when all hearts have the same direction and love for God.

All the prophets and messengers who came to this world mostly taught people how to enter into paradise. Sometimes, they also taught people how to love God. However, right now, people have forgotten to love God. Either people want to become good businessmen or extremists in their religion.

The time has come. God no more cares what religion you follow; he wants to love you.

According to God, when all the people of different religions quit their religions, God was supposed to send his own nation on Earth. The souls of God’s nation may be among you. There were nations of Moses, Mohammad, Jesus and Mohammad; but in the end, God was supposed to send his own nation without a religion. The only thing they would do is to love God and love humanity.

There are souls and spirits in your body. God created your souls, not your body. Your bodies were created in the wombs of your mothers by angels.

Before you came to this world, you did not have a body. After you leave this world, you will not have a body. Your reality is your soul. With this soul, you will recognise and love God.

You enlighten your soul with the knowledge of spirituality.

A heart is already symbolic to love. Everybody knows about it, but people only use it as an example. A heart is a piece of flesh and the purpose of the heart is to pump blood.

It is the spiritual heart which will make you love God and everybody else.

There is a soul which controls the heart. When it is enlightened, your heart will be enlightened. When your heart is enlightened, you will be connected with God.

When you go to temples, churches and mosques, the priest and pastors tell you that you are talking to God. But in fact, only you are whispering; you don’t hear God’s voice. When you are in trouble, you make prayers to God. Most of the time, your prayers are not heard by God.

When your heart is enlightened and connected to God, your heart will work like a microphone.

There is nothing wrong with God’s hearing, but you are so far away from God. He gave you an organ of communication; only through your heart can you be in contact with God.

When your heart is connected to God, then from that moment on, God will hear your voice. God wants to love and help you, but he wants to know whether you are in trouble. He doesn’t know you. The moment you are connected with him, he will start helping and loving you.

We propagate this knowledge which can enlighten your heart. We are trying to tell you how to be in contact with God so you can enjoy the benefits of love.

Questions and Answers

I am Christian. I really enjoyed what you said. The Bible says that we are waiting for the final times. Completion of the religions is a sign of the final times. Personally, I don’t believe that. My question is what is the truth about that? Are we in the final times?

People have been saying for the past 50-60 years that the last day is coming on such-and-such date, such as 2012. Then, on 2012, nothing happened. Then they said the last day would come after two years, but nothing happened. Only God knows.

We must understand that before this entire world comes to an end, everyone has an end, individually, when he dies. When he dies, for him, the world is finished.

We should be fully spiritualised and connected to God before our death strikes.

Lord Jesus said, ‘Love your Lord, love your God with all your heart, with all your soul.’

We don’t know how to love God with all our heart, with all our soul because most of us don’t know spirituality. This is exactly our mission and message: to love God with the heart and soul.

According to the Christian belief, you must be born again. To be born again means that now your soul will be enlightened and they will taste your eternal life. The moment your soul is born is Second Birth.

Do we have the ability to receive the knowledge of spirituality?

Every human being has the ability to become divine and become connected to God.

I want to clarify to you one thing which is very important.

When we say, ‘Jesus is the only way,’ it is for Christians only, not for Sikhs or Hindus. God sent many masters. I believe that Jesus is a great universal master and he is the Son of God, but he is not the only one. Many masters came before him and many masters came after him.

Secondly, religions do not accept bad people, but God accepts everybody. When you do something bad, your body is bad. The soul does not commit any sin. The soul is always innocent. All you need is to do to enlighten it.

For example, you are hungry, so you want to eat. But if you don’t know how to prepare food, you won’t be able to eat it. In a similar way, some people say, ‘We don’t need a spiritual master because God loves all.’ God wants to love you all, but you need to find the way to love God.

Being a very rich man is not a sign of God’s love; even bad people have plenty of money. Some people think, ‘Because I am poor, God doesn’t love me.’ Does it mean God loves rich people only? No.

God wants to love all.

To love God, you need spirituality; not religions. Religions are now making divisions. Love will turn the entire world into a universal brotherhood.

In order to connect with God, we have to be more spiritual. How do we become more spiritual, precisely?

The word spirituality has been derived from ‘spirit’. The knowledge and methodology which enlightens your soul – your spirit – is spirituality. You become a spiritual person through divine energy, which has to enter your soul.

Your heart is like a pumping machine. It pumps the blood with throbs.

The Universal Spiritual Master will spiritually transmit God’s name in your heart. Then, every time your heart throbs, you will hear God’s name. This is spiritual rosary. Every time your heart will say God’s name, it will create divine energy.

In the olden times, people used to rub stones together to create a spark. When God’s name rubs together inside the heart, it creates divine energy. 24 hours a day, your heart will be repeating God’s name and this will produce divine energy.

When you go into temples, you say God’s name: Raam, Allah, Bhagwan, Dios, God, etc. – and it creates divine energy. But this divine energy does not go inside our soul because we are saying it with our mouth. With this kind of worship, your face will become beautiful. But when the same name of God is repeated inside the heart, it creates divine energy which will increase spirituality in you.

You have seven souls in you: five in the human breast, one in the head and one at the naval point.

This is the same knowledge that Baba Guru Nanak Devi Ji adopted. This is also the way of Hari Laal, Sai Baba, Jesus, Abraham, Mohammad, Moses, etc. This is how you become divine.

When your soul is revived, you will become a friend of God. When you become a friend of God, God will not want you to be in poverty. When you become good and God gives you wealth, you will help others; you won’t do bad things.

Today, you need spirituality to love God. We have this method of spirituality.

What is the difference between soul and spirit?

There is one main soul in the human body. Others are auxiliary souls, we call them spirits.

The five senses have connection with five spirits in the breast. One spirit has the responsibility of enabling your tongue to speak. Another spirit will make your eyes see. Another spirit will make your ears hear.

Does the soul have the capacity to choose their body and the era they will be born in?

It is up to God. God decides.

If God decides what body we take, why did God decide to give some souls disabled bodies?

There are two types of souls. One group of souls comes from the heavens; another group of souls stays here in this world. The souls from this world are known as terrestrial souls. There are three souls which are used to make the body.

The stones have a soul that keeps the contents of stone bound to each other. We have the same soul as the stones in our bones. Then we have another soul, which is called the botanical soul; this soul is found in trees and plants. We keep watering them and the plants grow. Similarly, we keep feeding a baby and it grows into a woman or man. Then, we have another soul which is responsible for making our shape and faces.

So, we have three souls in our body: the soul which is found in stones, the soul which is found in trees and the soul which is found in animals. These souls have nothing to do with God.

God sends souls from the higher realms. They are special souls. We need to enlighten them. When they are enlightened, we can see God and talk to God.

When the souls of the body (terrestrial souls) are not properly taken care of in the womb, disabled children are born.

Spirituality is for the souls that came from God. The soul which is responsible for making you divine is different. Even if you are disabled, you can still love God and see God.

Once the soul is in the body and grows up, what is the moment when it decides to go into the spirit world?

As I explained, there are two types of souls. One group of souls makes your body.

When, at nine months, the baby is about to be delivered, then another group of souls comes from God and they stay in the body. When you turn 15, then they are fully grown up. Now, you should enlighten your soul.

Your soul used to live in the higher realms before, but you don’t remember anything because your soul is not enlightened. Once your soul is enlightened, then you will remember everything: how you loved God, how many friends you had. Then you will look for those friends that you had there, on Earth.

Where is Jesus, Son of God, in relation to all the messengers that have come to Earth?

Jesus has two different identities. The first identity is as a religious leader who established the religion, Christianity, and Son of God. Then, he has another identity: Jesus himself is as powerful as God. When he returns towards the end times, he will be as strong as God.

We all are God’s sons. Why is Jesus called the Son of God?

Well, the Bible said that Jesus is the Son of God – but who said that we are all sons of God? The Bible does not say that we are all sons of God. The Bible only said that Jesus is the Son of God. We are not sons of God; we are children of God metaphorically.

Jesus is the Son of God because no man touched Mother Mary. However, I know my father’s name; how can I say that I am the Son of God?

How can we unify people of different religions?

Unification comes when everybody has the same thing.

When everybody loves God in the heart, automatically, they will be unified and that will be the Universal Brotherhood. They will be unified in the heart.

If we say that we are unified but we do not have uniformity in us, that will not work. When all the religions have one thing in common, God’s love, they will be unified.

But one thing is important: we should respect all religious leaders. We should respect Abraham, Jesus, Moses, Mohammad equally. They were all great teachers.

The Mentality of Wahhabis

The Mentality of Wahhabis

The following is Younus AlGohar’s response to Wahhabis on social media who defend the Wahhabi Cult of Hatred and Death.

It is a widespread human tragedy that any individual who is born in a particular denomination of Islam remains to be a dedicated practitioner of that denomination. He or she does not study the religion of Islam with a view to know the truth – and also to come to know if the school of thought that his or her ancestors have been practising is aligned with the doctrine of the Quran and Prophetic Traditions.

If an individual is born in a Shia family, mentally, psychologically, he is a Shia by birth. However there is no such in reality as being born a Shia, Sunni, Wahhabi or a Christian. When you are born, you are born on nature; when you are born, you are nobody.

So individuals who are now trying to defend Wahhabism are doing so in order to save their own skin; in order to tell themselves that they have not been wrong. The problem is: most Wahhabis do not know what Wahhabism is.

Most Sunnis do not know what Sunni Islam is. They do not go into details. To understand and study any school of thought within Islam, you need to do a very scrutinised, academic, detailed and lengthy probe.

Wahhabis say that those who disrespect Islam should be killed; but there is no such thing in Islam.

There is a Prophetic Tradition that is a piece of advice for the Companions of the Prophet Mohammad. Prophet Mohammad advised his early followers not to say bad things about deities of other religions, for example the idols. They are not God, but Prophet Mohammad told them, ‘If you blaspheme their false God, they will blaspheme your true God. So in order for them not to blaspheme your true God, you should not blaspheme their false God.’

Prophet Mohammad did not say, ‘Kill them because they are blaspheming your true God.’ Rather, he said, ‘You should not blaspheme their false God; and in return, they will not blaspheme your true God.’

If someone talks bad about God or blasphemes God, there is no such thing from Prophet Mohammad which suggests that you should kill such people. On contrary to killing those who blaspheme God, Prophet Mohammad advised the Companions something else, ‘Stop blaspheming their false God and in return, they will stop blaspheming your true God.’ This is beautiful.

Umar bin Khattab: The Founder of Wahhabism

Abdul Wahhab Najdi is the man who Wahhabism is named after. However, the doctrine he is inspired by does not come from himself. It is the continuation of the doctrine of Ibn Taymiyyah. Then, Ibn Taymiyyah must have been inspired by Umar bin Khattab.

The books of Prophetic Traditions have lengthy details of what happened in history. The Quran tells us what should be the level of respect given to Prophet Mohammad. I haven’t been to Medina, but I have seen pictures of the mosque of the Prophet, especially the picture which shows the external area of Prophet Mohammad’s grave.

One verse from the Quran, Quran 49:2, is very prominent on the grave of Prophet Mohammad, which talks about respect that you must give to Prophet Mohammad.

The Quran 49:2 says, ‘Do not raise your voice over the voice of Prophet Mohammad.’

This verse does not apply to us because Prophet Mohammad is not here. This verse was for Prophet Mohammad’s time.

Saudi and UAE nations appear to have difficulty understanding Arabic: according to their belief, Prophet Mohammad is not speaking and he will never speak. How can someone be louder than Prophet Mohammad when Prophet Mohammad is not speaking? On one hand, they believe that Prophet Mohammad doesn’t speak; they say, ‘Prophet Mohammad is dead’ (God forbid). Then, they have put this verse on the grave of Prophet Mohammad also, which says, ‘Do not raise your voice over the voice of Prophet Mohammad.’ This verse was for the [era of Prophet Mohammad].

Prophet Mohammad, just before his calling, wasn’t feeling well; he was suffering from fever and he anticipated that sooner or later his calling would be served and he would leave the world. He wanted to solve the issue which will arise after his departure: the issue as to who should be the first caliph. It was Umar bin Khattab who had the guts to refuse Prophet Mohammad and say that the Quran was enough for their guidance and they did not need Prophet Mohammad’s advice.

Umar bin Khattab said, allegedly, that Prophet Mohammad was in such a state of illness whereby anything he would say would not mean anything. He would just be saying things without understanding of what he is saying. He was supposedly under the effects of illness, therefore it was in the best of the interests of the Muslim Nation not to take advice from Prophet Mohammad.

Umar bin Khattab was actually and factually the founder of Wahhabism.

There is nobody in this world who talks about Umar bin Khattab like I do. I do it because I know this is the truth. Don’t think I am a Shia. Shias have no knowledge. Like Wahhabis have deviated from the true teachings of Islam, in a similar way, the Shias and Sunnis have deviated themselves from the true path of Islam.

Prophet Mohammad: Mercy for All Mankind

Islam was a beautiful religion.

Islam gave respect to women and elderly people. Prophet Mohammad taught his Companions not to hurt and harm even plants and animals. How can we call a filthy doctrine of Wahhabism as Islam which promotes violence and killing of innocent people?

In mosques, there are steps called ‘mumbir’. Prophet Mohammad used to sit there and deliver lectures; whilst he would deliver sermons, he would hold a stick. One day, one of his Companions brought a better stick. So Prophet Mohammad left the other one and got hold of the newer stick. A few minutes later, Prophet Mohammad was staring at the old stick. People were wondering what was going on and asked the Prophet, ‘What are you looking at?’ He said, ‘The old stick is crying, “I used to enjoy when Prophet Mohammad used to hold me.”’ Prophet Mohammad returned the new stick and said, ‘No, I will still hold you.’ This is how compassionate and kind Prophet Mohammad is. The Quran said, about the character of Prophet Mohammad, ‘You have the best of characters.’

The Quran 68:4 also said ‘Have we not sent you as blessings for the entire universe?’ Is the universe filled with Muslims only and there are no non-Muslims? Prophet Mohammad’s mercy and blessings are not confined, restricted or limited to Muslims only. It is for the entire universe.

Wahhabism is a cult of hatred and death. They only let Wahhabis live in peace. If you are a non-Wahhabi, then you are gone. According to them, their blessings do not apply to non-Wahhabis.

However, according to the Quran, blessings of Prophet Mohammad – who has been appointed as mercy for the entire universe by God – his blessings apply to all human beings, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims. Whether they follow any religion or they are atheists. This is Islam.

Imam Mehdi’s Advent and the Future of the Arab World

Just because the [Arabs] have oil money, they think they are the best. On Thursdays in Pakistan, beggers hold a pot outside the mosque and collect coins. [The Arabs] are soon entering into the time zone when they will be holding these pots.

We are not Shias or Sunnis, that we will be scared of Wahhabis. We are followers of Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi. Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi is returning soon.

According to Prophetic Traditions, Imam Mehdi will snatch away the Saudi Kingdom. This is why they don’t like Imam Mehdi.

Imam Mehdi will give them the taste of their own medicine.

The time has come; overnight Imam Mehdi will become known to every single human being on Earth. During that night, [the Saudis] will become beggars. These are the facts.

The time is not far when rubble which has become concrete cement now will become rubble again. You will see the fall of Saudi Arabia very soon. It is written.

Younus AlGohar traces the roots of Wahhabism back to the era of Prophet Mohammad, when Umar bin Khattab grossly blasphemed Prophet Mohammad.

This video is in Urdu.

Main points:

– Wahhabism has spread in the last couple hundred years, since the knowledge of spirituality became extinct. Saints have come in the last 400 years but no Kamil Dhaat (Perfect Spiritual Guide) has come recently. 20-30 years ago, Islam’s spiritual system was extinct, but it was not subject to mischief on a scale that could harm humanity. Now, with the rise of Wahhabism, a great mischief has emerged from Islam.

– Wahhabism is an ideology where it is ‘My way or the highway’. Either you join Wahhabism or you die. No other sect is so extreme and fanatic. This group belongs to the Dajjal (Antichrist). Wahhabis preach to other Muslims; they convert Muslims from other sects into their cult of hatred and death.

– Wahhabis have rejected the saints and prophets of God and misunderstood the Quran. They don’t even know what it means to be ‘Ghair Allah (without God)’. They thought whoever is not God is without God. They could not understand that Ghair Allah refers to someone who has no connection to God. Wahhabis do not know the real meaning of Shirk (to make someone a partner with God). To ask someone who has God in their hearts for help is to obtain God’s help.

– Predecessors to Wahhabism thought as soon as the Quran was fully revealed, there was no need for the Prophet Mohammad to give his advice. This was the same mindset that Umar bin Khattab had. He forgot that the Quran 53:3 said, ‘Prophet Mohammad does not say anything from his own desires. He says what comes from God as revelation.’

– Umar bin Khattab stopped Prophet Mohammad from giving advice when Prophet Mohammad’s time in this world was coming to an end; he said, ‘The Quran is complete and it is enough for us. You are just speaking [nonsense] because of your fever.’ Umar bin Khattab divided many Muslims and inspired people to disrespect Prophet Mohammad. Those who didn’t respect Prophet Mohammad, their faith was destroyed. Umar bin Khattab was hell-bound and he practically rejected the directives of the Quran in regards to Prophet Mohammad. His blasphemy of Prophet Mohammad was the early root of Wahhabism.

– The fundamental defect in Wahhabism: they do not believe that God can speak to Prophet Mohammad after the completion of the Quran. Wahhabism is full of hypocrisy. On one hand, Wahhabis say that pure Islam was in the era of Prophet Mohammad and they reject anyone sent by God who came after that. On the other hand, they say that Muhammad Abdul Wahhab Najdi was a Mujaddid-e-Azam (Grand Reformer).

– The Quran has been declared to be ‘Dhikr (Invocation)’ because the gist of the entire Quran is invocation of God’s name when it is done by the heart. The divine light (Noor) of the Quran has come from Ism-e-Allah (the name of God); if someone says they are Ahle Quran, Ism-e-Dhaat Allah (the personal name of God) must be written on their heart. In God’s plan, the Quran was never meant to be given the shape of a book. For knowledge, the Quran 21:7 directed people to Ahle Dhikr.

– Ilm-e-Ladduni is special knowledge God gives to his friends from himself. This knowledge is not part of the religion. Imam Mehdi will have a the treasure of Ilm-e-Ladduni. The Religion of God (Divine Love) by Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi is full of Ilm-e-Ladduni.

Dysfunctionality of Religions
15th April 2016|ArticlesLecturesVideos

Dysfunctionality of Religions

Religions have become futile and have stopped functioning. When such a thing happens to a religion, it happens due to lack of spiritual knowledge.

It is not the bodies which the religions address, rather, the religions provide your souls with activation and initiation of awakening and enlightenment. What you do in mosques, churches and synagogues is a customary, ritualistic performance of worship.

The real worship which God has entwined with your souls can only be performed by your souls.

When the religions happen to suffer from fallacy and inability to manoeuvre the souls of its followers, the religions become futile. They do not function in relation to awakening and enlightenment of the souls.

Whether or not a religion is still valid totally depends on whether it is able to connect its followers with God.

If a religion has thousands of followers and they perform a physical form of worship in mosques, temples, synagogues, churches and other worship places, however their hearts are still dark — their character has not been entwined with moral and ethical values; their souls have been unknown to the attributes of God; the souls have not learned to be compassionate; the souls are unknown to the most auspicious, powerful and supreme attribute of God: love — then the religion has become futile.

Similitude of these religions are on the vital organs of a human being.

The function of the heart is to pump the blood, oxygenate it and purify it. However, if the arteries around the heart have accumulated a lot of cholesterol, toxins and free radicals, which release after the food is digested in the stomach, the performance of the heart decreases and with the passage of time, it deteriorates. A time comes when all the arteries leading to the heart become completely blocked. This is when the pulmonary valve that sits on top of the heart stops beating. The moment the heart stops beating, you expire.

To be honest with you, it is not about the ‘bad’ or ‘good’ of any religion. When Sanatan Dharma, the Hindu religion, was still alive, it was a good religion. When Judaism was still alive, functioning well and connecting people with God, it was good.

Everything that God has created in this world is mortal. Every mortal object has to expire at one point in time. In this phenomenal world, the bitterest of all truths is mortality. You cannot escape mortality.

Sixteen years ago, I would walk on the treadmill with an incline of fifteen for two hours every day. Recently, I have tried to do the same again, but I couldn’t do it. I realise that it is a lot to do with wear and tear. I do not have the same strength in my muscles and the same stamina in my body. The moment we take birth in this world, our journey to mortality begins.

Everything is mortal — and so are the religions.

We are mortal and the religion we follow is mortal. If religions were immortal, we would not need another. One religion would have been enough. The very fact that there are so many religions tells us that every religion which has been established by prophets via revelation from God is a mortal religion. After some time, through the passage of wear and tear, the religion came to an end.

When you follow a religion and you reach nowhere, it should ring the bell. The voice of your conscience does whistle in your heart, ‘You’re not getting anywhere. You’re circulating around one fixed point.’

In the olden times, when people would want to extract oil from almonds and olives, they would put a round shaped pot with a stick in it and tie it to a bull; the bull would go in circles and grind it. The bull would make a thousand circles but not reach anywhere. In a similar way, we are following our religions, but they’re not taking us anywhere because they are not making any journey. They have come to a total expiration.

Muslims shouldn’t be astounded or taken aback by the fact that Islam can die. Islam is not greater than Prophet Mohammad. A time came when Prophet Mohammad departed this world. According to the Quran, everything is mortal except God. God has excluded everything else for except him when he talked about immortality. Islam has come to an expiration. You cannot see Islam anywhere today. What you see today is Wahhabism, Sunnism, Barelvism, Shiaism; they are not Muslims, because the religion of Islam does not exist anymore.

Prophet Mohammad came and went back. Prophet Adam came and went back. If somebody comes and tells me, ‘I am Adam,’ I will say, ‘Shut up. He came and went back.’

Similarly, there is no rebirth of any religion.

When Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani revived the religion of Islam almost a thousand years ago, Islam was still breathing. It was not completely dead. Now, however, Islam is dead. There is no ‘rebirth’ of any religion. When the religion is completely dead, it is dead because God wanted it to be dead. If God wanted the religion of Islam to be revived again, then God would have sent somebody to help Islam before its demise.

There is no planning from God, according to which, the religion of Islam might have been revived.

All the religions are now expired. Humanity is on the brink of death. When the vital organs fail and do not function, either you simply close your eyes and die, or you go for the transplant.

Messiah Foundation International has been blessed to announce to the world that we have a spiritual transplant. All the vital religions of the world which have expired are now being replaced with the Religion of God.

A new system and religion. This religion is the Religion of God, therefore it is immortal like God. This religion does not apply to the bodies; it applies to your souls. The soul doesn’t die and this religion does not die.

The Religion of God is God’s lifestyle. You will become a member of the Religion of God as soon as you successfully adopt the lifestyle of God: the way God behaves and conducts himself. The way God manifests his compassion, showers his mercy on all human beings equally and opens the door upon humanity for his bounty. He is most forgiving, caring and loving.

You will become divine all of a sudden. You will not need to learn his attributes.

When God comes inside your heart and your heart becomes an eternal dwelling of God, then God will manifest his attributes inside you. You will begin to live like God does. This is the Religion of God.

All these religions have expired. The religion of Islam has been grossly subjected to mischief and religious corruption. Humanity is suffering at the hands of Islamists today. If an animal dies and it is lying there, after a couple of days, the place will stink and everybody will suffer. Similarly, the religion of Islam has died and people are suffering. The religions which were made by prophets have come to an end.

The Religion of God has not been established by any prophet or through any revelation. This religion existed even when there was no religion, prophet or messenger. The Religion of God is older than Prophet Adam and Prophet Mohammad.

Tahaffuz-e-Khatme Nabuwwat & Hate Crimes

Tahaffuz-e-Khatme Nabuwwat & Hate Crimes

This trend of physically persecuting people of other faiths and declaring them kafir (infidels) was initiated by Wahhabis only. There is a special name for them: Takhfiri.

We live here in this world and every country has different rules, regulations and law. If someone is a thief, the police will catch them; or you may help the police catch the thief. The police will arrest the thief and then take him to the court. Then the court will decide what to do.

You cannot take the law in your hands.

Similarly, there are religious laws. Whether you are a good or bad Muslim, you cannot take the law in your hands. Only God will decide who is good and who is bad. Only God will punish people. You can’t do that.

Wahhabis declare other Muslims to be infidels and they also allege people will different allegations. They want to kill them. Wahhabis have only one sort of punishment: to just kill them, not less than that. This is severely misleading, severely misguiding and severely wrong.

You have no authority to execute anybody on account of his bad deeds or impurity in his belief system.

Whether someone is a good or bad Muslim, whether he is a hypocrite or an infidel, you have nothing to do with it. It is God who will or will not punish; it rests with God what he wants to do with or to his creation.

The Tahaffuz Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Muslim denomination – which has links with Wahhabism – are now active in hate crimes. They are declaring Ahmadi Muslims to be infidels. They’re inciting and provoking others to kill them. They think killing people is a virtue. It is not a virtue; it is against their own religion. It is very obvious now that [members of Tahaffuz Khatm-e-Nabuwwat] don’t follow their religion. If they followed their religion, they would never take the law into their own hands because they are human beings like everybody else.

Sometime ago, I told you in a lecture that Jesus came across a mob of people. There was a big commotion. He stopped and asked somebody what was going on. Somebody told Jesus that there was an adulteress so people were pelting stones at her. Having heard all this, Jesus halted them and said to them, ‘Wait. Let me ask all of you a question: is there anybody in this mob who has never sinned?’ Nobody replied. Jesus said, ‘When everybody of you has sinned in your life – and you yourself are not pure – how can you punish this woman of her sin? Leave it to God.’ This is our belief system also. We believe what Jesus said.

We very strongly condemn anything like what Tahaffuz Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is doing, such as killing Ahmadi people.

Ahmadis are very moderate, peace-loving Muslims. We should give everybody their space. If we think they are wrong – they may be wrong, but you may be wrong too. If you are the judge of your faith, you can never be right. Let others say who you are and how you are.

For example, in my childhood, my father used to tell me, ‘These Christians come and feed poor people. They give them blankets. They’re doing so much for the welfare of humanity. Our own Muslims – forget about any help from them – they cannot see you happy. if you are well-off, they take away your money and property from you.’

Are these Muslims good or are those ‘infidels’ good who are helping people? If these ‘infidels’ are good, how are they good without a religion and you’re Muslim and still you’re bad? What did you religion do you to character? You religion did not help you become a good man! The problem is: if you judge yourself, you will always think you are the best. Do not judge yourself; let others judge you.

No religion will allow its followers to monitor accountability of individuals. You are accountable to God only, on the Day of Judgement.

If you are good or bad, God will decide. Some people think they are very good, but who knows? Most of the good people that I have met, they were the worst. You have to learn and let others live.

Spiritual Rehabilitation: A Step Against Terrorism

Spiritual Rehabilitation: A Step Against Terrorism

I would not advise anybody to read the Quran for any information about Islam. Even the Muslims who have not purified themselves are not eligible to study the Quran.

It is very important to know that the understanding of the Divine Word is granted to a pure heart, according to the Quran.

Understanding of the religion in Islam is known as a term called fiqah. Fiqah is granted to a pure heart.

The religion starts with affirmation by word of mouth. It will not progress any further until the heart is enlightened.

If you go to the mosque, grow a beard and read the Quran, and you are completely heedless of purification of your heart, you may continue to consider yourself as Muslim, but you are not a Muslim in the eyes of God. You have to affirm the faith by word of mouth, and the truth of the word of God has to enter your heart.

Before people comment on the religion of Islam, negatively or positively, they must understand that Islam has been rarely practised the way it was taught by Prophet Mohammad.

Not just today: since the beginning of the religion, Islam was not completely understood by everyone. Only a small group of people were able to understand the religion of Islam and the message of the Quran. They were those who were successful in purifying and enlightening their hearts. In order to fully understand the purpose of the religion and message of the Quran, one has to embrace the knowledge of the heart. It is the knowledge of the heart that teaches you how to fix the heart.

When you become a corrupt person, you become corrupt in two different organs in your body: your mind and your heart. Corruption in the heart is more dangerous than corruption in the mind.

When the mind is corrupt, your actions will be ugly. When the heart is corrupt, your character will be ugly.

We can speak day and night, arguing whether or not Islam is a religion of peace or a religion of violence; whether or not the Quran is promoting violence or advocating peace. This conversation will be absolutely futile without first understanding the basic principles and prerequisites before one attempts to become a true Muslim.

It is the knowledge of the heart which you must acquire in order to soften your heart, and at the same time, align your heart with the compassion of God. It is the knowledge of the heart which will connect you with God.

Historically speaking, Muslims who confined themselves to the Sharia (religious law of Islam) and never bothered to learn the spiritual aspect of the religion, they were never good human beings. They were never good Muslims. This is the case today.

An overwhelming majority of Muslims are not aware of the existence of the knowledge of spirituality; even if somebody is aware that there is some knowledge of spirituality, their mind is so corrupt that they don’t want to accept it. As a result, they have taken the wrong meaning of the religion. It appears as though they are warriors of God, spreading Islam and serving the religion of Islam. However, in reality, they are obedient to their inner evil.

They are in a game of obtaining power and money. Especially for Saudis, ISIS and Taliban, it is all about politics, power and money. I have previously mentioned that many countries have been in the race to become a superpower – for example, Russia.

Saudi Arabia has overwhelming ambitions of becoming a superpower, but the thing is: everything they use in their country is imported. They have no industry for except fruit juices. In order to become a superpower, they have sought another solution: the export of terrorism, the export of Wahhabi Islam.

In every single country of the world, there are Wahhabis. The world has become so volatile and vulnerable, that anytime, anywhere in this world, they can do anything and create chaos. They can create a fearsome environment and spread terror.

You need a universal coalition which should combat the ideology of Wahhabism with academic credentials.

You cannot win over these lunatics with ammunition or power. You need to defeat the ideology of hatred. This is more important than anything else in combating terrorism.

De-radicalisation is a process where you try to tell the terrorists that what they’re doing is wrong and this is not what their religion teaches. However, how will you meet the terrorists and convince them that they are wrong? They’re holding guns.

De-radicalisation is a preventive strategy which should be aimed at benefitting the youth first. Whoever has become a terrorist, you cannot approach them. However, you can still put a stop on the supply of terrorists.

You have to make a strategy whereby the government should come forward. Criminals who have spent their time in prison come out and have rehabilitation.

In a similar way, there should be a spiritual rehabilitation centre where people are encouraged to come and listen to the Sufi understanding of Islam (the original teachings of Islam and original message of the Quran).

People should be appointed to teach original Islam who come from a Sufi background; who have not only knowledge, but spiritual authority as well. This is my message today.

Who Should Or Shouldn’t Read Quran?

Who Should Or Shouldn’t Read Quran?

The Muslims are in such a state of confusion about their religion that they do not know what is right and what is wrong. Non-Muslims, when they study behaviour of Muslims, how Muslims practise their religion and how honest they are in their dealing, they take a wrong impression.

A wrong impression is taken for two reasons. The first scenario is that someone’s mind is stuffed with prejudice and negativity, so no matter what you do, they will definitely take the wrong impression. The second scenario is that people may take a wrong impression when others are doing wrong things and labelling them as their religion.

When one party just goes on and on and does not listen to what the other party is saying, this is not a conversation, they are just speaking. A conversation involves two parties in bilateral issues. You say something and the other party replies. You see the replies, understand it and then you put up another question. Then the other party will answer the question. This is how the discussion will go on.

Questions and Arguments Put Forth on Twitter

Someone on Twitter said, ‘Muslims claim Arabic is the only language on Earth that cannot be translated. This is said to be to confuse people.’ I never heard anybody saying that. There are millions of Qurans available in English all over the world. So much literature on Islam is available in English. You can hardly find Urdu literature about the the Quran in the world.

Mr Rafaqat, an MFI member, replied to the Twitter user’s statement by saying, ‘Many words in the Quran are not Arabic, but the Semitic language, which God speaks to his angels.’ The reply that came to this was, ‘So Allah is so limited that he can only convey his message in Arabic?’ This is a one track mind. About such people, the Quran says, ‘Say [hello] and pass by.’

The same Twitter user said, ‘Allah should be able to convey his message to all people. Muslims say Arabic cannot be translated.’ Mr Rafaqat said, ‘If you Tweet in Spanish, how would I understand? I can’t read Spanish; similarly, the Arabs couldn’t read English. You can go out and buy an English translation of the Quran, but remember that many translations are messed up, hence why we have Wahhabi terrorism today.’

The man replied, ‘How can millions of Islamist terrorists – Sunnis, Shias, Wahhabis – all mistranslate the Quran in exactly the same way?’ One example is that there are Sunnis, Shias and Wahhabis. If the Quran had not been mistranslated, they would have been one nation. They would not be in different groups.

What I understand from this Twitter user’s style of writing is that he thinks Allah is a different God – not the same God that sent Moses and Abraham. When you are in a conversation with somebody, it is very important that you understand what they are staying. If you don’t understand what the other party is saying to you, you’ll keep going on and on. You won’t listen.

Arabic is not a very special language. It is just a language like any other. Many things have  been said about Arabic. I used to hear in my childhood that Arabic is the language spoken in heaven. However, when I grew up into a young spiritual man and had been in company of my Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, I realised this was nonsense.

More Muslims are non-Arabic-speaking than Arabic-speaking Muslims. Bengalis from Bangladesh, Pathans from Peshawar, Punjabi from Punjab and others from other parts of the world – they don’t speak Arabic.

The Quran explained it well. The Quran said in 12:2, ‘The only reason Quran is revealed in Arabic is that you may understand it.’

Is there any celestial book which have or had been revealed by God in English? No, not even the Bible. There have been many old languages like Hebrew, Syriac and Latin – but it doesn’t really matter.

Does the Quran Teach Violence?

If the Quran teaches violence, then why was no Sufi a terrorist? Why was no Sufi violent?

There are many modern-day Sufis who are revered and respected equally in the East and in the West, like Pir Inayat Hussain and Pir Idris. They studied the same Quran, but no Sufi promoted violence.

Rumi is more famous in the West than in the East. Rumi is a Sufi poet. A lot of people who either practise spirituality, or claim to practise spirituality, are devotional fans of Rumi all over the West.

Even now, in the United States of America, there are hundreds of books on Rumi. Americans, Canadians, Australians and Britons who are attached to spirituality, they read and study Rumi’s poetry. They love him. If I tell you what Rumi says about his poetry, you’d be confused about your decision that of reading and studying his poetry. Rumi said, in simple words, that the poetry of Rumi is the Persian translation of the Holy Quran. If the Quran taught violence, how come these people who study Rumi’s poetry did not become violent?

The poetry that Rumi has put forward, is factually and actually the translation of the Holy Quran in the Persian language. My argument is: if the Quran taught violence, then the Persian translation of the Holy Quran, which you read as poetry of Rumi, would have definitely made you violent.

The beauty is: the authors of most of the books of Rumi’s poetry are either American or British. If you read those books, you will not find a trace of violence.

It is all about understanding the divine word. If you are a corrupt mind already, you will take the wrong meaning of the divine word. If your heart is pure – the elements of devil and evil have exited your heart and you have become all enlightened and pure – then you will not become violent and you can read the Quran.

Who Can’t Read the Quran?

The Quran is not a very easy and simple book. It is not for everybody to read.

[You could have been practising Islam since your childhood and still be a novice]. When we say, ‘Novice,’ it means if you have recently joined spirituality. Now, you are working on self-reformation and purification of the soul. If you’re entering into cleansing mode, you’re a novice.

You are a novice in Islam until your inner is completely purified.

According to Prophet Mohammad, ‘When a human being (man or woman) is born, an evil is born with that person.’ That evil is named as Nafs. As long as your Nafs is impure, you are a novice – no matter how old you are or [how long you’ve been practising Islam]. Anecdote: nobody is a Muslim by birth. When Prophet Mohammad was asked, he said, ‘When a baby is born, the baby is neither a Muslim, Christian nor Jew. It is his parents that turn him into a Christian, Muslim or Jew.’

Mujaddid Alif Sani said, ‘If you are a novice, do not go near the Quran. You are not worthy of reading the Quran.’

Mujaddid Alif Sani is not just a Sufi. He is a cleric and scholar as well. It means he knows the religious laws, but also the importance of spirituality. When he combines the both, he becomes a good cleric and a discerning leader. According to him, if your inside is impure, do not go near the Quran. You would be surprised to know that even the Quran says the same thing.

The Quran said, ‘If you are impure, do not touch the Quran.’

It is very unfortunate that the Muslim scholars and commentators on the Quran have derived misleading conception of this verse of the Quran. They thought that if a person is physically unclean, he should not touch the book of the Quran. I totally dismiss this idea. I can give you a reason: the Quran did not exist in bookish form when this verse was revealed!

Mujaddid Alif Sani said that if you’re impure, you cannot go near the Quran because you’re not the right person to read the Quran. In order to understand the Quran, you need to purify yourself otherwise you’ll derive the wrong meaning. The Quran is a very dangerous book. If you’re really concerned that you should be rightly guided, you’d appreciate the fact that the Quran itself says it.

The wrong translation and misinterpretation of the Quran will take the responsibility of misguiding hundreds of thousands of people.

However, if the Quran is not misinterpreted – if no wrong meaning is taught to people about the Quran and it is in its original form – even then the Quran will guide some and misguide others.

The Quran is a strange book. It is only one book of its kind from God which is so delicate and it has conditions. It is not like every Tom, Dick and Harry will buy an English version of the Quran, read it, understand it and become a scholar on the Quran. Even people who have spent their life in religious seminaries in the Muslim world, they are unable to grasp the meaning of God’s words. God has been playing with words in the Holy Quran.

Don’t try to learn to understand the Quran. The Quran is a very difficult book It is not an allegation from me. This is what the Quran is saying. The Quran says, ‘Allah will misguide many through this book.’

The Quran has both negative and positive potential. You can go wrong by reading the Quran and you can go right by reading the Quran.

How will you make sure that when you read the Quran, you may not go wrong? Muslims who practised Islam for 40-50 years, they read the Quran they don’t understand it. Even Arabs who speak the language of the Quran don’t understand it.

The Quran in Book Form

God and his messenger, Prophet Mohammad, never ever intended for the holy verses of the Quran to have been given a form of a book. The importance was given to a spiritual guide by Prophet Mohammad.

It was the early Companions of Prophet Mohammad. After Prophet Mohammad’s demise, they feared that if they did not collect the Quran, one day, there would no trace of the revelation of God. Having this understanding, they started to collect the Quran. Many verses of the Quran had already been abolished and abrogated.

God would have informed the Prophet of the verses that had been abrogated only, because he was the recipient of the Quran. God would definitely not inform Abu Bakr Sadiq or Umar bin Khattab.

So when they collected the Quran on their own accord, it was never supported or advised by Prophet Mohammad. When they collected the Quran, who knows if the verses of the Quran which were abrogated and abolished by God became part of this Quran which is now creating chaos?

Some people say, ‘Islam is a religion of peace.’ Some others are now saying, ‘Islam is a religion of violence.’ Nobody is able to take the meaning of the Quran correctly, because the Quran is a very difficult book.

The most common problem you will come across when reading the Quran is that you will get the impression that God is contradicting himself. You will think, ‘What he said two verses away is different from what he is saying now.’ It is like saying, ‘Don’t drink alcohol,’ and after a few verses, it is said, ‘Why didn’t you drink alcohol?’ Then what will you understand – should you drink it or not?

For example, there is a Tradition of the Prophet Mohammad which says, ‘A true Muslim is never impure.’ When we study Sharia Law, if a small drop of water from outside falls on our clothes, we are dirty and we have to remake ablution.

Who Can Read the Quran?

According to Quran 2:1-2, ‘This Quran will guide the pure ones.’

To become pure, you have to do a lot.

There is no doubt that Islam does not promote terrorism or violence, but how do we give an example of this? There is nobody who practises Islam truly. People today take their impression of Islam by looking at the actions of Muslims.

When it comes to terrorism, people are not getting to the root cause. They are not going after the ideology that is spreading terrorism: Wahhabism.

Further comments from Younus AlGohar:

The Quran isn’t an easy book to understand. People with inner impurities are advised against reading it. Only the pure of heart and cleansed souls are advised to read and study the Quran.

Those with impurities are misled by the Quran and only the purified ones find guidance by the Quran. Power of understanding is granted to purified hearts only. Those who remain impure and study the Quran fall prey to evil.

The Quran was revealed onto the heart of Prophet Mohammad. It was never meant to have been given form of a book. The Quran was to be transmitted spiritually from one heart to another. The Prophet said He was city of knowledge and Ali was the gateway to this knowledge.

Cult, By Definition & Practice

Cult, By Definition & Practice

After the rise of Islamist terrorist activities in the world, especially after the Paris Attacks, people of other religions are now speaking very low of Islam. Especially atheists are declaring Islam to be a bad religion and they also speak very low of Prophet Mohammad.

Messiah Foundation International’s Approach to Religions

Although myself, Messiah Foundation International and its members don’t follow any religion at all, the reason why we don’t follow Islam or any other religion is not because we hate them. It is simply because we have embraced spirituality, which is the core of every religion. If somebody passes derogatory remarks about a prophet, I personally dislike it – not for religious reasons, but because all the messengers and prophets were sent by God. What comes from God cannot be bad.

I personally believe that all these messengers and prophets who have been to this world were of great character.

They were at their best. They were as good as any human being can ever be good.

If somebody says that Prophet Mohammad was a paedophile, I strongly dislike it. In return, what I can say now is that the Prophet Mohammad came to this world almost 1400 years ago. Any allegation put on Prophet Mohammad will be without any evidence or proof. You do not know what kind of a man Prophet Mohammad was, so you will be putting an allegation which cannot be tried; it is completely invalid. You must have heard it from somewhere, whose source of information would be as bad as yours; you’re spreading the word without any evidence or concrete reason. Against any hearsay about Prophet Mohammad, I would prefer to adhere myself to authenticity of God.

If God has sent somebody, that somebody must be of a sublime character.

You haven’t seen Prophet Mohammad and I haven’t seen him. What you hear about him cannot be verified. I’m not making any claim, so there is no question of going into verification. What I am saying is that against hearsay, I would like to present my belief in God. I believe that Prophet Mohammad and all other prophets were sent by God. What comes from God cannot be wrong or bad, whether it is Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Isaac, Ishmael, Jacob, David, Judah, Elijah or Enoch.

His Divine Eminence Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi has taught us to pay respect to all the prophets and messengers, no matter what religion they come from.

It is not only that. If some people believe some man to be a saint of God, for any reason – maybe they’re enjoying spiritual grace granted to them by that person, or maybe he has some spiritual insight – however we are doubtful about the status of this man, Lord Ra Riaz advises us not to talk ill of him. If we dislike him, we should keep our mouth shut. The most we can do is stop visiting that person. That is enough on our part to show our dislike for that person to the world. Just because we dislike him will not change any truth.

If some people believe in India that a man is a saint of God, who is a Hindu by religion, then we will have to tell ourselves, ‘Maybe. God can do anything and he an appoint anybody to be his friend.’

God cannot be restricted by limitations of any religion. Religions were sent and created by God. No religion is greater than God.

Whether it is Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism or any other religion, religions are means to reach God. If you think that Islam is greater than God, then you live in fool’s paradise. If you think Prophet Mohammad is a paedophile and you’re prophet is very good, you do not know the truth. The same God who sent your prophet sent Prophet Mohammad too. In other words, you are suspecting that something bad can come from the same God you believe in.

I ask all of you not to defile, defame or talk bad about any religion, prophet, apostle, messenger, or saint of God. How do you know that somebody is a saint of God or not? Neither those whom we believe to be saints of God have any certificate from God that shows he is a verified saint of God, nor do those whom we doubt are saints of God (though some people believe them to be). We have no criterion given by any religion. If some people believe a man to be a saint of God, maybe he is.

We, the followers of Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, have been advised by Lord Ra Riaz not to reject anybody of anything.

If a person is known to be or claims to be a saint of God, and we don’t like it, we have been advised to stop visiting that person rather than speaking ill of them.

What is a Cult?

Some people in the West, when they address Messiah Foundation International, use a word: cult. It is a really bad thing and I’m really hurt when people say it. Do such people know what a cult is?

A cult is a group of people who are very extremist. They are not just extremists, but they are emotionally and intellectually blind. They close their eyes, mind and heart; they blindly follow their leader.

If their leader says, ‘Die,’ they would commit suicide. If their leader asks them to do anything, they will do it, whether it is rational or irrational.

A cult is like a spiritual dictatorship. In a political dictatorship, the army takes over the country and democratic values are suspended. Nobody has any right to say anything; nobody’s voice is heard. The one person who is the chief executive of the army of that country becomes the dictator. Whatever he says is implemented in that country. A cult is a group of people in which all individuals who are in that group are intellectually and emotionally controlled by one man. Everybody is that group will blindly follow that man; they will never even think whether it is good or bad, they will simply do it. They are foolishly obedient to that spiritual dictator.

We are not a cult. We represent the spiritual doctrine of HDE Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, but that’s not it. We also represent the doctrine of love by Lord Jesus Christ. We also promote the amiable, lovable teachings of Prophet Mohammad. We also appreciate the teachings of Moses. We also talk about the Prophet Abraham.

MFI is not a personality cult. Our institution of spirituality, our regime of knowledge and doctrine of spirituality is not circumambulating around one person.

If we were a cult, we would not respect anybody, any prophet, any messenger or any law. We would become criminals. We would only and blindly follow one personality, but that’s not the case.

We promote love – whether the teachings of love come from Lord Ra Riaz, Lord Jesus Christ or Abraham. We don’t hate anybody.

Some Muslims talk bad about our Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, and we don’t react. All we say is, ‘If you don’t like Gohar Shahi, that is your own understanding.’ That is all. Nothing else.

We believe Lord Ra Riaz is our lord, our God. We love him, but we don’t force you to love him or believe in him. When we talk about Lord Ra Riaz in front of others, we are simply sharing our belief with them; we’re not implying to say that they also must believe.

We’re not giving away our lives for any reason. When you reach in your belief a degree where you are ready to give away your life, that is the beginning of a cult.

We do not discuss giving or taking the life of anybody. We are not talking about life; we are talking about love. We don’t ask our followers to give away their lives. We are giving life to this fake life.

We are introducing internal and eternal life with the touch of love.

When you become so consumed with your belief system, that you want to give away life for your belief, this is the point where intolerance reaches its peak. You think everybody else is a fool. However, we respect everybody.

Whether you go to a temple or mosque, we respect that. We don’t call anybody an infidel, because we don’t follow any religion. Infidel is a religious term.

We understand everybody believes in God in their own way. Expression of love can differ.

Some people express their love in a temple, others in a church, and some others may do that synagogue. Ultimately, they believe in God, so nobody is an infidel in our eyes. All are equal, all are children of God. God wants to love everybody. God is not restricted by any religion.

At the same time, I would like to say this truth to the world that although we do not practise any religion, we are spiritualists. We are humanitarians. We love humanity and we believe in equality among all human beings. We respect all religions, prophets, messengers, but we don’t follow any religion. We have found something greater than any religion had ever granted to the world. We are in the business of divine, unconditional love.

What we believe is: if you are bad, you are bad – whether you are a Hindu, Christian or Muslim. If you are good, you are good – whether you are a Christian, Hindu, Jew or Muslim.

If you are good or bad, it is not because of your religion; it is because of you.

The Wahhabi Cult of Hatred and Death

This is the definition of cult in context of a religious group. There are three main points about a cult.

Every cult is exclusive, authoritarian and secretive.

Exclusiveness: all members have the same belief and they all think, ‘We are not just the best, we’re the only ones who follow the truth. Everybody else is wrong.’ A prime example of a group that holds such beliefs is Wahhabis. Wahhabis have introduced a more severe form of a cult.

The Wahhabi cult is a cult of death and hatred. They think that they are the only ones who know the truth and follow the truth, and that everybody else is not just wrong – they are infidels.

They think, ‘Those who are not part of our group do not have the right to live. They must be killed, their women must be taken captive and made into sex slaves, and their properties must be forfeited.’ This is what Wahhabism is.

Every single Wahhabi has the same mentality and belief.

Authoritarian: a basic principle of Wahhabism is that all Wahhabis must be totally loyal and obedient to their leader.

Once a piece of instruction is passed by their leader, they have to follow and execute it. In executing the instructions passed by their leader, they must forget everything else.

For example, In ISIS, in the cult of death and hatred, a father is forced to kill his own son. He must do it because the instructions come from the leader. If he doesn’t follow the instructions, he is also liable for the same penalty.

Thirdly, every cult is secretive.

For example, we have evangelical style of a Muslim group in Pakistan, Bangladesh and India, known as Tableeghi Jamaat (a Wahhabi organisation). In the initial stage, they prepare you for a newer form of Islam which is fundamentally adulterated. It is a form of Islam in which the basic principles of the religion are totally adulterated and altered – and not just modified, but renewed and replaced.

You receive revelation of God through a prophet. Your belief in God is totally dependant upon your love for the prophet. However, in this newer form of Islam introduced by Wahhabis, you are no more required to show veneration, admiration or love for Prophet Mohammad. As a result, you never get connected to God. You’re as distant from God as you were before you accepted Islam.

Initially, when Tableeghi Jamaat works, they change the way you perceive the Prophet Mohammad. They change the way you perceive the religion of Islam, in which there are different scholars and saints of God. Before being influenced by Tableeghi Jamaat, when you would feel that you’re not connected to God, you would visit the saints of God and through them, you would want your messages to be sent to God.

In the initial stage of the Tableeghi Jamaat curriculum, they remove the mediumship between man and God, whether this mediumship is consisting of messengers or prophets, or it is consisting of saints of God.

So you are  academically, emotionally and intellectually being pushed away from God, rather than being brought closer to God. This is where your entire system of belief collapses.

You develop new, strange and bizarre concepts about the religion. You begin to think only you know the truth and the rest of the people are either infidels or they’re not pure. You think you are the purest one. This is the true, practical definition of a cult.

Messiah Foundation International is Not a Cult

Let’s talk about us.

Our Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi never drew attention of people towards him. He has always directed people towards God.

He has always made sure that nobody is worshipping him or admiring him; rather, he directed people towards God’s love. If Lord Ra Riaz was in the business of drawing people towards him, he would never ever ask us to respect Jesus, Abraham, Moses – or even respect a Hindu guru or saint that we don’t even know of, who lives in a remote village in India.

To say that MFI is a cult is a bizarre allegation; anybody even thinking of such an allegation should reflect on his own spiritual system. All such people who have these sort of ideas are atheists.

We believe in God. We believe that everybody who believes in God is a good person. Whether that person believes in God through Sikhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism or any other religion, it doesn’t really matter. What matters is that he believes in God.

Whether you believe in God through Islam or Christian is of no significance; the primary issue is the belief in God and how you believe in God is the secondary issue.

If somebody doesn’t believe in God, it is none of our concern. We are only concerned that we believe in God. We appreciate it when we see others that believe in God. If somebody doesn’t believe in God, we are not offended. It is not our business to convince people to believe in God.

We do not want to look at negativity. We only focus on positivity. What it means is that we are only concerned that we believe in God. We want to make sure that, throughout our life, we should successfully maintain to believe in God and extend our help, veneration and admiration for those who share our belief system.

Our belief system is not a secretive belief system. It encompasses all faiths, all religions and all belief systems.

Whether you believe in God through one religion or another, it doesn’t really make a difference. What makes a difference is that you believe in God eventually.

Leaders who form a cult do not let their members appreciate others. They want to make sure you don’t look at anybody else. If this was a cult, we would not show our veneration to Lord Jesus Christ, to Prophet Mohammad.

Although the current form of Islam is totally abhorred, at the same time, we extend our respect, veneration and admiration to Prophet Mohammad. We are not Jews, but we respect Prophet Moses and Prophet Abraham – if not more than Jews, maybe equally. We respect everybody who is worthy of respect. How can this be a cult?

We are only obedient to love. The centre of our affection and veneration is not a personality; it is a concept, theory and ideology: love.

This is our good fortune that love is on two legs. The love that we circumambulate around walks on Earth, talks, sits, sleeps and eats – the embodiment of love.

Crookedness In Religious Seminaries In Pakistan

Younus AlGohar analyses the state of religion in Pakistan since the rise of Wahhabism. He also gives practical advice on how to fix the situation in the country.

Main points:

– Unfortunately, the translations of the Quran widely available to religious scholars in Pakistan are those that come from the likes of Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Qasir and other scholars that inspired the Wahhabi cult. The teachings of Islam given to people in Pakistan mostly come from Wahhabism. Therefore, Wahhabism is prevalent in Pakistan.

– The correct interpretation of the Quran is obtained when one is connected to Prophet Mohammad spiritually, not just because they are proficient in Arabic.

– The reason Wahhabism is so widespread in Pakistan is because of Saudi Arabia’s influence. Saudi Arabia does financial favours upon powerful people in Pakistan, until such people are in their debt. Then, they talk about their sect. They invite Pakistani scholars to come to Saudi Arabia for training in the Wahhabi doctrine at the Medina university. They give scholarships to such people.

– If there are 10 Sunni mosques in an area, the views of that sect only reach common people. They do not reach the people who are responsible for upholding the religion of Islam in Pakistan. Those who are responsible for the religion, whether they are Sunnis, Barelvis, Wahhabis etc. what they will have learned in madrassas is the belief system of Wahhabism/Deobandism.

– There are many interpretations of the Quran based on different stages in spirituality: Sharia, Tariqa and Haqiqat. Sharia, Tariqa and Haqiqat each can be broken down into multiple stages according to how one has progressed on the path. There comes a time when you are able to witness God’s splendour with the help of the Latifa-e-Ana (and, for the elite of the elite, a divine sub-spirit).

– Sunnis today talk about saints and admire them, but they won’t talk about the teachings of saints. Sufis are considered ignorant, uneducated people in Pakistan because the knowledge of Sufism was not taught in religious seminaries. If students of Islam were taught the interpretations of the Quran given by Mullah Ali Qari and Al-Sayuti, people would understand that Sufism is Islam. People would then be surprised as to why scholars in mosques do not talk about Dhikr.
